Arapeen Trails 100% open June 22nd!!! Extended stays available.

If you’re ready to explore Utah’s scenic backcountry, the Arapeen Trail System is the perfect place to start. With hundreds of miles of well-marked ATV, side-by-side, and dirt bike trails, it offers something for everyone—from families enjoying a casual ride to adventurers chasing mountain views. Before you head out, take a few minutes to plan ahead so your ride is safe, smooth, and full of fun.
Here’s a quick checklist to get you started: bring helmets and safety gear for all riders, check fuel levels, inspect your tires and brakes, and pack water, snacks, and a basic first aid kit. Be sure to download or grab a printed trail map (found in our store or at https://www.utahatvtrails.org/mobile.html) —cell service can be spotty. Dress in layers, since weather conditions can change quickly in the mountains. Finally, follow trail signs, respect wildlife, and stay on designated routes to help keep this beautiful area open for all to enjoy.
When you return from your ride, unwind back at the campground—share stories by the fire, wash off your machines (at our on site ATV wash!), and plan tomorrow’s adventure. The Arapeen Trail System has countless hidden gems waiting to be discovered, and with the right preparation, your first trip can be one you’ll always remember.
That doesn't mean this area has to always be empty. When you start reviewing camping options, your history will display here to help compare sites and find the best stay. You will be able to share your stay information with friends or family and save it for a later time if you have a KOA Account.
