Staff was great. Accommodation for our campsite in advance of our stay was excellent. Clean showers and bathrooms. Maintenance staff was great. My only negative about our stay was the extremely loud music being played by a large group down from us and nobody from the KOA asking them to turn down the music. Playing music should be fine but not so loud you can hear it 5 sites away. Thank you.

It was good. Roads within are kind of broken. May be they are on purpose for it to look more rugged. Overall , it's nice. We also happened to be there in rain so maybe potholes hurt a bit. But still nice experience.

We were really pleasantly surprised. Facilities were great and the water/electric back in sites where we were were much larger than I expected. Only complaint was people playing loud music and cutting through our site. I feel like a briefing on check in would have been good on the rules - there are so many new people out camping these days they mean well but just don't know appropriate etiquette.

Quiet and clean site. The roads in the KOA site need repaved that there are small dens in a rainy days. Customer service staff are really friendly and helpful. If the customer service office can stock some small gadgets like propane seal, silver and hose etc. It would be more helpful.

We rented the basic cabin. Everything was wonderful except the cabin is very very dark inside. There is only a single LED bulb for light. Suggest they do an inexpensive upgrade to a 2 bulb fixture. Staff was very pleasant. Grounds were kept up. This is a great place to stay. I would recommend it to others and I would stay again.

We needed a break from the heat & smoke of the Sacramento Valley, and a place where our dog Jolene could go with us. The fog and coolness of the Mendocino Coast was a welcome change. The KOA camp with its magnificent trees & rustic cabins was just right for us. The KOA staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pet park was easy to access. Jolene got to play with dogs from around the country.

The ONLY problem was wifi. Sometimes it was just fine, but other times, like when I needed it to send a check, it was poor. But overall the visit was great!!

We were greeted by a friendly staff. We liked this place which was in a good location when we were driving up the coast. We used the pool, which was nice with warm water. Hot tub did not allow children which I am glad so we used that, too. Due to the dryness in the area, it made it a bit dusty.

Had a wonderful time tent camping. Our space was perfect and the site was well taken care of. My only suggestion would be to mop the smaller bathroom floors more often if possible. Thanks again.

It was our first time at a KOA and absolutely loved it! The cabin was very clean and my 5yo loved the bunk bed nook. The amenities were great though we didn’t get to use the pool, the location is perfect, and the staff made us feel welcome. I also liked seeing them drive around regularly, making sure everything was clean and people were behaving. I’d definitely go again!

I always enjoy my stay at Mendocino KOA. You guys always are very easy to do business with and have a great place. From making reservations to checking in, is always hassle free. The pool and spa are a great feature and always enjoyed. Hats off to Jay for her dedication to keeping the pool and spa water clean and warm. Her expertise and enthusiasm do not go unnoticed. It would be nice to have more space in between the tent camp sites, however, we love staying at this camp ground. Always clean and the staff are great.

The park settings in itself with proximity to the beach make it a destination itself. Since it is close to Pt Reyes to Fort Bragg, it is one of our top choices to camp at.

This was our second trip to Manchester KOA and we immediately booked a third stay as we were checking out. It's just that good. Wonderful, helpful staff. Very friendly environment. Just the right amount of everything KOA! Hope to experience the ice cream bar one day. Is that still a thing in the summer? thanks!

The stay was ok. $8+ for a bundle of firewood is ridiculous! Price gouging! The store was poorly stocked. No toothpicks, napkins, single cans of soda in stock. The managers were very helpful finding someone to repair our tire.

There is a lovely walk (somewhat strenuous) about a mile long one way to the ocean. Beautiful views. You can either walk on the road or on a scenic path. The sites have many trees which gave wonderful shade and a feeling of being in the woods. I loved the Kamping Kitchen. We made breakfast one day there instead of cooking at the campsite. There are many dish washing sinks. The place was very clean

Horrible people around me. Surrounded my a huge family very disrespectful people walking within inches of me all weekend long. Blocking the streets with their corn hole games. The staff did nothing to stop this or to try and quiet them down.

Our first stay at a KOA. The first thing we noticed when we arrived at our tent camp site was how clean the table and fire pit was. During our two night stay it was great to see the staff always driving through the campsite to pick up trash. Loud music was not a problem in the evenings.

The cabins are wonderful. The bathrooms were clean and never out of supplies. Our group had a great time hanging out and checking out the beach near by. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Staff were all extremely attentive, professional and helpful both during the reservation process and while we were there. The facilities were all maintained well and very clean. This is our third visit to this KOA site, and we already have planned to return in May of next year. Thanks!

The campground is really nice and spacious. The amenities are great and the staff fantastic, friendly & very helpful. I have a 8 month Siberian Husky who had never had the pleasure of socializing and going to a dog park, she absolutely loved it. The only drawback was dogs weren't allowed at the beach. I realize this is not because of KOA. We, my dog and I enjoyed our stay.

First impression was good, more like a campground than an RV park. Lots of amenities. Then the weekend crowd arrived. Noisy until past 11 pm, everything crowded and close with all those people. Would recommend this place only M-Th.

Three night stay was not long enough to soak in all the area has to offer and to enjoy this park's amenities! The dog run area was one of the largest our pup has ever visited! Very nice.

Always a great stay. We have been coming to Manchester KOA for over 20 years. Wonderful campground and fantastic staff. Yolanda is family and she runs a pretty tight ship.

Quiet hours are after 10pm. No music or loud noises. Apparently this only applies to all those camp in small numbers. if you are a big group that comes every year for Labor Day ("1/3 of the camp ground") then the rules do not apply to you. They will NOT enforce these rules and you will have a sleepless night. Security stated talk to management (OUT for the holiday) Worst KOA experience EVER!

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
