Cleanliness standards for the campground really have fallen. Cabin was filthy. Happy birthday balloons still hanging up, old sandals left under the bed, floor was soaked as we walked in, counter was filthy. As if no one from the staffer checked it. Grill was filthy and the fire pit was not emptied. Putt putt area is subpar, not kept up with. Really sad how things have changed.

The stay was amazing. The only improvements I would make to the cabin I stayed in L218 is place the bed on a better frame that’s higher so under bed storage can be utilized better. A taller platform frame is only $79. It would pay fir itself. The cabin and decking could also use a good power washing but that’s a minor issue.

This was our 2nd year and definitely plan to make it an annual event. Although this year, our weather wasn’t the greatest, my family had a wonderful time. Still lots of things to do. The entire community was very friendly. The KOA staff was awesome, especially Tina.

Our cabin was very clean and the employees were very friendly! Lots of activities and the free pancakes were so yummy!! Would definitely go back. �

My late fiance booked the trip for the family but passed away tragicly in a Harley accident 8 weeks ago last Saturday! We went camping in Matts honor! Friends bought day pass for Saturday to party with me for emotional support! 10 pm check out and 11 pm quiet time is sort of early for people on vacation! A bright strip of paint needs to mark porch from deck, because peps tripped on it before drink

The camp ground was very nice. I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in. I couldn't even turn on the ceiling fan because there was so much dust built up on it. The floors were also very filthy. Our feet were black from walking on it.

The arcade needs to be kept up on none of the games work and take you money we have stayed for numerous years now and they have never worked ! Last time we stayed someone was there fixing them and they still didn’t work after they messed with them!

This time our cabin had no shelves or hooks. Chairs were placed where the layout said shelves were suppose to be. It made it harder to keep organized.

I was brokenhearted. I've been coming to the Monroe Holiday KOA for 43 years and this was the worst stay I've ever had. the AC unit in my cabin, #34 was sooo loud I needed ear plugs at night. The large back window would not open at all so there was no air flow outside of the AC unit in the back room. We came with $30 in quarters to play the air hockey and it was broke down twice - no refunds. Sad.

We really enjoyed our stay cannot wait to visit again we learned a lot about what to pack for next visit!The only issue there was no igniter on the grill so wasn’t able to grill had to order pizza money and food wasted!

We had a great time yet again!! Tho we didn’t get the cabin we requested we were still able to get a cabin which we appreciate because one of my sons is autistic and is petrified of animals so these work great for our family since no pets are around there! Looking forward to next year!

My cabin (small w/toilet/shower) was nasty, dated and it smelled of urine. The toilet was old, the shower was yucky and water got all over the floor. I guess you get what you pay for because my friends had bigger cabins and they were very nice and updated. I didn't complain because I assumed all small ones were the same - plain nasty! I hated it!

My stay was great. The kids made many memories. Looking forward to going back next year. The only disappointment I had was the bathroom needed to be maintained a little more.

We stay here every year! We meet family from Ohio. We always have a great time!! We rent the cabins. Cabins are great! The lake is awesome!! Kids love the water slide!! Employees are always friendly and very helpful!!! Love this KOA!!!!

Upon arrival we waited 15 minutes while employees dealt with phone. When getting to our cabin I was disappointed at the dinginess. The curtains were water stained and very dirty. The fan was so dirty even my 7 year old said don't turn that on. No where to hang towels or cloths, hooks would be helpful. The beach was clean employees nice. Out of chix tenders at snack shack our 3 day stay!

The water is great! The kids love the playgrounds too. The trailer we stayed in is in need of some serious updates. There where nails sticking out of the deck. Trim and nails falling off inside. It rained and one of the windows was leaking. The air conditioner also leaked. There were no batteries in the fire alarm or the carbon dioxide detector… the list goes on. Overpriced but still fun.

The deluxe cabin was great...would have been considered "excellent" with an updated water system..very little water flow in kitchen...and more appealing to have a handle instead of a pipe wrench to control the shower faucet ;)

Our stay was great. Only a couple problems with the cabin. The portable air conditioner did not keep up with the heat. We had 3 fans trying to circulate but the coolest we got it was 78 and that was at night. Also the floor in our cabin had alot of soft spots on the floor. So cabin just needs some tlc to make better. overall everything else was great!

I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time.
