I come to KOA a lot and I spend a lot of money but up until this last visit I’m not sure if I will return! Some of the staff was pretty rude including a manager! The cabin we had smelt like a bar the smell of smoke and liquor inside the cabin ! Spent 70$ in wood that didn’t burn or stay lit! I’m so upset on this times visit extremely disappointed. It’s a shame because we love koa !

The “deluxe cabin” was a rundown trailer with inadequate air conditioning. However, the swimming hole was top notch and we spent most of our time enjoying that. If we return, I will pay closer attention to what I am booking in terms of lodging.

You have a very nice facility and very nice staff. We had only a couple issues. Bed very noisy and very uncomfortable. Little water pressure and no hot water in the kitchen. We understand about business trying to survive but also feel that we paid a lot of money for some basics. Also, we had internet on Friday and none for the rest of the weekend. Again we understand that these are different time.

The staff and the Entertainment were outstanding. A number of us were complaining about the beds in the cabin.

Great stay. We love the rustic cabins and the kids love the swimming lake and water slide. Only issue is not enforcing the 11 pm quite time. Our neighbors were outside and loud at 3 am two nights in a row.

Another great stay!! We will be back. Shout out to Mollie&Sara super friendly especially with kids during activities, always has a great smile and was very helpful. The twin boys(one named Tyler)went above and beyond for people. I was amazed by all they do for people to make sure they are safe and having a great family time! This is our Happy place. For the past 7 years minus 2020 because of Covid we have rented a cabin. We have 4 families that gather for the First week of August and Rain or Shine we always have the best time. Always clean with friendly staff and plenty for our kids and teens to do. We will see you next year.

We played hard, we loved how much space there was to spread out especially in the swimming lake. We found the local food delicious especially Jett’s & Bob’s Country Store. The staff pointed us to Sterling State Park on Lake Erie which did not disappoint! We day tripped to Detroit for the Henry Ford museum which we only did the museum of innovation which filled the day.

Had 2 cabins rented and there was no silverware/plates/cups like you advertise. The mattress on the bed needs to be THROWN AWAY. No one should have to sleep on those. The one pan that we had was still dirty and we had to sweep it out before we brought our stuff in. Grill was filthy also.

This was my 3 kids & my very first time staying at any KOA & my 2 younger kids first time camping. We stayed in K24 the little cabin and it was PERFECT! I grew up camping going to a campgrounds my parents grew up going to and this place made me feel right at home. We cannot wait to come back! The lake was bath water temp my kids didn't want to leave! The waterslide was a fun addition!

As always we had a great camping experience! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Cabin was clean. Kids had an awesome time! When we needed any type of assistance, staff was right there to help out.

The people were very friendly the campground was clean. The restrooms were clean. My only complaint was the beds in the cabin. We will never rent another cabin. The bed was so uncomfortable I slept in our truck the first night. The second night I took the mats from the other beds to double them up.. I'm 61 yrs old and I'd rather put my tent up then to try to sleep on those beds again.

We had a wonderful time! Staff were very helpful. There were so many activities and things for our kids to do, they had a blast! We were impressed with the cleanilness and can’t wait to book again for next year.

We had a Great time as always! This was our 4th trip this year and haven't been disappointed yet, very friendly staff and fun activities to do. The only thing that we would Love to see is the hand dipped ice cream cones from the snack shack like the previous owners had that you could purchase all day long. Everyone loves ice cream and I am sure you would sell a lot and could be a big money maker!

Had a very great stay, only thing about our cabin is that there wasnt too much info about the layout and what would and wouldnt be inside it,for instance there wasnt a mirror for the bathroom, seems silly but that's something u need especially if you're going to have a bathroom inside your cabin. Other then that loved it.

My experience this time was terrible, Do NOT rent the trailer cabins, they smell so bad. Dog scratches all over the walls, the master mattress had a cigarette burn in the bed and mattress protector. The a/c in those units are awful. The have a ceiling unit that pops a breaker and the window unit helps but when I arrived it was 88, 2 days later with help it was at 77. Bedrooms were so hot and muggy

The air conditioning in the cabin was broken along with no shelves in the fridge. Very hot inside the cabin especially on a 80 degree day. I notified management and they did nothing to fix the issue or even give me a discount. KOA needs some improvement.. major improvement and the manager needs to quit his job because he was TERRIBLE.

Me and My Family absolutely enjoyed our stay we have gone camping here the past 3 years this is our family tradition to go here every year and we are never disappointed!!! Cant wait till next year

Overall our first day was nice. We enjoyed the lake, and the other activities, but we ended up spending alot of money on food, and all of the things to do, like bikes, and padde boat, too high priced. We got a small cabin, and the room was very clean, but I should have selected one with a bathroom and shower, as the restrooms were kind of dirty. Undecided on if I would return.staff were very nice

need to start filling in some of the pot holes at campsites level out the sites too many trip and fall situations come around with gravel start filling in it would make for better safer more water resistant areas around each site On a + note cleanup crew was awesome did a wonderful job very friendly personnel have been staying at KOA since the early 80's our parents our kids now our grandkids

We had a great time. The only negative things I will say are that there were sunglasses and sun tan lotion left in our cabin from the previous occupants which made me question how well they cleaned the cabin before we arrived. Also the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. I had the TV turned up high and still could barely hear it over the air.

We rented a deluxe cabin. The size of the cabin was nice, and had a full fridge, toaster, 2 burner cooktop, and coffee maker. There were no dishes or utensils in the cabin, like advertised. The cabin itself was dirty. The shower head was clogged, my husband had to clean it. The hot water went out. We found something shoved in the air conditioner and growing mold... Not worth the $$$ we paid

We had an excellent weekend. We had 2 children ages 10 & 11 and it was everything they could dream of wanting to experience camping and more. The swimming pond was beautiful, the waterslide was very fun asking with all the scheduled activities. The pancake breakfast was a welcome treat and the location so very well maintained by friendly staff. We will be back

No explanation when we arrived, no idea about free pancakes until later heard from another camper, said no activities during week, mid week we heard they did have crafts, did not know that the inflatables weren't available during the week, only 1 adult banana bike, only 1 kayak, only 1 paddle boat that worked, didn't tell us about extra car fee, grill had food on it in trays from previous guest...

We were given the wrong cabin. It was across the park from our tent site. Why would we book that. When I called the morning of I was told the sites we wanted but that was what we got. The people in office tried to work with us

I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time.
