Very well run campground. There are enough restroom and shower facilities and they are clean and well maintained. Most campsites are wooded and reasonably large. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good access trail to the beach. My only real gripe is that internet connectivity is very poor. But overall, this is a great facility.

The staff, Not limited to Yolanda, Terri and Bud!! are the best! They always are willing to help you achieve a great Visit! I wish the Pandemic was over so we could again have Karaoke. It's the best! Thank you to the whole staff. Always cleaning!!

We have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean, the store well stocked. The sites are quickly cleaned up when campers leave to have them ready for the next person, including the tables. The only thing I don’t like is having to leave!

We love going there. Great area to walk right at the campground. It’s kept really clean and the staff in the office and around the grounds are helpful and lovely. They now give us a list of places to hike with our dog. We go 2-3 times a year for the last 10 years and look forward to many more trips there.

This KOA needs to be better maintained. Too much dust from the Vehicles driving along the unpaved campground roads. Too many barking dogs. Like the nightly movies though.

Really liked everything. Would love to have a bit more privacy at site 60. Also, a whiteboard with the days movies and what is usable on property would be great!

It was a lovely surprise. We arrived early and the staff sent us to a site without delay. The campsite was clean, very quiet with lots of room between sites. They had an outside movie screen with a family night movie and an area for cooking and BBQing for larger groups. We will return and recommend.

Best KOA campground experience we've ever has. Perfect balance of amenities and rustic environment. Very private. Great dog park. The hot tub and pool were both so clean and the office personnel were friendly enough. Also, nice nature trail walk to the ocean. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to return in the near future.

We brought our cabover camper to Manchester Beach/Mendocino Coast KOA for my husband's birthday and to escape the smoke filled air of Central California and we are so glad we did. We have a 3 month old and can not wait to bring him back here when he is a little older. Camp sites were very well maintained and there was enough space to not feel on top of your neighbors. Very clean bathrooms as well.

The manager Yolanda was very rude to my family and we were got harassed. We spent a lot of money there. But we will not be back.

Great facility. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Spots were open and accessible. Walkable beach access trail. We will definitely go back if in the area again

This is a nice campground. Large rv sites, easy to back our trailer into our spot. Big fenced dog park. We avoided the spa since some guests brought their totally naked infant children despite Adult Only signs that weren’t enforced. Weather was cooler and foggier than we had hoped.

Loved the trees and spacious sites. Also enjoyed the large enclosed pet run.Bathrooms could be updated. Both men’s and women’s were somewhat shabby.

Wonderful front reception staff. Were able to change sites with no problem. Manager helped us get trailer around a tree. Campground is safe, quiet, clean. Will be back back in a cabin at Christmas!

The place is really nice. It is an older KOA but the staff is very helpful and the place is kept very clean. Highly recommend

Very dusty. Areas need to be paved. My site had lots of gravel. Ladies bathroom near Admin towel containers need to be replaced. Paper towel kept jamming. Was there for several days and they jammed continuously.

Very busy site but overall very nice. Sites are spaced out. Loved the one mile trail to Manchester Beach from the campsite! The free limited wifi was most appreciated.

Staff was indifferent to letting them know that there was a fire left unattended. Considering current wildfires in California this was unprofessional. Not likely to return there.

Overall we liked the campground. The beautiful beach is very close, we rode our bikes there. They had a cool movie night for the kids. You are surrounded by trees, it feels like real camping. The pool was too crowded, it’s a little small. The park needs to be updated, it’s not as nice as some of the other KOA’s we’ve stayed at. The drive is really windy on 128. Hope this review is helpful.

Our 4 night stay was not a pleasant one. Bathrooms & showers were always dirty and floors were always littered with paper products. Also, bathrooms not restocked. Only 1 day of our stay was busy, and the campground emptied out after that during the week. There was no excuse for dirty facilities. With covid-19 rampant, a little bleach can go a long way to stay safe.

Enjoy the covering trees. Friendly staff, and love proximity to the ocean and all the towns. This is becoming my favorite vacation spot.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
