Bad customer service from Mackenzie on the phone and during check-in. Previous KOA sites and their staffs provided information of what what was available and where things were in the site and were friendly from the start. Wifi was spotty and calls difficult to make. Sorry I cant recommend this KOA site.

Wonderful family environment while also providing adults with fun adult activities as well. Such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere with the friendliest and attentive staff. Definitely will stay here again soon.

So much to love about this place! Stayed here several times before and I tell everyone about it. My only issue was my Kabin K7 smelled like smoke.

The campground has deteriorated since our visit years ago. The main roads have not been kept up, and are in sad shape. The wifi is weak, and the cable tv was so snowy we could hardly see it. The staff was very nice, and they sanitized the sights after campers left.

This was our first time at Manchester Beach KOA. And we will most definitely be coming back with the rest of our family. So much for kids. Clean facilities. Very friendly, staff and other campers.

First time ever at the Campground and it was wonderful! It’s a park like atmosphere and the friendly campers on every turn made our trip incredibly memorable. Everything you need is there. I look forward to our next visit.

Nice grounds and great location with adjacent hike to the beach. Bathrooms were mostly clean, but there were instances where they could use cleaning more often. Also, some of the dogs were not kept on-leash and were running in common areas and through our site; one jumped on our toddler. Otherwise we had a great stay.

What a great place and great staff! My buddies and I came for the weekend and decided that we will come back again in the fall, because we had such a great time! The amenities are amazing for a campground...pool, hot tub, CLEAN showers/bathrooms, etc. We had a great walk down to the beach, which is about 2 miles away. We Love coming to Manchester KOA. We have been going there for about 40 years. We love Yolanda, I believe she is the manager. I remember meeting her years ago, when she was pregnant with one of her children, she carted another one in a wagon. Her job at that time was cleaning the cabins we were staying in. We look forward to seeing her every year. She is a goodwill ambassador for your company.

A little bit crowded with not much space between tent sites with a far walk to the bathrooms. The bathrooms weren't very clean, but appreciated the showers.

I loved my lodge but not enough bags for trach, paper towels or tiolet paper. Also had ants in sink. The staff was amazing but was a bit disappointed in the amenities provided.

Cabin was clean. Staff was friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. Our firewood arrived before I could blink. When we had trouble removing a stuck key from the cargo carrier atop my car, the maintenance men were quick to arrive, friendly and professional, and thankfully solved the problem. I great appreciated their help.

This is a wonderful and family-friendly KOA. The amenities are really nice including a service to empty your black tanks (honey pot truck) and even a spot to do it yourself. Located a short walk to the beautiful ocean. This area tends to be a bit foggy but that's the coastline in this area. A 45 minute drive to beautiful Mendocino. Highly recommend.

LOVED it. kids loved the pool, dog loved the dog park and mom and dad loved that we could buy a nice (and delicious) bottle of wine to include in our last night.

What a great campground and what a beautiful area. We loved every minute of our stay. The campsites were spacious and well kept, the restrooms were in excellent condition and well taken care of, and the proximity to the beach was stellar. This is a hidden gem! Maybe I shouldn't be telling people. Fortunately it's a challenge to get to which is probably why it's such a beautiful place.

Fantastic! Clean, beautiful. Our sight was sull sun, unfortunately, which made it hot and uncomfortable. Other than that, amazing. Especially appreciate the lovely dog park.

Overall, we had a nice experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The camp store was well stocked full of food and items often left behind at home.

The campground is spacious. The only issue is that our dog can not be on the beach. This is one of the primary factors of choosing campgrounds near the ocean. We may not be back just because of this issue.

I’ve been camping out here since I was a little boy in the 1970s. I did notice that it seemed a little dirtier than what it normally is. But that could just be because of the large crowd.

Very nice campground with spacious sites and natural beauty. Great staff that’s very responsive and helpful. Firewood delivery, septic pumping service for sites without full hookups, lovely community fire pit, and facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. However, the restrooms need more attention as there was paper towels and other things soiling the floors. Showers had broken towel racks and close hangers that need to be fixed.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.

Always fun great cabins nice hot tub and pool close to the beach and pet friendly. Helpful staff with great stories of how it was built. ❤ this place
