The restrooms are clean and has everything you need. The campground is roomy with several great spots with all the hookups you need. Great location just off Hwy 1 and less than 5 minutes from Manchester beach

Nice campground. Would help if they had more gravel on the drives. Route 1 getting there - up and down and sharp curves. Would not want to drive a big rig there.

This is the 2nd time in a year my family has stayed at this campground. Great, freindly staff and the campground was super clean. The beach is less than a mile away. Wow, what a great place to relax.

Mediocre. Staff at check in was pre-occupied with the phone. She took a moment from her conversation to give me a map to go choose a space. I did that, went back to pay and had to wait for her to get off the phone again. Went back later to find out about Internet, and again she was on the phone. Internet was extra. ��� It was clean, but didn't feel like it was very outdoorsy. Noisy tractor too.

Every visit is perfect. For years, it has been that way. They have done wonderfully in keeping safety a priority without wavering in amenities. This past stay was extra lovely because it felt like we had the place to ourselves! We did not, but guests were super spaced out. Practically zero wind and sunny. Just a perfect change of scenery! Absolutely will be back very soon!

the only issue i had was that the tv connection was very snowy. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Will be back soon

Started full time travel Oct. 1st. This was our 18th stop and by far the best KOA we have ever come across. Staff was excellent, so much room between neighbors, close to the beach. This is and always will be a come back destination for us. Thanks Manchester KOA!!

I have been coming to Manchester KOA for 25 years or more and I’m accustomed to a pristine, beautiful setting with friendly people to assist. This time, my deluxe cabin had a dirty floor, broken towel rack, plug up toilet, worn out mattress, And no Wi-Fi. I was generally uncomfortable due to some back problems and a very caved in mattress. I believe your deluxe cabins and lofts need attention TH

We truly enjoyed our stay in your KOA cabin. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed playing disc golf and enjoyed the beauty of the area. Thank-you for great memories. We will be back!

It was late and rainy when we arrived. Pretty swampy. Our biggest beef was that there was only one bathroom facility at the office which was a walk from our cabin. Thank goodness we weren’t tenting. They had farther to walk. But the cabin was nice and clean as were the bathrooms. Staff friendly. Beach is super close but not walkable to. If going North take the 1. Omg beautiful. But not with an R

The trees are beautiful. Unfortunately the internet doesn't work and it was very muddy. They need to add gravel to prevent all of the mud.

We had a great stay. The campground is clean and beautiful with lots of trees and things to do there or nearby. It's also walking distance to the beach which was also nice. Everyone who works there was nice and friendly too. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the wood we bought there was too moist to fire up and stay lit. Other than that, no complaints! I'm definitely going back!

Me and my family, husband and 3 daughters, visited over New Year’s Eve 2022. We stayed in site 65 right across from one of the playgrounds. Everyone there was very nice, bathrooms were clean. We will visit again.

It was awesome! The management was very accommodating and easy to work with. The campground was clean and so were the restrooms! We had a wedding there and the staff was so willing to help with anything we needed. Very nice, friendly people!

Quick to respond to requests, great overall experience. Only negative was receiving wet firewood that wouldn’t light/stay lit.

We really enjoyed our stay at KOA for the Christmas weekend. Every thing was great & this is a super nice park. If I only have one minor complaint it would be that the communal bathroom does not have a heater. So it was on the cold side to take a shower there. Otherwise, fantastic time at KOA. Thank you, Mike

we stayed in a cabin, it was well appointed and cozy but the lighting was awful (only one bulb in overhead light where should have been 2) the floor was not clean with last persons sock by bed! The staff were wonderful so helpful and extremely kind �� all in all a very memorable time we will be back.���������

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.

Always fun great cabins nice hot tub and pool close to the beach and pet friendly. Helpful staff with great stories of how it was built. ❤ this place
