wonderful campground, despite the extra water on the sites - due to mother nature. laundry a tad pricey, $1.50 is normally what i have been paying across the states.

We have stayed here many times. The staff is wonderful. Great laundry facility. The interior roads are a little bumpy. Other than that it is a great place to stay to visit Memphis. We will definitely be back.

Just stayed one night. Everything worked fine but I don’t appreciate gravel roads with giant mud puddles. Convenient access to the interstate.

Very nice office staff. Did everything they could to accommodate us! Met some awesome campers as well! That’s part of the fun of camping!

It was ok. Looks to be a little dated. Definitely need to fix all of the ruts people have created with their tires. Lots of sites hold water for days after a rain because of it. It is also right off the interstate so it's quite loud.

Site we had booked couple weeks before had another camper on it, so we had to find a random open site to pull our rv into. Only passing through, but still an inconvenience.

The sites are to close together. I feel this KOA is unsafe.

Road to our site was badly rutted and flooded. Woman's bathroom didn't have a handle on the faucet. Staff was friendly but maintence of the park needs to be addressed.

Customer service was good, internet was fantastic. Little disappointed that more wasn't done with the campground roads after the ice/snowstorm, very slippery and a good scrapping of the campground roads is needed to eliminate the potholes.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The site we were assigned was just fine in every way. You have a mud problem which gratefully did not affect us. But owners/management need to address it in some manner in order for us to recommend you.

Electrical island was bent over so our power cord kept falling out. Muddy gravel everywhere.

They had us park our 48 foot toy hauler in a pull thru like we asked. What they did not look at was all the mud in the path to get there. We hit a tree trying to get through, scraping the side of the rig. Then got stuck in the mud. This was all by the office so there was no reason not to have the foresight to say those spots are not good for big rigs right now.

Nice park - convenient to the highway and interstate. We only stayed 1 night but it seems nice and close enough to Memphis to be convenient and still safe.

Good for a stop and flop. It had rained earlier so that made conditions not very good here. Very kind staff. You can order dinner from The campground and they deliver to your site. It was extremely good. No trouble leveling coach. Gravel sites and roads. It’s still winter so we didnt use amenities offered in the summer.

I bought a sewer hose upon arrival. Did not take it out of the box. Didn’t even break the tape that sealed the box. Manager said no to a refund 4 times before my wife said she would call credit card to protest charge. He finally gave us refund but ended kicking us out of the park because he said my wife was rude to him and staff. This was untrue. He has no ability to deal with customers.

Unfortunately, this KOA isn't up to their standards. We have driven by many times and finally decided to give it a try on our way home. Water is standing everywhere, which may be a result of the location. If so, there should have never been a campground built there in the first place.

Campground is 15 miles away from Memphis in Arkansas. Location sucks. Staff unfriendly. Our friends purchased a black water hose which they did NOT open or use for $69. Owner gave them a really hard time to return unopened box. Then he waited for them to go to Graceland to call them and kicked them out of the park. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Considering cancellation of KOA membership.

It’s right off the freeway but I didn’t notice it too much. We had the fan on. It was quiet. Easy to get in and out. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Staff is very nice and friendly. They gave me a copy of the latest KOA directory and delivered our very delicious Memphis Pulled Pork dinner direct to our campsite. .

The girl in the office was very nice and accommodating. The laundry and bathrooms were clean. The campsites however were awful. There was a light post laying on the ground with the wires still attached, huge branches hanging from trees over campsites and one on the patio, huge ditches filled with water and mud people had to drive through to get to campsites. Very unsafe! Worst KOA I ever stayed at

We stayed one night while traveling home. Out spot was level so set up was easy. Bathrooms were clean and the showers had lots of hot water. The KOA is next to the highway which has a lot of road noise.

Overnight. Too bad about the freeway and train noise. Needs a little post-winter cleanup but I suppose that's coming soon.

It's great for a stop over. Kind of pricey, but it provided of with a safe place to stay overnight. They do have a kitchen that will deliver BBQ to your RV. This is convenient when you are hungry and tired from driving all day. The meat was a little dry, but the service was good.

We got in about 7:30 pm so we couldn’t take advantage of their amenities and found out they recently had an ice storm creating a lot of broken tree limbs all over.

The power and facilities were good. I booked a tent spot but slept in the car. They had some rain and the grounds were quite wet, which isn't a big deal of course, but there wasn't a tent pad/area that I could see had I chosen to stay in a tent. I arrived after hours and there wasn't a brochure or instructions left, but the on-call manager was super helpful and answered right away.

We were placed in a flooded campsite, the roads to the site were a flooded, muddy mess and the roads into and out of the park were littered with debris. The roads are narrow, the turns sharp and the sites very close together making it very difficult for my 45' coach to negotiate the park and site. I asked for a pull thru and couldn't get the tow and motorhome on the short site. I'll pass in future

I give it a 4 for two reasons. We called and let them know we would be coming in after the office was closed. They did have a map of where our site was and what site number. No WiFi password or any other information. Also they really need to invest into some drains to get all the standing water away from the camp sites. Having to walk through puddles to get in your camper is not ok.

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
