would like to see improvement on the roads by putting more gravel down to many pot holes and fix broken things in cabins like window locks

Are stay was ok. I think that as much money as the campground makes and people that they really need to invest some back in to the campground. Paving the roads, painting bathrooms and other stuff in the campground. It kinda looks very trashy!!

We had a blast ,love monroe koa it was our 26 th year of coming to koa and halloween � Kamp is our favorite , the staff is always courtesy and they are always keeping it clean !!! You can depend on us being there next year , God bless

I love staying with u guys but the bathrooms and the putt putt area really needs to be updated. Really really bad. Other than that I love ur campground.

As always, our family had a blast at your Halloween weekend!! More family and friends join us every year. Please please bring back the kids Halloween parties and hayride to the Donut barn, but also keep Dodge ball. � Hopefully repairs to the rotting deck rails on the park models are in the budget during the off season. Can't wait for Halloween 2022 at your KOA. Thank you!

We attended for a halloween weekend. I was pretty disappointed by the state of our cabin. I get it's rustic, but we are spending over $200 a night. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The bed was truly terrible. It really needs to be replaced. The indent in the center made it very difficult for us to sleep. Our friends in another cabin had dishes, we had 2 lonely coffee mugs.

We stay every single year for the Halloween camp out and have been coming for a few years now… with my aunts family whose been coming over 30 years. This year I felt was a bit chaotic and unorganized. It was also my little sisters first stay with her family and their bed was broken in their cabin and they couldn’t stay the night. We do love the activities though. Will continue to stay.

was great except for all the bees everywhere the porches on cabins need to be washed and sealed they were VERY slippery With the activities the flyer seemed to have different times then what was being announced on the speaker and that made things a little confusing ie: pumpkins turned in at 3 on flyer 2 on voting slip 2-2:30 on speaker with people already voting before they were even all turned in

Came for Halloween camping. Kids had a blast. Very organized. Party all eve but quiet for sleeping .

Always have a great time but some sites could use some more care. Our friends across from us were tent camping and their site was totally flooded after raining at night. Be really great to have more full hook up sites. We did have fun and will be back next year creating more memories.

The experience was fun but the facilities need serious attention. Thank you for the upgrade from 189- which should NOT be rented anymore. 221 was nice, but needs a good cleaning. My daughters socks were black from the floor. Thankfully I travel with cleaning supplies. The bed sunk so bad on one side it was like sleeping in a taco. Please give the facilities some attention.

This was our first trip here; and it was amazing! My kids had so much fun, and made new friends. They loved all of the activities, and it felt so safe! The morning of checkout our smoke detector started going off, housekeeping/maintenance came out immediately to replace it. We appreciated how kind all of the crew was, and can’t wait to stay again next fall! Thanks so much!

my son and i were severely attacked by bedbugs while in cabin k22. I went to sleep for an hour and woke up with bugs ALL OVER ME..it was the worst experience EVER!

This KOA is not well maintained. Kamping cabins are not similar to other KOA's and are more like utility sheds with mattresses on metal frames. Staff was unhelpful when we asked if change to an upgraded cabin was possible - despite obvious empty cabins.. Bathrooms were clean but needed renovation. We stayed at two other KOA's this trip that were much better. We recommend staying elsewhere..

Cabins, facilities were nice and clean. Having a dog there is very confusing. My cabin had signs that said absolutely no pets on deck or near cabin. At the check in area, I was told it was ok because I paid the pet deposit. My friends cabins said $100 fine for pets in or near cabin. Our food, drinks were in a cabin my dog was not allowed. This could have been explained better when I called before.

Very clean campground. Staff is very friendly. Public bathroom and showers were very clean as well. If you have a question, you can find a staff person readily available riding around the campground on the carts. Our original reservation was far from bathrooms and we were moved to a cabin right across the bathroom/showers. Very convenient since there was no cabins with bathroom/shower available.

Me and my kids had a wonderful time! The only thing I would change about our stay is that the bikes and boats weren’t able to be rented,and the snack shack wasn’t open,which disappointed my kids. But it’s our fault for coming after Labor Day, I suppose. Everything else was wonderful. The cabin was well maintained,and the staff was very friendly.

We had a good time. We stayed in the treehouse cabin. I just think it was a bit expensive. We stayed on a Monday there was no activities could not rent a bike or boat because the rental shop was not open. Really nothing at all to do other than swim and putt putt golf. I guess I would feel better about that price if there were some activities.

Love staying at this campground. However the bed this time in the cabin was not as comfortable as the last 2 times we've stayed, It was like laying on a board. We always use a foam topper too. Other than that the stay was awesome as always. We will be back.

I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time.
