We LOVE the Monroe KOA. All the activities you guys have planned as well as the large swimming area and water slide the kids never complain they are bored or there isn’t anything to do! We will definitely continue staying there!

The sites were all dirt. The rain didn’t help the mud but if they were grassy it wouldn’t have been so muddy. Roads had lots of pot holes and standing water. Yuck! Your activities are fun but didn’t have enough supplies. In the middle of summer you have to expect a lot of kids. We waited in line for 30 mins for your build a bear activity. Many amenities were broken or required repairs. Campsites are too close together. There is no enforcement of a family friendly atmosphere. Quiet times we’re not respected by our too close neighbors. We were up well past 2 on Saturday evening after our intoxicated neighbors (from the 3 surrounding sites) partied and used profanity while my children tried to sleep. Their music choice was the worst

Really a disorganized place. Improper planning causes unhappy campers. They know how many campers are coming not sure why it is so hard to plan accordingly. Restrooms need to be update or at least a deep cleaning.

This is our favorite campground. Wonderful staff, facilities, atmosphere. Fishing pond, swimming pond, and water slide our amazing! We were on site 50. Needs a lot of leveling!!! Pot holes need to filled all over the campground on sites and roads.

This was our first stay at the campground. Our only complaint is the bathroom/shower facilities. They were definitely in need of cleaning. The staff were very, very nice. The campground has a lot of activities to keep children busy. It was Christmas in July, so we had fun looking at all the decorations and even had a visit from Santa. We had a great weekend!

We had enjoyable weekend overall however the kids were very disappointed to find out that we arrived at 7 pm for the build a bear and stood in line for some time just to be told at the last minute that everything was sold out. We saw many adults doing 3/4 for themselves maybe set an age limit/ bear limit next time let the little kids get one first before all the adults and teens empty it out!!

The site was great, the staff were friendly. The only down side was all the marijuana smoking. Several people walking the road smoking a joint.

Only stayed one night while passing through. Friendly staff, clean and nice amenities for kids. No pool but the lake is nice to swim in. Campsites are very tight together. Would rate higher if the sites were better.

Staff was very friendly, prices are fair, sites are good.we had an awsome time. I think the pond , shouldnt be so deep in the middle. I think campers would enjoy it more, and it would he safer. Couldnt get the wood to catch on fire.

We enjoyed our stay at Monroe/Toledo North KOA. The campground is very family oriented with lots of things to do. It was well-staffed, and employees were friendly and anxious to help.

We had a great time! There was so much for kids to do and the snack shack had great food and prices! Bathrooms and showers were always clean! Every employee was friendly! We will be back!

Had a great time as always. Bathrooms were cleaner than usual. They were accommodating when we didn't like our initial site. Bugs were a little worse, but that was to be expected.

Very easy to get to, clean, helpful staff, wonderful activities for families to do. Grounds were well kept at all times and presence of staff doing a great job keeping it that way. Beautiful trees and cute cabins all over. We will be back and bringing friends too!

It was our first time for our small family and I couldn't imagine it be in another location. We loved the atmosphere, the amenities, and had a wonderful short stay.

We had a lot of rain and so the stay was not as good as usual but we love the koa and enjoy it every summer. It would be nice if our spot had more grass and less dirt. Once the rain started, we had a total mud fest on site 20.

The first night was great. The next one not so much. The “tree house” across from us had a dog they left unattended and barked his head off. We reached out to the front desk, they said they would send security, who never came. We listened to a dog that wasn’t even supposed to be in the rental for 5 hours straight. So that list of rules you get at check in, they don’t in force or care about

Had a great time and staff were very friendly. Site numbers could be marked better though; and the bathrooms were very gross and smelly and needs a complete overhaul (new industrial/commercial type toilets that won’t overflow) and better ventilation/sewer system.

The streets were very narrow and there was a persistent weed smell. But are stay was good. Haven’t been there in 15+ years, coming back in September and we met some nice people.

Every staff member we encountered was kind, enthusiastic, and kind to my kids. AND the amount of diligence for picking up trash and cleaning bathrooms was certainly noticed. Shout out to Laura for when I called and booked last minute, Larry (?) at check in for helping my sanity, and the guy working the bike rentals Sunday night who made my kid's day with a last minute ride before he packed up the

They could of planned better events for their carnival theme and should always plan just in case the weather doesn't cooperate.

The sites are right on top of each other. People are there to party and drink. The lake and playground are nice and the best part of the campground. People let their dogs run loose. Our dog was attacked inside the Kamp K9 area.

Loud music and barking dogs until almost midnight!!!! Years ago we would get scolded for talking too loudly around the campfire after quiet hours. I have no problem with a little music but come on!

We had a great time. My kids loved all the activities and the staff was helpful and kind. I would rate this 5 stars except the dryers were nearly all out of service which was an issue because it was a very rainy weekend.

We had a fun time and enjoyed our campsite. For how many activities and things to do they didn’t seem to invest in amount of toilets and showers. Noise at the campground supposed to stop at 11 but there was loud music and people partying till 2am! Didn’t seem like they had people making sure rule was followed. The worker at the bottom of the slide didn’t help my kid.

The campground was kept clean especially the bathrooms ! All employees were kind. Activities were set up each day some were rain or shine for families . We will definitely be coming back to visit hoping to stay in a cabin. The only downfall are the amount of showers that they had available where you didn't have to keep pushing a button and the shower would turn off after a minute

We love KOA and always have a great time. Negatives to this trip. -Weed smell -Loud cursing music at beach (one group) -Tree maintenance is needed, a lot of dead branches/trees -Put Put needs TLC, lots of weeds and run downed More family activities would be great.

Thank you koa. Our family has had a great summer thanks to your staff. Special thanks to Chris Laura stephan and Bob. I have never been somewhere with such an amazing group of people looking to only make sure my family has all the opportunities to be happy and have a great time. You guys are the reason I will continue to come back and choose to spend my time and hard earned money which every time I do is worth it! Thank u see u next year
