Good place for overnight stay. The sites are too crowded and we were unable to open our awning.

Staff was amazing!!!!! Manager really needs some management retraining. He talks negatively about his employees with customers. Manager is rude. Food was great.

Great place to stop over for the night and then hop back on the interstate with ease. Food they have for dinner is really good to loved my nachos

Our stay was good. Bathrooms were clean. Pork sandwiches were great. It was just a one night stay and the weather was cold and windy so we didn’t go out. Sites were wet and muddy but the location was great for passing through.

We were very impressed with the food service. It was very nice after a long day to be able to order very delicious pulled pork BBQ and have it delivered directly to our RV.

We've started here before. It's a great KOA for an overnight stay. I needed to do laundry, there were enough washers 3 of us did wash at the same time.

Winter Travel its hard to rate a Camp Site, trees are dormant, pool closed. This arrival day had 12 hours of 100% rain, the site is gravel, and it was slightly muddy getting in. The front office staff was nice, they offered a Smoked Brisket dinner sandwich delivered to our site, nice option, the sandwich was good. Restrooms were dated but clean, Nothing KOA can do the 55 FWY was insanely loud.

Mud holes throughout the campground, office personnel very helpful, but I don't know if I would return. The campground grounds are not looking good and the overall appearance makes it look rundown!

This is one of favorite places to stop and stay. It does need some aesthetic work. There ruts in the grave and there were leaves everywhere but it was Arkansas in the fall. We always stay here on our way to the east coast from Oklahoma.

The city of Memphis doesn't have the best reputation (in terms of crime rate, etc), so I was a little worried. But this is well outside of Memphis, on the Arkansas side. Site was clean and level. Staff was friendly. Shop was well-stocked. And the best part...they accepted dinner orders and delivered right to our door. One of the best pizzas we've had in a while!

This poor campground needs some TLC!! The location can’t be moved, unfortunately, so you listen to the trucks rumbling and braking all night. An effort could be made to make a sound barrier of some sort. Every night at 9:30pm, we got a text alert that there was a tornado 20 miles from the campground. We stepped outside to clear starry skies. Unsettling days after the Kentucky December tornadoes!

We reserved a spot over the phone. Paid $49. We were not give a spot until we arrived. Our spot was unacceptable. It was a concrete pad that was un level and busted up (lot 45) . There were a lot of empty spaces. So this was not necessary. We called the office and asked to move to G. We were told this lot was 5.00 more. We paid the extra 5.00.

We ended up staying for 3 nights.They offer food in the evening, a killer pulled pork sandwich, good pulled pork nachos and pizza The laundry facilities were clean and overall well kept. Full hookups. Our pull through site was in the front of the campground close to I-55, so pretty noisy. Pleasant staff. Roads need attention, so only 4 stars. Worth 4.5 stars. Would stay again. Mgr Trevor great!

I’ve been a full time traveler for awhile now, and this was the worst experience at the worst KOA I’ve had so far. No sound barrier and you’re literally right on the highway so it’s noisy, muddy, roads are crap, food is overpriced & not worth it. We spent 3 over nights about 3 weeks apart. This location was well up to KOA expectations, but offered a menu with good options that made it easy for customers to not have to put something together, or go out. This helped them stand out. We hope to spend some time in Memphis and would consider this our number one choice. The opportunity to get a good meal adds to the very friendly service sold us.

Great overnight! Easy check in. After a long day of travel you can order dinner and they bring it to you! The bbq dinner was delicious!

The stay was quiet and the pad was level. However, the state maintained roads getting to this KOA were rough (not KOA fault, but still not enjoyable to drive on). The KOA men's room wasn't well stocked (no hand soap) and the shower drain plugged up while I was in the shower. I told the staff. The staff was friendly, but it seemed like no one was checking the shower rooms regularly.

We stayed at many koa's while visiting from FL to UT. We did stay on the ones close to the routes we were traveling but this one might as well be on the highway!! Two of the most miserable nights ever! Trucks all night from two intersecting highways.

We stay here December 2019 on our way to Florida. It's just off the interstate and so easy to find. Nice people and clean campground. We pulled in late but just in time for supper. They delivered pulled pork dinner while we were setting up. The food was awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our list when ever we head back to visit family in ND.

Amazing, we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and easy to use. The only bad thing it was cold if your tenting but that was the only eh part of the journey.

Perfect spot to stay on our journey down to the gulf. Spots are a little tight, but so is the theme for every KoA Journey facility. Wonderfully kind people running it!
