Parking sites need to be more level. It was difficult to get the camper level. Pool is great and so are the people.

Just over night and we had everything we needed. Didn’t use the pool or any of the other facilities but they looked nice and clean.

Staff excellent: sites level, big and shaded ; nice pool: club house pool table nice. Bath rooms are acceptable.

we lost power because the staff put a big rv with a 50 amp in a 30 amp slot and burnt the electrical, the site smelled of rotten meat and was full of flies, then at 2:30am the staff was out side drunk and talking about skateboards it was a hard nite. It is a Beautiful place but I think the staff needs to be trained to know the sites, how to keep the place clean and to observe quiet time.

Awesome location. Clean park. Very friendly management. Great breakfast! Perfect location for walking dogs. Have stayed twice now and would highly recommend this KOA. Its great!

They do not provide escort to RV sites Showers had mold. Staff at Check in were very helpful

There is so much to do and the staff is so friendly! The pulled pork was out of this world!! We can’t wait who back and stay longer!!

Memphis KOA out of the way enough to allow a quiet stay for a tent camper. Friendly staff. Wanted to try the biscuits and gravy breakfast on the lovely patio but took off early to see Graceland.

Staff was so very helpful ! Being a newbie at this RV stuff, the staff noticed I had my water hooked up wrong and helped us out! If it wasn’t fo the bridge being out on I 40 it wouldn’t have been such a hassle to get to the campground. Would love to stay there again!

A quick overnight stay - staff were great, everything was clean and well cared for. Parking in the space was easy. The staff offer hot breakfast items that can be ordered and then delivered to your unit. A very nice playground was available for kids. A field is set up for family games (corn hole, horseshoes, ladder golf). I only wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities.

Came a heavy rain on our first night and it was very muddy the next day. Mosquitos are terrible. No grills was a bummer. Did enjoy the nice pool but didn’t have any umbrellas to sit under. The office/ store was convenient and was supplied well. The cafe was convenient also with delivery to your site. The pizza was awesome. My family and I will return.

So, this is the second time I have stayed at the Memphis KOA and have enjoyed both times. The staff has been very courteous and helpful. I appreciate that they prepare a dinner meal that you can purchase especially after traveling for a long way. Thanks again for a great stay.

Very nice for a journey KOA. Nice pull through sites. Clean and spacious. Nice pool. Too many mosquitos at night. Does drain well; lots of mud puddles.

Beautiful little campground nestled in the forest. Nice sites, friendly people. Pool was lovely, and although we didn’t try it the water slide looked like a lot of fun!

We used this as a pit stop on the way home. It was very pleasant, clean, quiet, and safe. Comforting knowing the quality of KOA is always there for the weary traveler.

A mud puddle covered the back half of our pull-through site (25), as well as several other sites. There did not seem to be any mitigation efforts to remove the standing water. The power went out for about 15 minutes, which meant the A/C in our trailer was out of commission. I am giving 2 stars because the manager offered a $10 refund for the poor quality of the site.

Always my midway stop from Ohio to Texas. They can't control the weather,, but after a rain,, it becomes a muddy mess. A couple issues this time. Someone was still in my assigned spot when I arrived around 2 PM. Had to pull back around to have them clear out.

Fantastic, safe, convenient and clean. Was so easy to get access on and off the interstate. We used it mainly as an overnight pit stop going to and from Tennessee.

Friendly customer service over the phone and convenient check in after hours. Lights at the electric pole didn’t work. Restrooms were run down from lack of maintenance and not well cleaned during our stay. It had just rained in the area and a lot of the grounds were flooded with standing water. Breakfast was the highlight of this stay. I would not recommend any KOA campground at any time.

We arrived very late and were thankful for a non reservation spot, however the park could use some maintenance. A downpour of rain had com through not long before we stopped leaving the roads full of giant puddles and potholes, more gravel needed across the whole site! Concrete pads should also be on the list for replacement. Great staff and lots of shade trees!

There was a problem with the power at our site and we were immediately moved to a new site. Thanks so much for your prompt response. Good KOA to stay at while passing through Memphis.

We enjoy this campground, and we intend to come back and stay awhile to explore the Memphis area. The staff is super! The dinner delivery option and breakfast in the cafe are terrific. The sites are clean and the views are lovely.

Nice staff, but grounds could use some work. Sites are very very close together. If you were eating at the picnic table you would have to move so the camper next to you could get in their truck��overnight stop would be it

The dryers do not dry know matter how much money you put in.The water was turned off with out notice while i was in the shower not good .The blood suckers were so bad there and there huge you need to spray.

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
