Extended Stay / Long Term Reservations are available at Missoula KOA. Minimum stay for long term is 30 days (one month/ date to date etc.). Rates include up to tow (2) guests there is an additional charge for additional adults or children. Electric is metered and charged at the end of each date-to-date cycle. Stays longer than 6 consecutive months must be approved in advance by management. Major credit card is required for Extended/ Long Term stays.

In this email we require dates of your stay beginning and ending, pictures of RV multiple views, year, make and model of RV, length of RV, number of vehicles number of adults, number of children and number of pets. Requirements:
All RV's must be in good condition and RVIA certified. RVs more than 10 years old must be approved in advance by management. All RVs are subject to review and approval by management. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV age, appearance, and condition. No School Bus or Conversions Allowed. Staying in Horse Trailers or Cargo Trailers is not Allowed.

Teepee: Missoula KOA Nomadics Teepee. Experience what it feels like to sleep in a Teepee but with a few modern conveniences. Bring your own linens; we do not supply them for the teepees. Electricity, air conditioning, queen/twin bunks, table w/benches. Outside, there is a patio with a BBQ grill, patio furniture with an umbrella, a fire ring with seating, and a bench swing. Teepees are located close to the restrooms. No linens provided, bring your own.

"No Smoking. 2 Dog Maximum in Teepee. A $20 pet fee will be charged at check-in. Cats are Not allowed. No Livestock. A vehicle is required to stay in our Teepee. No room for extra vehicles. No Tow vehicles at Teepee sites. No tents at Teepee sites. No EV charging. Teepee Accommodations: 14 days cancellation notice required. Please notify Missoula KOA fourteen days before your scheduled arrival if you need to cancel. 7 day maximum stay policy for Teepee rentals.

NOTE:  CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. NO DEBIT CARDS ALLOWED. This means that if you used a debit card to make your reservation, at check-in, we will require you to pay with a credit card. We will refund your debit card and process your credit card for the payment. We can only accept credit cards for Teepee payments. We can only accept a credit card from the person who is named on the reservation. No third-party payments. * Please bring your Picture ID with you when you arrive; we require it at registration.

Deluxe Cabins have a full bathroom and many other convenient amenities, like pillow-top queen beds, a partial kitchen, air conditioning and heat – this is luxury camping. At Missoula KOA, we have 2 Deluxe Cabins for you to choose from, Big Bear and Little Bear. Spend your days outdoors and your nights in a comfy bed indoors. Make your reservations early for Deluxe Cabins. No Smoking and No pets are allowed in Deluxe Cabins.

Big Bear is our large Deluxe Cabin; it will sleep up to six. Like a bit of comfort? This is for you. Pillow-top queen bed in a private room, a bunk bed in a separate small room, a full-size fold-out sofa, air conditioning, heat, TV with YouTube TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, gas BBQ grill & more. The best way to camp with a touch of home—just for you.

Little Bear is our Studio Deluxe Cabin. How Cozy! Pillow-top queen bed, bunk bed in a separate small room, air conditioning, heat, TV with YouTube TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, gas BBQ grill & more. Perfect for those who don't want to rough it but still like to camp. You'll Like This One*

Note: At the time of registration for our Deluxe Cabins, a Damage Fee of $150.00 will be charged at check-in. The damage fee will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good order within 3 days of your departure.
Winter Months: October through April. Cabins may not show on internet reservations; please call our office for availability at 406-549-0881. During the winter months, our office will be closed on Sundays and Mondays, so advance arrangements must be made for all reservations.

We have plenty of RV campsites to choose from at Missoula KOA, from Premium and Deluxe sites with large patios, log swings, and fire rings, to smaller sites for vans and tent trailers. Most of our sites are pull-thru. Pull in, relax, and let us know what we can do to make your stay even more enjoyable at one of our RV sites.

RV Dump Station: If you stay at our campground, you can use our dump station free of charge. You will have to check in at the office for assistance! For those who want or need to dump while en route, we charge $20.00.

We have a variety of Tent Sites for you to choose from. Enjoy camping basics with amenities for the whole family. Most of our tent sites are secluded away from the RV sites, in their own section of the campground. All our tent camping sites have a fire ring and picnic table. We have sites that are arranged together to accommodate groups. Want sites under the trees? We can do that and grassy sites as well. We have an area with a kitchen sink for easy cleanup, and water is available on most of our tent sites or very close by. A Tent is Required. Sleeping in vehicles is not allowed. Enjoy what Missoula has to offer and relax around your campfire in the evening. How great is that!

We have upgraded tent sites for you to choose from. These sites have a designated parking area, a covered picnic table on a patio, a fire ring, a level tent pad, water, 20/30amp electric and a charging station for your electronic devices. The new premium tent camping sites are located close to restrooms and showers, the swimming pool, store and office. We hope you will enjoy our new additions.

• No tow vehicles at Tent Sites. We have small RV sites available for guests with tow vehicles. Motorcycles with tows are OK.

Our Camping Cabins are a great way to enjoy camping without having to bring a tent or motorhome.

Camping Cabins are economical and practical; you are still camping, but out of the elements in a cozy one or two-room cabin. Camping Cabins have log-framed beds with mattresses, air conditioning, heaters, electric lights, a ceiling fan, a fire ring, and a picnic table. After a long day's travel, you don't have to set up the RV or Tent - you can relax on the shady porch swing and enjoy your evening. 2 Dog Maximum in Camping Cabins. A $20 pet fee will be charged at check-in. Cats are Not allowed. No Livestock.
