It would be great if the KOA would spray for mosquitoes periodically. I swear we had like 30 in the tent just getting in and out

This was a good place for a pit stop but nothing else. The grounds were not well kept and appeared to be run down.

After a brief rain the roads and pads were flooded. There was no dumpster. The pads were pretty chewed up making it very difficult to use the entire thing, almost impossible to keep level even with blocks. They have a lot of work to do to get it up to par.

The restrooms were not very nice and the cabins were run down. Lots of things needed an update compared to other KOA s.

Good water, electric, and sewer hook-ups. Lots of pot holes, tho had lots of rain, so I'm sure that didn't help...however, in the 4 days we stayed, there was no work on them. I wanted breakfast from their cafe, but, I witnessed the chef, WITH his gloves on, rub his nose, use the cash register, exchange money and go directly back to cooking with the SAME gloves. So I passed on that experience!

Check in was very accommodating. Moved us to a quiet site per my request. I booked a patio site but found out is was next to the expressway. Why on earth would patio sites be located in the louded part of the camp ground? Also all the roads in the camp ground has deep holes that can not be avoided.

Very nice folks, very nice office, sites a little tight and could use some rock as a lot of potholes and water standing from recent rains. Very easy to get to, has some road noise but a fan running drowns out most of it. Have stayed here before and will again.

Stay was ok, the prices are to high for the property, and most sites are unlevel , for a 9 day stay was over 500 dollars which is crazy for a campground.

I asked for a shaded spot near the dog park. The dog park was located in front of the office near the road. Fencing was vertical iron that my miniature rat terrier could have walked through. Our site was not paved though some were. Excessive rain made the whole place muddy. I couldn’t step off my site without wading water or mud. Drives were full of pot holes.

Price is way too expensive. Cable/Antenna never worked properly, was continually snowy and fuzzy. Roads leading to parking spaces was full of Big potholes that couldn’t have been caused in the last four or five days. I plan on not extending my KOA membership. All KOA’s we stayed in this trip had major issues.

On our previous visit 5 or 6 years ago it was a pleasurable stay. The tent sites were quite a distance from I-55 and the nightlong traffic noise. This stay the tent sites were 200 yards from the highway and the noise level was almost unbearable. The tent site ground was poorly graded and very difficult to access. We had planned to have breakfast and do our laundry, but just minutes from the final

Tent sites were close to the highway and a drainage ditch. The mosquitoes were terrible. Staff wasn’t great. Only stayed for a night so it wasn’t terrible.

Excellent place to stay. Our stay was for only a night, but this location could have easily been extended for more fun. Great, clean, safe and perfect place to stay.

Middle of corn field right next to a major highway. The whole site smells like cow manure and heavily infested with mosquitos. Worst KOA we visited.

The staff are great. However the sites are in need of repair e.g. the concrete is shifting and some of the building are in need of repair.

Hard to see numbers on sites in dark. Worker couldn’t get credit card number entered correctly, had our site number wrong, incorrect charges.

Banita was a Sweetheart! From check in. It was clean.It was nice that they had a eating spot. They offered to cook and deliver to you.

We stayed here for 10 days. Very clean place! People there are super friendly! We didn't eat their dinner, but we ate their breakfast twice! Yummy!! Pool is clean, and there are plenty of lounge chairs! Very refreshing!! Great place!!

Overall the KOA was great, the staff was mostly nice and active around the campground. There's a few staff members that were snooty. The pool was enjoyable. We reduced a star because we were given the ONLY MUDDY spot (#49) during a few days of heavy rain. Totally avoidable with fresh gravel.... like the other spots.

Pulled in late and was swarmed by mosquitoes as soon as I opened the truck door. We had to hunt them down and killed about 20 inside the camper and we literally ran from the truck to inside to avoid letting in mosquitoes. It was unreal!

The people were very nice and I enjoyed breakfast. I wish there had been a shuttle from the campground to area locations. S private tour guide is just too expensive. I'm sure it would've been informative but can't see paying that much plus tickets to get into attractions. Nashville KOA had a $10 shuttle that dropped you off and picked you up at the bottom of the hour when you were ready to come b

Very nice folks, the park was super easy to get too and right off the interstate. The grounds was beautiful, the dog area was wonderful. Bonus they had breakfast there on the site. They also had dinner that could delivered, we did not do the dinner, but took advantage of the breakfast, which was awesome.

Very friendly staff in the well stocked camp store/registration. Good BBQ at cafe on property delivered to site. Laundry was clean and a nice place to wash my Sons baseball uniforms/clothes. Pool was nice and welcoming for kids after long day stuck in truck…a little disconcerting seeing non-campers use pool, but understand why given heat/availability in area.

We absolutely loved our stay at KOA Memphis! We were traveling from Flagstaff, AZ to Philadelphia, PA. A LONG haul with a 15 month old! Our stay with you was renewing! The pool was GREAT! Super playground, a large shaded site, wonderful staff and friendly 'neighbors'. I have become a KOA fan. Oh, AND the deliver to your site food service was absolutely what we needed following a huge drive!

On our first arrival on July 6 we arrive just before closing time and checked in and we found are Spot and pulled in and was able to get everything hooked up. Or a one night stay was good no problems with anything. On her so I can stay 14 July we arrived around 10:30 PM our reservation packet was not there so we just pulled into an empty spot got things hooked up and spent the night.

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
