Need hose hookup at back dump station. We could not fllush our tank with the old water hookup that you have

The campground and amenities itself were amazing. However, the campsite had the hookups at the front of the site instead of the back, so if you have a camper you have an extremely hard time trying to fit our camper into the site so we could have the hookup. Ended up having to buy a water hose and an extension cord. Office staff said “oh well”. Firewood they sell was so wet we couldn’t even b

We enjoyed a girls weekend at KOA. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground was well maintained and clean. Great activities for adults and children.

Overall we had a decent time. However the gentleman checking us in was quit short and I felt like I was a burden. We had terrible neighbors across from us whom partied with loud music until 3am. We left a night early to avoid the headache and no sleep. Steven did approach us about our complaints and did apologize that it went on for so long. He was extremely helpful & polite! We will be back.

My late fiance booked the trip for the family but passed away tragicly in a Harley accident 8 weeks ago last Saturday! We went camping in Matts honor! Friends bought day pass for Saturday to party with me for emotional support! 10 pm check out and 11 pm quiet time is sort of early for people on vacation! A bright strip of paint needs to mark porch from deck, because peps tripped on it before drink

It would have been a lot better had the bathrooms been able to keep up with the amount of people who were there. At one point one of the womens bathrooms only had one working toilet. Also maybe invest in some more tye dye buckets. You had way to few buckets for the amount of people who were doing that activity.

We had a nice stay, everyone around us was respectful of the quiet hours, the bathrooms were clean, the play area for the kids was nice and maintained and the activities were pleasant.

It was too noisy, people listening to music very laid. Also the bathrooms weren't clean enough. Good thing the pancakes and the lake. Thanks

Our family has stayed here twice now and we absolutely love this campground!!! There is so much to do for kids of all ages and adults. The swimming lake, water slide and other activities are the best!!! Lots are a nice size and the staff is always super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Enjoyed all the kids activities!! We love camping at "our" KOA at least once or twice a year! I was appreciative you were so cooperative in switching our lots. Only problem was the firewood was wet and we had a hard time getting decent fires going.

The employees had attitudes in regards to their jobs. Especially the lady that cleaned the bathrooms. No need to treat people that way with an attitude because it was raining and the females bathroom was all backed up. I simply asked a question due to all toilets being backed up and i had to go to the mens. She told me obviously im here obviously there is a problem. It was rude.

It was great, our kids had a great time. The bathroom supervisor was very friendly and kept the bathrooms nice. The activites were the best, I love how you provided those on the weekend. My only complaint is when booking over the phone its so difficult, my friend just tried booking for halloweekends and the guy was so short with her and rude kept cutting her off and seemed so irritated.

The camp ground was very nice. I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in. I couldn't even turn on the ceiling fan because there was so much dust built up on it. The floors were also very filthy. Our feet were black from walking on it.

The arcade needs to be kept up on none of the games work and take you money we have stayed for numerous years now and they have never worked ! Last time we stayed someone was there fixing them and they still didn’t work after they messed with them!

We’ve been coming to monroe KOA for at least 15 years and once again we had a wonderful time. All the employees are so nice. Bob, Toby and Mackenzie are always so welcoming. Thank you KOA for making our 4th of July camping trip one to remember. Your fireworks are always top notch. See you again next year :)

This time our cabin had no shelves or hooks. Chairs were placed where the layout said shelves were suppose to be. It made it harder to keep organized.

I was brokenhearted. I've been coming to the Monroe Holiday KOA for 43 years and this was the worst stay I've ever had. the AC unit in my cabin, #34 was sooo loud I needed ear plugs at night. The large back window would not open at all so there was no air flow outside of the AC unit in the back room. We came with $30 in quarters to play the air hockey and it was broke down twice - no refunds. Sad.

Large trees at roadside make it difficult to back in. Decks need to be repaired. Pond was very nice and overall a great place to camp. We enjoyed our stay

While I appreciate the convenience of the KOA, we were placed right in front of a dumpster and by a chain link fence. The spaces were crammed together with no room to breathe. Overall. Very disappointed to spend over $50 on a night here.

My daughter had 2 workers make comments to eachother about her breasts. My daughter was embarrassed and ashamed to the point she didn't want to say anything. My other daughter went to him about it. He claimed he wasn't at work then. Not 1 worker came 2 talk 2 me at all. when advised about the situation I went 2 the property manager who called my daughter a lair and that his worker wouldn't do that

We really enjoyed our stay cannot wait to visit again we learned a lot about what to pack for next visit!The only issue there was no igniter on the grill so wasn’t able to grill had to order pizza money and food wasted!

Food truck was an excellent addition. Next time - longer, please. Cases of water is a necessary add to the store. Disappointing that ice cream cones are no longer available. Family tradition for 20+ years to eat ice cream while watching the amazing firework show. Also - please bring back fireworks at the beach following the show. Its always nice to have a controlled place to celebrate.

Thank you koa. Our family has had a great summer thanks to your staff. Special thanks to Chris Laura stephan and Bob. I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time. You guys are the reason I will continue to come back and choose to spend my time and hard earned money which every time I do is worth it! Thank u see u next year
