A very pleasantt place! The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. The laundry room was the cleanest and in best repair of any we have seen. Keep up the good work!

Was expecting full hookups but it was just an overnight stay so water and electric was sufficient. My wife says they could use a better gift shop/ store like the KOA in Warrenton, OR.

Was close to Interstate and easy to get to. Thought I was getting full hook ups but found out when we got there we weren’t getting sewer hook up and none were available. All else was fine.

I was sorry that the pool closed too early. We got there too late --traffic. Otherwise, it was very nice. Cows. Nice place to camp

The camp directors were nice, but the site lacks amenities. We stayed in cabin, no garbage cans around the area, had to go across the park to dispose of trash. The firepit lacks a grate to cook, power in cabin--lacking. Store carries very few items compared to other KOA's. Prices seemed higher as well, especially ICE.

We love this campground and it's gracious hosts. We have held our kids birthdays out there for many years, best idea I ever had.

I loved everything about this KOA. All of the employees were incredible and kind and understanding. They were all so welcoming and inviting. Anything I needed they were right there to help. It was just the best experience.

Everything was as expected. A small thing was only one fan in the cabin and no coffee like we had at other KOA sites. My brother had a medical issue and they were great at helping us get in contact with 911 though. Very grateful.

Nice and quiet. Excellent camp hosts. Friendly and had some accessories I needed to get back in the road. All good.

Due to a mix up on our part, we showed up a day early. Nonetheless, the KOA folks found us room at the inn, for which we were extremely grateful. Herb helped these newbies back their trailer into the space, and we had a great night. Thanks all!

The KOA is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was accommodating with our requests and we'll be staying at this KOA and others in the future. Keep the smiles!

The showers could have been a bit better. Everyday I would clean the globs of hair from the drain so the water wouldn’t pool. We were there for 7 nights.

It was a very quiet stay which we appreciated and the staff that checked us in were very nice. The campgrounds are a little more sparse than the other KOAs we stayed at this month. It would be nice to have the chairs or swings that the others have. The tile in the showers could use more in-depth cleaning within the grout. Other than that it was quiet in spite of being full and we slept well.

We always enjoy staying at the Medford/Gold Hill KOA. It may not be the biggest or the fanciest KOA, but it's easy to get to, has a pool, there's lots of shade, it's quiet and peaceful (especially on the east side of the park that's farther away from I-5), and the camp hosts are always super friendly and helpful. We love this KOA!

Overall the campground was nice and clean. The pool was constantly filled with children, it would be nice to have an adult swim in the evening. They need something to sit on shower area. We would have rated our stay higher but we had a poor experience with the staff at check-in. They acted uncaring about our missing package. They kept saying it was not there and did little to help us find it.

The park was clean and well maintained. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little less expensive than other area campgrounds.

Stayed for 2 nights. Park was clean , hook ups were in good order , staff was really nice and they have good wifi.
