Grounds were very clean and well maintained. I was in a tent so used the restroom facilities. VERY CLEAN and well kept. The layout of tent area is spacious and water was just steps away.

Showers were a little funky so we opted not to use them. Other than that the camp sites are wonderful! The fire pits are really nice. The location is easy to get to.

The cabin that we stayed in was fine. We were not exceptionally pleased with the location of the cabin, unfortunately. We were in a gully, for lack of better terms. Also, unfortunately, we were inundated by campfires which made it even more unpleasant to stay in the location. ... Not to say that the campfires were the fault of anyone but other campers, but it just made matters worse.

The bees were so bad we had to walk around to eat, otherwise they would swarm, we had one bee sting. The bathroom lock apparently ran out of batteries and I couldn't get in to go to the bathroom in the morning- there is no secondary toilet and no one was around to fix it. So no functioning bathroom, kind of a big deal. At every interaction the staff seemed unconcerned and not very hospitable.

Herb was great. He made me a rewards member and told me all about KOA. Never stayed at one before. Really nice! Freeway noise the only drawback. Great campground.

I loved everything about this KOA. All of the employees were incredible and kind and understanding. They were all so welcoming and inviting. Anything I needed they were right there to help. It was just the best experience.

Very clean. Restrooms, and pool area immaculate. Campsites clean. It is next to interstate, so noisy, but still a good spot to stop for the night. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Love the pool.

We stayed one might last minute. Luckily there were 3 sites available for tent camping. Everything is very close on the property. We were the second to last tent site from the end and the bathroom was like a minute walk, maybe. Everything was easy to access. Bathrooms were very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked amazing! And others seemed to be enjoying it! Great stay!

We have stayed there frequently in the last few years. My family have enjoyed staying there. But this has changed. The last time we stayed there we were treated rudely by the staff and felt unwelcomed. The grass was not watered as it was in previous years so more dust and flies. The pool was unkept. We are now checking out another campground. We left a day early and won’t be going back

Camping is very crowded. People 10 feet from you. Staff I encountered didnt seem very friendly or welcoming. For the price I will stay somewhere else.

No electricity next to tent sites. I had to go find a motel room for the night and forfeit my payment. I had a blow up mattress that uses a electric blower. Site was just not workable for me. I can't recommend for tenters, but may be fine for RVs.

Kind people in office, pool was wonderful, bathrooms very clean. The huge amount of garbage in the dumpster and a truck by it smelled terribly and I could smell rotting food my entire two nights which was very unpleasant. Grass and grounds were not as green and well kept as they were last year at the same time.

Beautiful and relaxing I love the fact that after hours you were still able to have access to a nice shower with some peace and quiet and feel secure at the same time everybody was really friendly and also allow you to have privacy

All staff was friendly and the place was clean. I’ll use this place again in the future next time I’m on my motorcycle. After riding for 12 hours a quiet/ orderly place to sleep and a shower is worth the $32 to me. When it’s 100+ degrees out the swimming pool feels like a bastion of civilization.

So much fun! Staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Restrooms were always clean. And enjoyed the pool during our stay. Loved every minute and will be for sure coming back again soon. Great place!

Spent Memorial Day Weekend at the Medford/Gold Hill KOA. Ron, Patti, Mo, and Herb keep the grounds very clean and secure. Facilities were all working well. Only downer is the highway noise at night, but that's not on the KOA. I recommend this KOA.

The staff was very nice except for the one woman at the front desk who either hated me or life or both. I hope she gets an attitude adjustment. Everyone else was helpful and kind. The whole campground was very clean and the grounds were manicured. The bathroom/showers were the nicest and cleanest that I’ve ever seen. The Pool was also super clean and inviting. Thanks!

The facilities were clean and adequate. Staff was helpful and professional. The tent spaces were large and level with picnic tables and fire pits.The KOA is adjacent to the interstate and the all night noise from the trucks was two much.

Lots of highway noise, cramped tent sites, didn't appreciate having the dumpster on our site. 10pm quiet time not enforced at all - someone actually started their loud music at 10:05pm. Bathrooms were nice and clean which is really the only good point of the stay.

Very nice camp ground, easily accessed and close to home I came with just my kids and felt very safe and enjoyed the stay. Beautiful property and staff was helpful. Will be back soon!

The park was clean and well maintained. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little less expensive than other area campgrounds.

Stayed for 2 nights. Park was clean , hook ups were in good order , staff was really nice and they have good wifi.
