It was late and rainy when we arrived. Pretty swampy. Our biggest beef was that there was only one bathroom facility at the office which was a walk from our cabin. Thank goodness we weren’t tenting. They had farther to walk. But the cabin was nice and clean as were the bathrooms. Staff friendly. Beach is super close but not walkable to. If going North take the 1. Omg beautiful. But not with an R

It was awesome! The management was very accommodating and easy to work with. The campground was clean and so were the restrooms! We had a wedding there and the staff was so willing to help with anything we needed. Very nice, friendly people!

We really enjoyed our stay at KOA for the Christmas weekend. Every thing was great & this is a super nice park. If I only have one minor complaint it would be that the communal bathroom does not have a heater. So it was on the cold side to take a shower there. Otherwise, fantastic time at KOA. Thank you, Mike

we stayed in a cabin, it was well appointed and cozy but the lighting was awful (only one bulb in overhead light where should have been 2) the floor was not clean with last persons sock by bed! The staff were wonderful so helpful and extremely kind �� all in all a very memorable time we will be back.���������

The staff at the Manchester Beach KOA is fantastic!! The facilities are well kept, clean, and accessible. There are tons of options for recreation on site, the beach is an easy walk, and there are lots of little towns close by for exploring.

My stay is always the best one...koa manchester beach is the only campground I will ever go too. The staff are wonderful and especially Yolanda. She's very people friendly and goes out of her way to make sure your visit is the best...

I came after hours and they had my key waiting with directions, the outside light to the cabin was on and the heater on inside! Excellent staff, organized and professional, I highly recommend this KOA.�

Our family and a group of friends have a 25-year annual tradition of staying at the Manchester Beach KOA over a long weekend. I cannot adequately express how special of a place this is, other than to say that my visit each and every year is my favorite weekend of the year. Thank you Yolanda!!

We stayed 4 nights, in Loft Lodge-1 there were 4 people, with 2 dogs. The lodge was clean, well lit, and well heated. The only drawback was it had a bunch of flies, and no swatter. There is a fly swatter in there now because I purchased one in town and left it for the next renter. The campground itself was also clean and made for nice walks. What I liked the most was the dog park.

So happy to have a nice Cabin with Kitchen and shower. The place was nice and clean and staff was great. I just love the Manchester KOA and I’m ready for a repeat visit.

Felix cabin was well equipped. Could have used a better shower head. The biggest complaint would be the fact that from the parking spot for TK2, the path to carry suitcases and bedding and supplies was quite muddy after the rain, so we ended up tracking a fair amount into the delux cabin. Some pavers for stepping would help & keep the housekeeping vehicles from digging it up.

Not only did the WiFi not work, it also cost extra money to use. Grounds themselves were kind of beat up.

Actually, everything would have been very good except when I went to the office to inform that our RV (57A) had no hot water, the woman at the desk (with the long orange fingernails) initially refused to call maintenance. An hour and a half later I went back and encountered the same employee. This time I told her I would not leave until I saw a maintenance person. Maintenance guy was great!

Armando was particularly helpful, as he was able to get an extension cord, which provided me the ability to use my CPAP machine and charge my phone overnight. Beautiful view of the sunset from our site! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
