The cabin was very nice and cozy. There were many activities and things to do. I love the area. Only two complaints. I had to have someone come twice to fix the TV. If it wasn't so rainy it really would not be a problem. However, it was rainy the week I was there so a working TV would have been nice. The second problem was that there were no frying pans or serving spoons.

We had a great time! We held a family reunion get together and all the families rented cabins. It was a great location for the event. There was a lot to do.

Our cabin was very clean. The campground is very well maintained and the staff is super friendly. Will be back!

The kids had a blast!! Fishing, canoeing, putt putt. They enjoyed the crafts and tyedye. We rented the camper 189. It was pretty old and beat up lots of ants. We also rented cabin 3 which was nice. The staff was very accommodating. My only suggestion would be rent the deluxe cabin not the campers.

Good cabin wasn’t quite ready was or is under construction we were already checked in then they hooked up a tv and then smoke alarm later there were no curtains up I had to buy tape to hang up a couple shower curtains a girl gave us which wouldn’t stay up But for the campground good

Our favorite KOA so far! The staff was great, the campground is beautiful and well kept and the kids loved all the activities. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place for children and families. Lots for the kids to do, waterside, bikes, lake, fishing, boating, mini golf, playground. The employees genuinely acted liked they love thier jobs. They interacted friendly and kind with me and my kids. Staff was constantly cleaning and making sure the bathrooms were cleaned. 100% will stay again

Stayed in the cabins for the first time. They were great and made us feel like home. The staff is excellent as always and we are happy to be returning next month for another vacation

Always a great time away at koa !!! The staff are all amazing, the grounds are always maintained, extremely affordable (( even the store prices are fair!!)) it's just always been a pleasant and peaceful close to home get-away from check-in to check-out .... We'll be back!!!!

The hot water in the cabins lasted one person and then you had to wait 20 min between showers for it to reheat. The cabin was not clean upon arrival. Activities were scheduled on the pamphlet provided but not all were held. The spaces for campers were so tightly packed you had no room in between to put anything other than a table to eat.

It was nice to see many improvements around the campground, I brought my children for many years and now we bring the grandbabies along with the whole gang. We enjoy the many activities they have to offer. You might want to call ahead for park details some of the website seems inaccurate upon arrival, but otherwise a good time!

We were in cabin 217, it wasn’t advertised that it was attached to another one. The neighbors with kids bouncing around made it hard to relax, while they were really loud inside of their cabin .there were fake nails in the cabin that someone had taken off and left (gross) and the toilet was being balanced by some bark. (They make rubber shims for this �) . Not entirely sure we would be back.

Our family loved the cabin, it was much nicer than we even expected!! It was good to see so much staff always around the park cleaning and making sure things were in order!! Can’t wait to stay again in July

Beautiful cabin, friendly employees, our tv remote wasn’t working but they worked really hard to try and get it fixed so that’s really appreciated considering it’s a campground and most people’s first priority usually isn’t the tv! My kids had a blast and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

I rented a cabin with a bathroom. The room was decent size. The hot water lasted 3 minutes then took a couple hours to warm back up. We took showers at the main restroom, but that was like an icebox. The beach was clean. We loved the water slide. Make sure you wear water shoes the bottom of the pool feels like nails in some spots. The walk to everything wasn’t far at all. The playground was grea

Was good, just sad bike rental wasn't open. And when I was leaving the gentleman that got my key and garbage was very kind. I had my grandsons and he really helped me out, preventing me from having to get them out of car seats and take in, just to drop key off. Tell him, thank you again. Water slide girls were great. All staff we encountered was very nice, polite and helpful. We will be back

We loved the beach, water slide, pancake breakfast and the playground! The snack shack food was great. The young ladies who worked there were so friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a septic issue at our site and it was take care of very quickly. From start to finish they handled it very professionally. The employees were fantastic the whole weekend. The above happened toward the end of our stay. We have camped here before and it was great then too. All employees are to be congratulated on their services. Highly recommend this campground.

I’ve been coming every year for the last 6 years but $25 extra for parking is a bit excessive. I was charged $5 per car and then an extra $5 per day so $25 in total. I was given incorrect change when I made a purchase at the store & shorted $10. The total was $55 I gave a 50 & a 20 but only given a 5 back. Didn’t realize until I got back to the cabin, I was not given a receipt to dispute it.

Loved all the activities KOA offered during our stay. Sarah was a pleasure to talk to during the volleyball tournament. Will definitely be back next year!!

Many things need upgraded and/or repaired. I had a deluxe cabin and my friends had 2 cabins. Too many small things to list but it is obvious there is no preventative maintenance being done. During my stay the septic tank next to my cabin overflowed. This was a stinky mess. Aren't septic tanks supposed to be pumped on a regular basis? Also, things that could cause a potential safety hazard.

There is so much to do! If you get bored, it's your own fault! Great job of organizing activities! Needs more full hookup sites. Need to lay gravel on roads and gravel actual sites where trailers or RV will be parked. We will definitely return! Thanks Monroe KOA for a great weekend!

Amazing workers but they couldn’t keep up with the bathrooms they were absolutely gross �Ï©. Also way to crowed and very rude people staying . The cabin was built very poorly I will not come back to this Koa and I’ll people know not to waste their money .

It was ok the cabins was nice the beach an water was great the play area for the kids was the worst when we first arrived to the playground my daughter sat on the swing an fall an Stubbed he fingers because someone decided to put the swing back together with no screws but other that we had a ok time wish the slide was open

I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time.
