Although friendly and nice, the woman at the office was not masked. As we got to our spot we drove through some pretty sad looking places. It looks as though quite a few people live there and do not keep up their area.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting us started on our RV camping journey. We are brand new RV owners. A shout out to Jody for the excellent service.

Very small, quiet park. Not a scenic park, but my pull thru site had green grass on both sides, a large shade tree overhead but a weathered picnic table. There is some freeway "white" noise but with my closed acrylic windows I heard nothing. I stayed midweek. Wifi got slow with everyone on in evening but cable TV offered decent amount of clear channels. Staff and FT park users very friendly.

We had no plans to stay at the Gold Hill KOA however as we pulled out of the Rouge River Valley and get cell reception back, we say that I-5 had been closed due to fires. We quickly pulled into the KOA and asked for a spot. The owner kindly gave us a spot. As the evening progressed, we watched so many people pull into the KOA to escape the fires. She found space for everyone. Thank you so much!

Plenty of room for our 40 ft motorhome and Ford F150 tow. Quiet. Great location. Great staff. Enjoyed our week.

We stayed because we were evacuated from our home. Jim and Jody were very nice. Jim helped us set up our 5th wheel, as we just purchased it only a week prior. Thanks for all you do!!!

We have stayed here every year for the past 4, we have family close by and the kids liked the pool. Cable didn’t work even tho we didn’t really want it or need it. The pool was crowded, cloudy water and dirty. Kids very disappointed. Non mask wearing staff were friendly and nice enough, but I think next year we will try a different place

We had a wonderful stay at Medford / Gold Hill KOA. The park is convenient and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice pull through with green grass and shade. Excellent WiFi. We will return to this KOA next year.

The online reservation system was easy for our one night stay. When we got there the host said he could extend it for three days if needed because of adverse road conditions. He was most helpful and knowledgeable about local conditions. Sites were a little close but that didn't bother us. We will stay there again if passing by.

Super Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and through. In the last 2 weeks we have stayed at 6 other KOAs and this was the BEST!!! Would have loved to stayed longer but just an overnite stay but well worth our stay. Very nice and clean campground.

We enjoyed our short stay at this location. The pool was open and the water was cold, which was nice since the temp was over 100 degrees. The bathroom was clean, except for one shower stall. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful.

We had the most fun with our great granddaughter in the pool teaching her how to swim. We had a travel trailer and didn't have a fire pit. I didn't see a communal fire pit. It would be nice to have one for those who don't have one at their site.

We arrived around 3:00 check-in was a snap, the site was close to bathrooms and showers, The camp was ok for our unit the ground a little out of level but my unit has self leveling so it was not a problem. Stores were not far, access to hwy was good. the attendants were all friendly, kids play ground was good the pool inviting and bathrooms / showers keep clean

The park was clean and well maintained. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little less expensive than other area campgrounds.

Stayed for 2 nights. Park was clean , hook ups were in good order , staff was really nice and they have good wifi.
