Night Time Registration

Typical office hours at the Mesa/Apache Junction KOA are 8 am to 5 pm throughout the year.  However, that doesn’t mean you need to aimlessly wander the desert trying to figure out the details of a late arrival; either with a reservation or just dropping-in and checking availability without a reservation - you are not on your own.  

• Do you have a reservation – there will be an envelope with your name on it in the Night Registration wooden box that is mounted on the outside wall to the right side of the office door.  In it is hidden gold - our Guest Services Guide that provides valuable information about our KOA.
• No reservation – there will be various envelopes in the Night Registration wooden box.  They will note the type and length of site.   There is also a cost sheet in the box showing the various site types and costs for each.   These sites should have at least one day of availability.  Please fill out the envelope completely, including your payment method, and drop it in the office door drop box.

We also have very capable night hosts on duty from 5 pm to 9 pm who will get you through the process and escort you to your site.  Watch for the crew in golf carts.  If they are busy elsewhere in the park, call the Emergency # 602-469-8672 if you need assistance.  If planning to stay for more than one night, either come into or call the office in the early morning to get registered.
