We were very comfy and warm in our small Kamping Kabin. Enjoyed all of the amenities on site, especially the hot showers and gender neutral bathrooms near the playground. The location and proximity to the beach are excellent! The staff were friendly, the campground was kept clean and tidy, and we appreciated all of the creature comforts and fun activities provided. Will definitely be back!

Helpful and friendly service. A very child friendly place, including nightly free movies. Their campers kitchen is an amenity I've never seen before which saved the day for me when I ran out of fuel for my tiny camp stove. It is a covered area with electric cook tops, large kitchen sinks, a microwave, and seating for all to share. Also met other campers around the campers kitchen.

Fantastic! 5 out of 5 every time. This is our favorite of all the KOA we’ve stayed. Short hike to the beach… can’t beat that! This specific trip was to dial in our camping equipment. It was a short trip, but just as great as the long ones. The bathroom facilities were super clean, stocked, and brought the comforts of home. That’s one of the reasons we love KOA. "We always love coming to Manchester KOA ! The staff is always amazing and friendly. I would recommend you "retire" the bed in the camping loft, it was a little awkward to sleep in as the bed is old and too bouncy, along with the fact that he middle is worn the most so you sleep a little like a "taco" folded up with feet and head higher.... otherwise will always love coming there!

I was tent camping as a single person. Regardless, I enjoyed the family atmosphere and activities. I would definitely return in the future if I'm travelling in the area.

The cabin was nice and clean. The bathrooms were sometimes clean. We left a day early when trucks were driving through where the kids were playing with people off the side holding beers. No refund

Awesome grounds and lots of room and privacy. The only thing I didn't like was having no kitchen sink or supplied dishes in my Deluxe Cabin. All of the other KOAs we stayed at on our trip had them for this size cabin, and it made a huge difference, especially when there are not really any nearby restaurants, so we cooked a lot outside.

We have been coming here for 8 years, and as always, the KOA staff was very helpful and friendly. The campgrounds and all its amenities were very well kept. Beautiful surroundings and lots to do. We had a very relaxing stay, and will definitely return.

3 star rating because if you advertise on your website that you have WiFi you should have WiFi! Especially when you don't plan on having it "fixed" anytime soon. There is no cell reception in the area so WiFi is a must! Especially for those that need to be connected for work purposes. Also, provide the option of selecting a more private area if you don't have children..not give spots next to act

As a first timer to KOA, Camping and the Manchester area - it was a surreal feeling, something which we all as a family enjoyed and would like to do it again. Thanks to the experience of camping at KOA, we will recommend both KOA and the Manchester beach KOA to friends and family alike.

Cut our stay short. People next to us had 2 children, 4 & 5 YO. The girls were unsupervised, questionable activities all day, and on our last night they came to us asking for food becasue they were hungry and asked to sit at our campfire. Tried tto check with the dad, he was passed out in the tent, no other adult, informed staff but unwilling to intervine because the man was a local.

The staff was all very professional, helpful and very positive. We enjoyed all the fun activities and had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making our Fourth of July one to remember after such a tough year. See you next year for sure!

The place is too crowded when the camping is full. No privacy at all, because not enough space and plants, and people are too close from each other, making it also very noisy. Our camp site was just next to a light, so we had light all night long and it was impossible for the kids to sleep well because it was never dark. The kitchen was a bit dirty too.

This was our first time camping. Everyone was friendly and the place is really nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed staying at the campsite. Thank you for making it a great first experience.

We enjoyed our large backin site next to the HUGE dog park. No traffic noise and lots of fresh sea air. The restrooms were private and clean. The road is from the north has some steep, tight switchbacks. It’s OK if you take your time and traffic is not heavy.

It was welcoming, clean and staff was great. The communal kitchen had plugged sinks due to the guests washing dishes. I'm not sure how staff can improve this. Perhaps place signs for guests to clean up after themselves or dump food in to garbage before washing in sinks.

Every part of the grounds (as well as our Kamping Cabin and bathroom/showers) were neat and clean! There was a nice big dog park, which was handy for my big dog. Very proficient and friendly staff. I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and staff was also extremely caring and understanding about the situation. It was a great experience and we will be back!

All the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The grounds are kept scrupulously clean between guest visits - picnic tables are sprayed down and wiped, any trash picked up, even the firepit was swept! We liked the store, dropped some bucks there and I love my new Manchester Beach KOA hoody :) Highly recommended!!

This campground was beautiful and we had oodles of space where I felt we could stretch out and have campfire and we were not right on top of the rig next to us… the only thing I would mention is that we have a 45 foot fifth wheel and this RV park advertises for big rigs but yet every access on the 1 into there is not recommended for rigs over 35 ft long… quite a few sketchy areas getting there

The stay was great. Good pool. The crew did an excellent job at maintaining and keeping the camp clean. No ice cream or movies on week days is a bummer but they said they did not have enough staff to do it. The Manchester KOA needs to get serious about their internet service for campers. WiFi was weak and internet service finally went out completely.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.

Always fun great cabins nice hot tub and pool close to the beach and pet friendly. Helpful staff with great stories of how it was built. ❤ this place
