As they do handle big rigs I was put into a spot that took 3 people to get my 43 ft 5th wheel out. Plus areas of the park was flooded

Very wet campground due to weather and low lying location. Large pile of gravel at back of campground could have helped to alleviate the large puddles and muck that were everywhere. We felt sorry for the campers who had jacks in standing water. Lots of nice amenities at the park. Most unusable due to the wet conditions. Restrooms in fair condition. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and the Memphis KOA, had availability. They were clean, polite and well kept. We would definitely stay with them again.

We only stayed only one night. We were passing through on our way to Hot Springs. We did not use showers or restrooms.Location was great to get back on interstate. Sites were small and close together.

We used this as a stop on the way cross country, so we don't use many of the facilities, but perhaps it was the weather, but this place was a mud pit. Least desirable place and the most expensive that we stayed at.

I paid for an extralong pull through site. It barely fit my 34 ft camper without the truck. I ended up with damage to my camper driving through a huge puddle adjacent to my site in the deep mud. I would not send anyone to this campground.

People are nice and campground is well kept but the premium sites are set right up against the expressway. Why are you charged more for a site that's noisy all night long. Maybe the sites in the back are quite. I didn't sleep all night because of the noise.

unfornately the park had alot of rain prior to our visit, and we were on lot g and where our door opened up was nothing but a puddle of water when we called and ask for a different site she said "no" then we told her about the puddle and her reply was "what do you want me to do about it"? no good. when we forked out #307.00 for mudd! and no one came to put stone down or fill in the entire time

WiFi was virtually non-existent. Phone service was also weak. Convenient overnight, but that's all.

Check in and reception excellent. Park is in need of some major updates. Not level and tight spaces. Prices are way to high for what you get.

Other than the trains waking us up we had an excellent stay. The staff was very helpful when we were getting ready to leave and discovered that we had a tire on the trailer that was losing air. We truly appreciated your help and understanding. Thanks!

We paid for upgrades site. When we arrived, the camp ground was flooded, spots were TINY $ ugly. Felt like we were staying on a gravel parking lot. Most KOAs have fun activities & events, this one had a (flooded) old playground, a large chess game & some bikes you could rent (but who would want to ride around this place). It would be one thing if the rates were cheap, but we paid $65/night.

The sites are too close together and there was standing water all over. Didn’t appear to be due to rain. Very muddy site.

I needed air in my front tire on my truck. And one of the helpers at the campground ask me to pull it over to the garage and he filled it up.

I love this KOA. I fell in love the first time I stayed because of the people. the second time, the help of the people. It's not the newest star in the bunch, but the staff try hard. Also, the food they make up and deliver to your door is great. especially after hooking up in the cold and rain.

The campground was flooded in many areas. The dog park was almost unusable due to flooding.

It could be a moderately nice campground, during the summer, maybe. It rains there and 1/3 to 1/2 the campsites are flooded. Not wet, flooded maybe 2 to 4 inches of standing water. It said something about tours in the KOA Catalog; non-existent. When we checked in our campsite was taken, along with at least 4 other families that we met. Maybe the "C" team on duty that day?

This KOA was very rundown. The staff was adequate if that. There was rain when we were there and there was a good 2 inches of standing water all the way around our unit. The park needs some TLC. I would wager the KOA it has not been inspected in quite some time or they probably would not be a KOA

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
