My wife my 11 yr old son and our two dogs stayed here for the 4 day weekend really i just kind of stumbled across this place while searching the web for a place to stay while we were up for a weekend and the skunk train. And i am so glad i did we had the best time this place is phenomenal and all the staff and employees are top notch very friendly we booked our next stay before we checked out.

Always meet new people that are friendly and have their own stories of how much fun they and their families having! This time I must have met 6-8 people that have been coming to Manchester for decades, I know one day we will be able to say that because I have never had a bad experience here

went for a memorial service and stayed for the camaraderie and KOA fellowship. everyone from yolanda, terry, crystal and susana went out fo their way to fix scheduling errors. making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. THANK YOU, LADIES���

I must have visited this KOA about 20 times since being a child and now 33. Every year it has been great. Clean, friendly, low area rates and great drive from any direction. Don't mind the any negative reviews as they were written by overprivileged snobs.

We love it!! We were here three times this year and pretty much every summer for many years before! We always recommend it and have introduced friends to it who love it too! By far our favorite KOA on the northern coast of CA and OR! After staying at multiple across the US, a definite five stars!! Awesome staff, location, amenities, camping kitchen, beaches nearby, great dog park!! Love!!

We love staying at this KOA .The staff are all extremely nice and helpful. The facilities are great and kept clean. We highly recommend this location. We visit at least once a year. 5 stars!

I stayed 3 nights in a basic cabin. I needed power but was pleasantly surprised that the cabin had a heater. Great experience with the facility and the staff. I was part of a large group of about 50 people. They easily accommodated all the modes of motorcycles, cars, trailers and tents. Also the campground arranged a great catered meal for our full group.

Would rate a 4.5. We stayed in one of the RV travel trailers. Would suggest written instructions on systems within. Had issue with heat, hot water and kitchen electrical outlets (tripped GFI) first night. Once we sorted those issues out, had a very enjoyable experience.

The staff were so friendly snd the cabins were clean and comfortable. So many amenities and the store had a little of everything. Looking forward to going back soon. Jenny

The last time I was there was about 13 yrs ago. We use to come up with a big group and stay for a week. This stay was a lot of memories of those days. This place is very clean and well taken care of. I have missed it and now am hooked again. I’ll be back for sure.

had a nice time with family great facility, suggest cabins have available electrical plugs for cell phones, music and nt be so strict and quiet time after 10pm. We should be able to sit by our camp fire and talk and visit..that's the whole point of being there and having a campfire. Not be reminded by your host a friendly reminder..its like we had to go inside our cabins by 10pm. Really?

It has been 11 years since the last time we stayed at Manchester Beach KOA. Last time, we went there for our wedding. This time, we were able to bring all four of our children to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We drove four hours from Sacramento through the crazy winding roads and it is definitely worth the trip.

We stayed here many times in the past and loved it. This time it was noticeably neglected. Main bathroom needs work. Our bbq was completely rusted through, would not turn and could not hold coals. The worst was, although they have a 10 pm to 8 am quiet time, it was ignored by the large group next to us who stayed up until 1 am partying loudly. They need to enforce that policy. It ruined our stay.

It was good. Roads within are kind of broken. May be they are on purpose for it to look more rugged. Overall , it's nice. We also happened to be there in rain so maybe potholes hurt a bit. But still nice experience.

We rented the basic cabin. Everything was wonderful except the cabin is very very dark inside. There is only a single LED bulb for light. Suggest they do an inexpensive upgrade to a 2 bulb fixture. Staff was very pleasant. Grounds were kept up. This is a great place to stay. I would recommend it to others and I would stay again.

We needed a break from the heat & smoke of the Sacramento Valley, and a place where our dog Jolene could go with us. The fog and coolness of the Mendocino Coast was a welcome change. The KOA camp with its magnificent trees & rustic cabins was just right for us. The KOA staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pet park was easy to access. Jolene got to play with dogs from around the country.

It was our first time at a KOA and absolutely loved it! The cabin was very clean and my 5yo loved the bunk bed nook. The amenities were great though we didn’t get to use the pool, the location is perfect, and the staff made us feel welcome. I also liked seeing them drive around regularly, making sure everything was clean and people were behaving. I’d definitely go again!

This was our second trip to Manchester KOA and we immediately booked a third stay as we were checking out. It's just that good. Wonderful, helpful staff. Very friendly environment. Just the right amount of everything KOA! Hope to experience the ice cream bar one day. Is that still a thing in the summer? thanks!

The cabins are wonderful. The bathrooms were clean and never out of supplies. Our group had a great time hanging out and checking out the beach near by. Looking forward to our next visit.

as it has always been for the past 25years, "Its a great day at Manchester Beach KOA"! This has been my decompression destination every year and look forward to being back in 2022.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
