Very nice campgrounds...good amenities...make sure you bring plenty of food with you as the closest place to really find anything open is Ft Bragg (50 miles away)...the local area eateries are in the first place very few, and are almost all on limited hours and dine-in options...thank you Kalifornia...scenery is beautiful...it is the coast so bring warm clothing...5 thumbs up!!!

Nice people working there but our site was on a corner in the dirt with view of the construction yard. Every truck or car that came by created lots of dust. Gravel or concrete would be helpful. Left a day early.

We loved the peace and quiet. We enjoyed the beach access trail. The bathrooms were kept clean. The sites were large-you didn't feel like you were on top of somebody else camping. The staff was friendly and helpful.We felt you really should improve the signal for cell phone use. In this day and age spend the money to improve the signal! There was no hot water for a shower our last night camping.

We spent the entire 3 night stay being smoked out by the campsite across from us as the wind blew in our direction. They burned crappy wood that they found and let it smoke. I complained 2 times about it and they were talked to but it was not enough. I was sick the entire time we were there unless we left. We could not open our trailer at all. No guidelines and control of fires by this KOA.

A real CAMPGROUND with lots of amenities!! CLEAN restrooms/showers!! Friendly and nice staff. I personally watched staff clean ash from grills and fire pits and clean Picnic tables and benches!!!

Delightful surprise (after a daunting surprise, driving through Mountain View Road in the dark ��, thanks to screwy GPS directions…). A bit dusty, but very friendly environment and staff, very pleasant fellow campers, and great access to “exploring the coast” both to the south, and the north.

We loved our stay. Nice, spacious sites under the trees, laundry and restrooms were clean and comfortable. Could use trash cans and paper towels or tissues in shower areas (I had to clean up someone's hair). Great dog park. Great location. Staff was great.

Loved the amenities but hate out camp site. We were in site 59. Next time I know what sites are good.

Had a great visit, The place was generally clean. The weather was great, felt nice to get out of the heat. Two issues, 1.The bathroom floors were never mopped. The bathroom floor had the same dirt on it, the enitre weekend, even after multiple cleaning persons came and went. 2. The secondary dump station was a disaster. Wrong angle for the trailer and incomplete drainage. Just wait in line.

Our stay was great.Yolanda and her staff were very helpful and friendly with everything. Checkin was super easy. We also wanted to stay an extra night due to the smoke back home and Yolonda made it happen with her magic fingers Thanks again to the whole staff we will be back next year. Rich and Sheila Pember

Great campground with all of the amenities. Group campfire at night was especially fun meeting new people. All staff are especially friendly and nice. A lot of different options to stay. Rent a cabin, a trailer, bring your own trailer, or RV, and tent sites. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and people are respecting the mask mandate while indoors at the store. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful location and park, staff is courteous and efficient, all facilities are convenient and clean. Limited full hook up spots and wish they would prohibit camp fires with all of the forest fires happening.

Staff was friendly. The bathroom/showers were clean. Mask usage was per CDC & state guidelines. Staff always checked and cleaned sites after campers checked out. Great place to getaway!

We reserved a 30 amp full hookup site for 4 days. The park is nice but I think they need to screen their guests at check in a little more thoroughly. The site on one side of us had 5 large dogs that barked a lot and the site on the other side parked a large 5th wheel, 2 pickup trucks and pitched 2 10x10 tents up against and behind our RV, overflowing their site into ours.

Property is beautiful and well kept. Employees and wonderful and kind. Spacious sites and everysite is in short walking distance to restrooms. Great for unhooking and day tripping too!

The full hookup sites were spaced between 100 year old pine tress giving the experience of camping in a pine forest. We spent our days visiting the local communities and found the park quiet at night. Staff clean campsites between guests. WIFI was good, Cable TV not so good, old analog noisy MATV distribution system in park. Small cars speeding on Natural Trail road were concerning for kids.

A most pleasant campground that provides for a broad range of customers from brand new spiffy Class A’s all the way to tent campers. Just a nice non-stuffy mix. Everyone pleasant, excellent staff. RV slots are on grass or gravel, close to very level, water, sewer, electric all ok. Nice walking in the area. Excellent large dog park… big enough for the packs to run and chase each other.

Fantastic campground. Only negative was the condition of the bathrooms. They’re cleaned really well, it only once a day in the morning. After hundreds of campers shower, it ends up quite a mess. Overall, excellent campground, would recommend without hesitation.

Probably not always like this, but it was very loud late at night. A group in the cabins had a birthday party at exactly midnight. We were in an RV and it was loud enough to wake us up. Other than this one off, it is clean, safe, and well organized. Amazing staff.

No reason to sugar coat this. This place is a dump, pure and simple. Sites were atrocious, handles off the valves in the showers, you name it. The staff acted as though the worked at the Four Seasons (snooty), and not sure why. Probably don't like working there as much as we didn't like staying there.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
