The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and approachable. We arrived on motorcycles, and were told we needed to purchase three bundles of wood to get delivery. Never experienced that at a KOA. We opted out and later purchased from one of the many golf carts riding through with wood. On Friday night, the campground was loud until 2am. Nobody enforced quiet time.

We rented 221 and 222. One cabin the ac unit leaked water all over the floor and in the other cabin the plumbing leaked all over the dishes leaving a bunch of water in the pans in the kitchen under the sink. If it weren't for those 2 things it would have been perfect

Spent time fishing, swimming at the beach. A lot of BBQ Had a great time. Will be back. The only disappointment was the shower I’m out deluxe cabin only had Very hot water at a trickle. Any pressure at all made it freezing cold. Also they do not provide any linens or dishes or pans.

We had fun and will be back! Did complain about loud music with profanity in it from sites 17-21 and you took care of it but it continued off and on. I hope the offenders were flagged so they can't come back. It is people like them that will ruin your business, I know as I worked at a campground for 12 years myself and I heard a lot of complaints and if not taken care of people won't return.

I have been coming here for 25 yrs and I come every year multiple times , there was a power outage when I got there which , the power company was on site working on it , we had a awesome time there , but our tv never did work , and we were a lil sad that the snack shack was closed , we love those funnel fries , but we will get them on our next trip , we are booked with 5 sites for � halloween !

It was a nice stay, we weren't expecting the cabins we stayed in to be so incredibly close to each other but we were able to see the grounds and know which ones we would book for our next stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. These grounds are easy on, easy off from the highway but not so close that you hear the traffic. Would recommend.

I took a star away for noise. #1 the campground itself is right on the highway. We were in the cabins closest to it which led to less serene of an experience but we couldn't hear it near the beach or playground. The other problem was the "glow party" had this loud base and we were closest to that too. My two 2yr olds were bothered by the noise. Pros: the toddler playground! and the cabin itself

No heat in the park model we stayed in and they know about it. It was like 40 degrees at night. We were shivering. The ladies doing clean up were awesome though. They got us space heaters. Vacuum didn't work to clean up. Been going there 20 yrs. Quality is lacking. Maybe no help, but still...I don't know if we will continue to go there or not.

I already emailed about my issues. No heat, the window leaked and all.our top bunk bedding was soaked, laundry mat out of order, the incontinence of all the pots,pan, silverware and things removed which I wasn't you'd about till 2 days before not during me making reservations. Prices should of been lowered for stay Other places have all the necessary things in cabins still. Very unhappy. Tha

We came at a very quiet period (before the summer season started) and it was relaxing. The campgrounds as a whole do seem rather run down. We stayed at a cheaper rate due to a sale they were running and I'd stay at that rate again, but I wouldn't pay full price for the cabin we rented, as it was more than rustic. Overall, it's a good place to camp at for one night.

Great location. Easy highway access, but it doesn’t have that camping in the woods feel and their weekend rate is at an all time high vs weekday. We were next to just one other cabin, which was nice as we we were looking for somewhere that was not too conjested and had all the comforts of home - a/C, heat, fan, stove, bathroom with a shower and hot water. Very luxurious from the typical cabins.

Some of the employees children were bullying other kids. Talk the other children they could do what they want because they would be believed over them. Other than that a great visit.

I really enjoyed my stay, the store staff was very friendly. The new activities were really neat, management has done a great job. The weather wasn’t the greatest all weekend, despite that the kids had fun.

We rented the loft suite for a weekend. The website states we only needed to bring bedding and linnens. Due to the pandemic all kitchen ware was removed from the cabin and we were unaware until we arrived. We had to go back home and bring it all. The main reason I like the cabin was so we did not have to bring everything with us. I feel we should have been informed. atleast given a discount

Our stay was well enjoyed by us all. A suggestion is that the cleaning of the cabins is performed closer to the arrival time of the guests. We found a little dust,in bathroom and kitchen area, but nothing concerning enough to prevent our returning or recommending KOA-Monroe to others. (The Staff made us feel welcome and appreciated.)

I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time.
