Exceptional staff at counter who went above and beyond in assisting me in extending our stay during a busy and difficult time to find space for our motorhome in Gold Hill. She provided the best customer service of any RV park we have stayed over many years. A real gem!

Peaceful, quiet. Little stream by the campground with little wooden bridges. Pool if you go the right time of the year. Bathroom was very warm which is perfect for that campground shower in March!

Woman at front desk was very nice but a little confused. We weren't used to the double hookup. The hookups were on the wrong side for our camper but luckily our hoses were long enough. We got there late so it was almost dark and my husband stepped in dog poop trying to hook up. He was not happy about that. It was close to the highway which was convenient but you could hear it at night.

People in the office very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is sites don’t have sewer. And the wi-fi was weak/intermittent.

Ascetically, the worst KOA I’ve been in. Very close to neighbors, all dirt and mud. I won’t stay here again

Have stayed here twice now. Convenient access from I-5. Clean campground, friendly staff. Both stays were just overnight stops while passing through Oregon. Did not use any available facilities, just parked, ate dinner, slept and hit the road in the morning. Would definitely stop here in the future.

cold and rainy, site was perfect shelter from the storm on my route. People were friendly and helpful. Wish you would open up your Kamping Kabins to campers with dogs.

Nice park. Large pull-through site. Direct access to the outlet mall (which the shopper in the family enjoyed).

Nice space (not quite level) and the wifi is poor. Not our first time staying in this location and the wifi continues to be poor. My look elsewhere next time as the rate charged demands better amenities.

Jane and Tracey the camp hosts were very helpful and great!! Bathrooms and laundry nice and clean. Our pull through site was a bit run down.

Nice little park. The only issue I had was no water on at the site. It would have been nice to know that so we could have topped off our fresh water tank. Very friendly staff.

Conveniently located and easy to find after leaving I-5. Reception was very cordial and informative about the park and services. Well-spaced pull through site but a bit out of level left to right. As KOA parks go, this one is the nicest and most reasonably priced I have seen.

This was my first stay at a KOA campground and I was very pleased. The staff was super helpful and friendly and I will not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Another old run down and dirty KOA. It is easy to see that the owners of this place just keep it going but it is obvious that they have never put a dollar in to improving it.

There is an issue with the septic drain. They fixed it but the next day when I drained my tank it made another mess.

It was a wonderful respite from being on the road. The bathrooms were clean and warm. The Playground and laundry were appreciated and well used. Beautiful setting, friendly staff....a wonderful stay from beginning to end!

Only 1 night while we travel, pull through slots are nice, but getting to them when other campers are close to road made it a little challenging.

The park was clean and well maintained. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little less expensive than other area campgrounds.

Stayed for 2 nights. Park was clean , hook ups were in good order , staff was really nice and they have good wifi.
