Good Clean park, there is interstate noise to be expected based on location, you can get a spot further back on the property which helps. Good store, plenty of nick-knacks, friendly staff. No issues during our stay.

We’ve stayed at the park on 2 different occasions… both times it had been raining. Lots of mud puddles. Possibly could use more gravel in driveways and at sites. Main road needed to be graded… lots of pot holes.

The KOA was great, but the location was horrible for me (a light sleeper) since it is right by Highway 55 and train tracks. I was awake by the noise many times each night. The trucks are loud and the train whistles are loud. I'm in a tent so an RV might be quieter.

The park has improved a lot and I assume there is new management. However, it may be some time before Journey status is attained.

The campground is in need of serious repairs. The roads and sites are very full of potholes and ruts. Many sites were "underwater" and not usable. The reception area, store and bath facilities were very clean and in good shape. They did have site delivery of a limited food menu so that as a plus. This is the 3rd time we stayed at this campground over the last 2 years but will find an alternative.

Sure this is a nice campground, but our site was terrible. Hookups were in the bushes and the sewer was going the wrong way. Being between 2 cabins wasn’t great, not big enough for a 33ft 5 th wheel .Will say the guy that helped us with propane after hours was great ���It was really cold . Thanks

The location was nice. We were just off the highway and fairly close to Memphis. We are full timers so I called ahead and was told that we could have mail delivered to us at the campground but that was clearly a problem. There was a lot of chaos and disgruntlement around the mail when we would pick it up. Our campsite did the job for our visit to Memphis.

We were just there for one night traveling cross-country. However the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bath house was exceptional.

No water to our site for three days. Owners not sure when we would get it. Noticed the pool was being refilled. They had plenty of water to do that. Laundry had a slow-running faucet that we used to fill 2 gallon jugs. Would think twice about coming back.

With few rv parks in that area, this KOA is an only choice. Perhaps that is why it is easy to charge way more than the park is worth. The entrance is tight for long rigs with toes. Roads are narrow and filled with potholes. Sites are narrow and unlevel with thin rock base. And this is not an isolated time since the same conditions existed last fall on our overnite stay.

The place was a mud hole. You need to invest in some stone and do some regrading. The entrance is also full of potholes. Probably one of the worst KOA’s we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot (we are KOA VIP’s).

The staff are wonderful, but the campground needs a lot of work especially for the price. The staff works hard trying to improve the roads and sites. We have stayed here several times over the last few years.

Place seemed ok. A few cosmetic maintenance things made it look unkempt. One of which is cracked faucets and wobbly toilets. Showers could use something for mildew.

The host was rude when we arrived, offering very little information...it seemed like we were interrupting her. They left us on our own to find our spot and park, and then we had to park in the middle of a big mud puddle. The entire park smelled like sewer. It is an OK place to spend the night.

For the price we paid it was very unsatisfactory. We had a premium site which was level but the furniture was all sticky and we couldn't sit on it. Our premium site was towards the front of the campground which is right next to a very busy and noisy highway. The roads were very muddy and had ruts.If at all possible we will not stay at this campground again.

Friendly staff. Campground roads have improved since last stay but a mud pit once it rains. Sites hardly fit Motorhome towing. Had to be very careful not to trip over tree roots when coming out of rig. Also internet did not work. Looked like they were working on putting more cement slabs in.

It is a bit hard to find. The GPS didn't direct me correctly but I followed the signs & found it. Nice campsite.

Place is muddy and needs to be re-graveled. Due to the narrow roads rv's have to pull through the grass leaving deep ruts. Concrete pads are narrow and broken. Park is in need of major repair.

There was someone in our site when we arrived. There was another couple in the office that had someone in their site as well. Dog park was nice. A lot of ruts and a lot of concrete pads broken. Quite run down.

Despite being billed as “big rig” friendly, these sites are super tight for 5th wheels! We went out and bought a caution flag to mount on our back end and we were afraid every day of our rig being hit either in front or behind! Nowhere to park the tow vehicle safely. And every time we received a package the staff opened our mail. They said they didn’t see our name on it even though it was th

We didn’t have electricity at our site and in the middle of the night we were freezing. Most of the park was covered water and downed trees. Talked to manager in the morning who didn’t offer any compensation and told me that I should have contacted him. I did call the number supplied to me but to no avail. Very poorly maintained park.

We were constantly over charged and lied to. Due to work we extended a few days, and we were treated as if we had asked them to pull their own teeth out! Travis (the manager) cussed me out when I pointed out the discrepancy in the charges told us to f*** off. We witnessed 4 people quit and over a dozen people get overcharged. Many guests cut their trip short and so did we. Very unprofessional.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a good location for visiting Memphis. Unfortunately, there was a huge storm before we got there so it was pretty flooded which is pretty hard to control. We would stay there again.

I would only stay here if I was desperate for a place. Our daughter arrived at 6pm on the day of her reservation. Office person told a group of men they could use her fire pit because she wasn’t coming. She was a little scared when she arrived. The men didn’t move from her fire pit.

Our campsite was literally underwater and mud was everywhere. The place needs several loads of gravel as many sites were under water and it had not rained for at least 3 days prior. The staff was not helpful. The wifi did not work. Train was loud. Location was not as easy to get to as most KOA’s. Sites were very small and close, especially for larger rigs.

Sites are so muddy. Had to ask for a different site. It was so muddy, we were going to get stuck, and no way for levelers to work. The girls at desk are nice and willing to help.

Site was not pepared. Found old dog poop on site. Several cable tv channels had no sound, so were unwatchable. No night security patrol ..so neighbors party kept us awake until after 1:30 am. Campground roads were very rough. Campground was far below KOA standards we have come to expect.

A large storm blew threw the night before our arrival leaving power out and almost the entire site under water. We couldn’t stay for these reasons and had to get a hotel room for the evening. We called the following day for a refund and were told no refunds for any campers with reservations for this day would be given. Poor form for a business…weather’s not their fault, but not mine either.

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
