Nice campgrounds, clean restrooms. It’s not ur fault but Lots of highway noise from I 55 if u leave windows open.

Prior to my two stays at the Memphis KOA. I went online to check reviews. I found them to be either 5 star or 1 star.That was kind of baffling. So, I went in with my eyes open. Very pleased to discover that the 5 star givers were dead on. I was very satisfied and won't hesitate to stay there again !

Nice sized campgrounds, loved all of the pull through sites! The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food options were delicious.

Too many bugs that bite me. the ladies bathroom must have had some kind of a chemical spill because I could not breathe and my muscles were hurting bad. nerve endings painful. Left after 30 minutes. did not even set up the tent. second worse one I have ever stayed at.

Stayed 5 days to explore the memphis area. Campground is nice, staff is friendly. We enjoyed the Cafe for breakfast and dinner on a couple occasions. The campground is right along a really busy highway and our site was right out front, the noise was terrible, make sure you request a site in the back!

How fun is it to know that when you arrive to this KOA and see all the nice furniture for the R.V. er's,, the nice amenities of a real camp ground from "Animal house" the movie only shot in 1942- that your spot looks like "Crocodile Dundee" the remake that makes patrons wanna vomit, I know that when we arrived to see NO TABLE, NO FIRE PIT, no care JUST MAKES ME WANNA PUKE! MEMPHIS STINKS!

Best not listen to some previous reviews......the place was fine. Yes the roads were bumpy, they need some attention ,the same with some of the sites. It just rained and some sites were muddy, but not all. We were moved due to ours being muddy. No issues. Food was good. We as customers should also take the time to help out, keep things clean....why not.....Staff was friendly as well...

Staff always helpful and accommodating. This has been our overnite stop to/ from for 6 years. Recommend for all size RV’s full hookup and cable TV .

Staff was friendly, we were only there one night. Right off freeway, noisy. Also, campground and facilities were not very well kept. Bathrooms need serious updating and shower tile had mold. We would not stay there again.

This was a last minute booking due to Hurricane IDA and it was a great fine. My wife and I had a great time and the staff went over the top to make it even better. I highly recommend this KOA.

Our second time here. The sites are nice, ours was very level, pool is very nice, staff were very friendly but WE RETURNED FOR THE BARBEQUE! It’s prepared on site, the beans are smoked by the cook, and it is delivered to your site. Really outstanding. Breakfast, cooked by the same cook, was very good, too. We normally cook ourselves, but the food here was too good to pass up.

We requested a shaded site away from the playground and restroom. We were misled by the person who took the reservation. She put us in a tent site right next to the playground, restroom AND laundry. When asked for a correction of their mistake, they wanted to charge an additional $19. Not very fair.

This campground needed a little more maintenance. The restrooms could be better maintained. Shower drain was slow resulting in standing water. Shower curtains were mildewed. The only positive was a good meal was available.

This places needs some TLC. Bathrooms and showers dirty and moldy. The owners / staff very unfriendly and acting like we were doing them a favor to stay there but he no problem taking our money.

Breakfast was supposed to be open at 6:30 -or 7 7:15 no one there not sure it was ever available so we left

First it was a dust bowl no paved streets/roads. Breakfast good… nice laundry room. Had to ask for a shady site. Will not stay there again

Very convenient to interstate,but noisy because of it and train. Roads are gravel and were dusty do to no rain. Pool was always clean. I did not have issue but some campers had trouble with 50 amp power plugs not tight and heating up at plug and left. I would stay again overnight with that all said.

Needs to be maintained. Roads are rutted. Cement pads broken. Looks like it has a lot of potential but not up to our KOA expectations.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. But the bathrooms were musty and the shower curtain s wer moldy up to 12” up the curtain and on the lower tiles. I’ve never seen a KOA bathroom in such bad shape. Even just putting a fan in there and throwing th shower curtain through the wash with some bleach would help. I took a picture of you wanna see.

So nice!! Staff was great. Pool was fantastic,! Would like to return and take in Memphis and some of the tourist stuff!!

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
