General Campground Information

Check-in and Check-out times

RV and Tent Check-in is after 1:00 pm 
Accommodations and Cabin check-in is after 3:00 pm
Checkout is at 11:00 am
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not always available. If we can accommodate your request, a $25 fee will apply.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is conveniently located on the south side of the main building and accepts card.

Propane

We sell propane during business hours. Please visit our store to request a propane fill.

Cancellation and Early Check-in & Check-out

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancelation notice. Call 435-660-4959 you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements.

Early Check-in/ Check-outs:
Late Check outs will need to call the morning they are due to leave to request a late checkout. A $25.00 charge will apply.

After Hour Arrival

Your site map and instructions for your site will be posted at the Night Registration Area at the front of the office. Register and pay using the registration envelopes provided if you arrive after office hours and do not have an advance reservation.

Guest Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to treat other patrons and park staff with courtesy.There is a zero-tolerance policy in the park for any illegal, abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct. The possession, sale, or use of any illegal drug or drug paraphernalia within park premises is prohibited. Guests are not to conduct any business in or from the premises. Soliciting is not permitted in the park. Smoking is prohibited in all cabins and all common areas, including but not limited to restrooms, clubhouses, front desk, comfort areas, pools, and picnic areas. Children are always to be accompanied by an adult. A speed limit of 5 MPH is strictly enforced in the park. Please slow down and take caution when driving through the park.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud voices, music, stereos, speakers, televisions, computers, phones, or other devices will be considered a nuisance if they unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment of the park by other guests. All noise-emitting devices are to be turned off when leaving the premises.

Cleaning

All guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and uncluttered.
Storing items around or under the RV/Cabin is prohibited, including but not limited to coolers, storage bins, lumber, tires, clotheslines, potted plants, toolboxes, etc.
Rugs that may damage the grass are prohibited. Only patio/camping furniture and a small barbecue are allowed outside.
Trash must be disposed of in designated dumpsters located throughout the park.
Unless expressly permitted by the park manager in writing, the display of any signs, pennants, placards, advertisements, notices, pictures, ornaments, stickers, handbills or other materials on the outside of any RV/Cabin is prohibited.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all park areas.

Restroom

Restrooms are for registered guests only. Please do not share your restroom access with anyone outside of registered guests on your site.
Restrooms facilities, including toilets, tubs, and sinks, are for their common purpose only. They are not to be used to clean dishes, clothing, or other items.
Please do not use the restroom to dispose of trash, rags, garbage, or other items that are likely to clog.
The park reserves the right to impose a time limit on the use of restroom facilities.

Parking

All vehicles must have a parking permit issued by the office.
One free parking permit is given per site. Additional licenses may be purchased for a fee, subject to availability.
Parking permits must be visibly displayed on the windshield. If a parking permit is lost, a replacement may be obtained for a $5 fee.
No parking except in designated areas and with a valid parking permit.
Parking in empty RV sites is by permit only.
Overflow parking is designated for vehicles only. Storage units, boats, and trailers are not permitted in the campground. If you receive a notice and items are not removed, the item will be towed or booted at the owner's expense.
Park entrances and common areas are not to be obstructed at any time.

Mail

Mail will NOT be accepted in the office. This includes packages. Please arrange to have your mail delivered to you at a post office service center or other alternatives.

Visitors

Visitors must follow all campground rules. If issues arise, the registered guest is responsible for their behavior and may be fined and have their stay in the park terminated.
Visitors not registered and paid for may not stay overnight. Unpaid/unregistered guests on your site will be charged to your account, and they will be asked to vacate the premises as trespassers.
Visitors' vehicles are subject to the parking policy, and violators will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Pets

Guests are responsible for their animals at all times while in the park. This includes the disposal and clean-up in all park areas, including their RV space.
Guests are required to have a reasonable size and length of the leash for their pets. Pets are required to be on a leash and are not to be left unattended.
Pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse, park area, swimming pool, office, or comfort stations.

Pool

Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Pool is reserved for registered guests only.
Guests must shower before entering the pool and must wear appropriate swimwear. Children under two or not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
No glass, alcohol, food, pets, smoking, running, or rough play is allowed.
No children under 14 are permitted in the pool area without an adult.
Pool hours are posted at the entrance of the pool.

Playground

Children under 14 should not be left unattended.
No glass, pets, smoking, or rough play are allowed.
Playground hours are from 8 am to dusk.

Electric Vehicles

Electric or hybrid vehicles are not permitted for charging in the resort. Setting Electric vehicles on RV pedestals may cause damage to the park, RV, and the vehicle's electrical systems.
Electrical or Hybrid Vehicles may be charged on designated EV chargers if available.

Miscellaneous

Sewer connections must be sealed, and no leaks from sewer or water connections are allowed. If this needs attention from our park staff, please get in touch with the office.
Surge Protectors are required by the RV owner for days longer than 14 days.

Violations

Park staff reserves the right to remove any guest and visitor from the park who fails to comply with park rules. Guests who refuse to leave after being requested by park staff will be escorted out by law enforcement.
Damage to park property caused by guests will be charged to the card on file.
Vehicles that violate park rules will either be booted or towed at guests' expense.
Any vehicles or personal property left after the guest's departure will be considered abandoned and towed from the property or disposed of at the park staff's discretion.
