The staff were great. Exceptionally kind and helpful and always present. They need more washers and dryers. It’s in the middle of nowhere so more activities, food trucks etc would help. Needed better pool chairs that aren’t wooden and so low to the ground.

Laundry not good all washers inop/ reserves for Feb and April of 2022 3 couples cannot reserve 3 sites together and cannot pick a specific site can only pick a type of site was told this is because management has made this decision seems like this could have a negative impact on reviews / Also the showers leave a lot to be desired no privacy no place to hang clothes and towels

Not a place for tent campers! Very poor facilities, NO WIFI, The shower trailer in the tent area was not useable as there was no water pressure in showers.

Pros: the ponds have some nice fish in them. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. Cons: our site, and others, were on very soft ground so it was hard to get level and stay that way. The map of the CG is not accurate. The PT site we were in appeared to be a converted set of back-in sites. We shared a water connection with a back-in site next to us. Ants, ants, and roaches.

The people were wonderful and very friendly, however there was only 2 washers for the entire resort for most of our stay and then the last week they fixed 2 others that was broken. They have a LARGE problem with trash and it is surely a health problem. Not having wifi or cable was also bad, considering that everything to do was 2 hours away

Décevant! Sur le web on me louait un terrain près d’un lac. Ce qui n’était pas le cas. En plus qu’il y avait plein d’abeilles tout autour. Au total ça fait 3 fois que je loue avec Koa et pour le prix c’est toujours décevant. Je préfère dormir dans un Walmart

First interaction was with office person, Brenda. She has one of the most pleasant phone skills I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, she was in the office and I was pleased to be able to put a face with that pleasant woman. Next maintenance man, Brian, led us to our site and was also very knowledgeable. Explained all amenities and also very friendly.

Expensive for what you get. Tighter spots to get in and out. No wifi except near the office; no cable; laundry room needed a good cleaning and always had to wait for one of five machines.

front office staff was extremely helpful with registration and check in. I had a concern with my site after I was parked. It took a couple of tries and the resolution was resolved.

Our section(70 trailers) had three clean but inadequate(low water pressure, no shelves ) mobile single occupant unisex bathrooms/showers. Huge mound of trash at dumpster area(15 ft tall and had been there for a month). Our trailer site was broken ground where previous trailers had gotten stuck. Full of dirt clods. Had to be careful to not turn ankle. Koa is in the middle of nowhere.

Need to work on your bathroom amenities, washing machines most of them not working, the big pile of garbage bags out next to the dumpster is very unsatisfactory and disgusting.

Great site and staff was beyond what we have seen any where else.. Will return probably next winter if not sooner. Great central location for east and west coast trips.

Booked a deluxe site, got parked in front of laundry room and pool. Constant traffic going back n forth in front of my site. More privacy at Walmart parkinglot! Asked to be moved manager ignored me. Washing machines broke down, finally got 2 working! Never go there again

We stayed two nights. Awesome park. We had a pull thru. The park was beautiful. The staff was awesome. We will definitely be back!!!!!

This was my last visit! We have stayed several times at this location and this trip was terrible! We arrived to find out we had all been moved. Since we are women camping we like to be close to each other. When I arrived i was on the opposite of the campground. I told the host that he had taken me to the wrong site. He said that was where they told him. I told him if so I would go home.

Stayed in the park model facility. Very nice. The only problem we had was the hot water didn’t last long enough while taking a shower. We reported it so hopefully that problem will be taken care of.

Upon arrival, escorted to a super tight site. After 30 minutes of back and forth, 2 vehicles moved, finally set up. Cool! NOT! 50 amp, what we booked didn't work. 30 amp only worked and they KNEW it. KUDOS to Ken, made it right. Moved in the AM to a spectacular site. No washers worked when you could get in. Pool crowded. Trash overload. Amenities don't equal size of park.

This KOA does not measure up to the quality standard of others in Florida. Bathroom trailers are very small and uncomfortable. Grounds are sparse with grass, very sandy. Tent sites are in vulnerable spaces to excessive wind and blowing sand. None of the quality perks for tent sites of other KOA locations in the area. We left early due to the poor experience. Go to Okeechobee instead.

Booked a deluxe site, got a horrible site right in front of the laundry room and swimming pool. Walmart parking lot would have offered more privacy! There was people walking back and forth in front of our site, continuously. I asked to be moved but the manager didn't even get back to me. Also only 2 washing machines were working. We packed up and left 2 days earlier than I paid for! Never again!

I had a Good stay, except I had electric issues. Four different time I had to go to the office, thank goodness it was a close walk. On all four issues the electric pedestal was rebuilt each time. My last day I checked out it was fine. Out of 17 days i had a few good ones.

I like the campground however there were a couple of issues. The furniture around the pool is terrible. Old people have a hard time getting in and out of the wooden chairs that are on the ground. You need regular chase lounges and tables and chairs with umbrellas. I'll bring my own chair next time. Also, there were silver roaches on the ground & they got in our camper.

We had great weather. The park staff were very friendly and nice. The park is very tight. We were happy that the camper next to us was empty.

Staff was very nice. Campground itself is good. Problems noted were lack of laundry (3 of 5 washers broken), fire ring placement too close to campers and cockroaches all over the place. Ground was covered with them. We are still finding them in our trailer at our next stop.

This is our third snowbird winter at MRV. It is a great friendly and very well cared for campground. Friendly people, nice pool & well maintained and heated, great clubhouse with daily activities and very well kept grounds. If you have any issue at all the maintenance people respond ASAP. Need anything else just visit the office. Nice big sites with full hook-ups and great site streaming Wifi via Florida Wifi - reasonable. Quite country location, viewing nice cattle field fields, three small ponds and the only small drawback is it is in the area of Cane fields and they burn without any concern for air quality. A perfect stop for short term or long term. Easy access from Rt 27.

A very nice campground in a country setting. Very reasonable with good staff and facilities. Large sites, nice pool and clubhouse. Very clean and well maintained. Nice stop over or long stays and is one of the most friendly places we have visited,
