Friendly staff, clean restrooms, hot showers with great water pressure. Campsites bare on the edgres so more trees need to be planted.

I prefer to camp out in the woods, away from other people. I was invited by a friend to stay at KOA. Staff were very helpful and friendly though. I would add a second or third kitchen area, it was always packed and I was unable to use it. And please put a sign at trail head, noting the distance of the hike to the beach. And enforce the quiet hours, loud partying and music until 1 am!

Check-in process was efficient, we were offered a choice of sites. Bathrooms were very clean. We didn't stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities but appreciated that they were there!

The campground is nice, but not very well managed. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly (or at least not well). Quiet hours are not enforced. Not a great place for a family with young kids.

This was our 4th year as always lovely welcome and despite labor shortage bathrooms always clean this is our very favorite KOA we will be back next year God willing... thankyou Manchester KOA.

Nice facility, great location, helpful staff. I would like to see rule limiting music volume from campers. There was a large group in a cabin near my tent site playing excessively loud "music" throughout the evening. Thanks

My husband and I were tent camping. This is likely the best KOA for tents anywhere. Most of the spaces are large and shaded and away from the RVs and cabins. The grounds are very well maintained and the bathrooms/showers are clean and updated. The pool and hot tub are fun additions after a day of hiking on the Stornetta coastal trail.

Stayed at a tent site and had a great time! Great service and clean facilities. I’ve stayed at this KOA about 3 times and every time was awesome! Highly recommend this KOA!

Lovely beach trail access and adequate amenities. Unfortunately, we were placed in a corner of the tent section that received wind from ocean so it was always freezing. May return but choose different area. Liked having access to other nearby beaches also and a fully stocked market off camp grounds that is just three minutes away by car. People did not wear masks in common areas which was bad.

The camp was nice with many amenities. A camp cooking open kitchen for the camp guest, movie, pool etc. However the showers and restrooms definitely need more attention many more times a day!!

We had a wonderful stay. The campsite was surrounded by trees, with only a short hike to the beach. Our spot was clean with an easy distance to the showers and store. The staff, what can I say, they were awesome as they answered all our questions and delivered wood to us in quick time. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you Manchester KOA :)

We had a great stay. You need more showers though and more things available to buy at the store , such as blankets and sleeping bags. We were very cold the 1st night. Had to drive 1.5 hours each way to buy more blankets.

The view of the hills through the fog is amazing, I love how close the beach is (you can hear the waves at night once everything quiets down) and how empty the beach is too! Fort Bragg is just an hour up the coast and makes for a nice day trip. I've noticed more cabins this time around, y'all must have been busy in the past few years. Next time I'll finally check a cabin out! I love it there!

We arrived after the office was closed, but we had no trouble finding our reservation and our campsite. We were very pleased with all of the amenities.

While the weather was colder than I expected, I appreciated the campground. I especially want to thank you for the help I received when I had a problem with my trailer. I went to the office to ask for help and was told someone would be at my site soon. In this case, soon was two minutes! He helped and came back the next morning to see if I was OK. Thanks!

It was beautiful and clean. A little colder than we expected. Lots of things to do both at camp and all around. There’s a store just down the road that’s beautiful in case you need to grab a few things. I really really enjoyed our trip! And so did all the kids :)

Very nice stay. It was peaceful, everyone was friendly and there's always lots to do if we choose. The only thing we missed, which I heard hasn't been around for awhile, was the hayride down to the beach. It's a long walk without a vehicle and we have tent on our truck, so it wasn't easy getting down there.

We had a wonderful stay. This KOA is perfect with kids! I also appreciate the very clean bathrooms/showers! Thank you to the staff for the hard work, it really shows. I would stay here every weekend if I could.

We love Manchester! We come every year and it’s always awesome. The staff is friendly and does a great job, and the campsites are spacious and beautiful. We can’t wait until next year!

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
