Office staff very friendly and helpful - guy that escorted me to my site could have been just a little more helpful, but still a nice guy. Site was just fine, though the road getting there was a little tough for a 40' coach with a TOAD attached, but doable.

4 nights—good weather so we used the pool, very nice. Enjoyed the ping pong table in the game room and loved that we could walk our dog around the whole perimeter of the property.

An older park which is under new ownership and they are working on upgrading it. Making some good improvements but have a ways to go to get it up to the standards of most of the KOA’s we have stayed in but I’m sure they will get it there.

We did not get the lot we wanted, although the park was packed!! They NEED Wi-Fi!!! In today’s world it’s a must!!! They charge plenty they should provide everything!

The people at this campground were very lovely and we had an enjoyable stay. Our only complaint would be that the ability to back into our campsite was a little tight with the way some of the cars were parked But the staff were right there to help us get in and out.

Sites are tight, with limited parking. Staff is super, supported me at every request. Country store is reasonably stocked. Call well in advance if you rig is long and you prefer a pull-through.

Sites are good size, laundry and bathrooms clean. Nice heated pool. Staff are wonderful. Not sure of activities in this area, but campground is well worth the money. Would definitely stay here again.

“newest KOA” was a little misleading, not a new campground, new to koa family. Thought store could have been stocked better seeing it is 20 miles to nearest store. Sites a little crowded together for my liking. When you are not self contained, a little frustrating that when you plan around bathroom cleaning schedule and go up 30 minutes after scheduled time and find they are just getting start

Like every KOA Ive stayed at, it was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Wendy went above and beyond, gave me an upgraded site due to an unforeseen problem with my first site.

Placed me in a. Spot with yapping dogs all day and night. And the roaches were everywhere(I am from Florida these were the little German roaches) and never once did they care at check out to ask how was your stay. Felt like juts a number no a customer. NEXT!

We enjoyed our month long stay. The workers and residents were friendly. The weekly pancakes were a welcome. The main downside, was the lack of wifi on the campsites and the only available wifi was in the clubhouse. Widely available, free wifi would make it nearly perfect.

Although someone broke a spicket they were right on it and repaired it very quickly. We were only there for the night so didn't experience much. The campground was very clean and looked well cared for.

Lady in main store/office yelled at me like I was on of her high school students-she was a teacher in an earlier life. What makes it bad is that she was upset for absolutely nothing and looked like a fool.

I’ve traveled 9states since September, this is the first park I’ve encountered roaches. And the ants were a problem as well. Who ever is responsible for cleaning the bathroom/showers needs some training in detail deep cleaning. The fire pits are in an unusable place, too close to the Rv. Didn’t use it once. The grounds are nice, pool was nice.

We were on our first trip with a new acquired truck camper. Typical camp grounds are not really our cup of tea due to crowding. But because of limited time we decided to stay in a campground. Unfortunately less than 24 hrs after arriving we received a call of a death in the family and the need to cut short or vacation, surprised there was no refund available for the 3-4 days we needed to cancel

Campground and campsite were very nice. People that work there were very nice and helpful. However, there was nothing to do in the immediate area. We had drive one to rwo hours at least to see/do anything. Qe will definitely be back, but it might be a secondary choice. But, as I said earlier, the park was nice, clean and inviting.

For the price, I've stayed at other KOA campgrounds for the same cost, or less, and we had WiFi and cable. There is no such thing at Moore Haven. In fact the flyer that they use showing a company that can hook you up for WiFi is a hoax. We paid $25 for one week, and only had access to the wifi, 2 nites. The location is nice, but cattle country. Not much to do.

Friendly staff, and visitors, very helpful being my first time with an RV. Nice inside rec room, great pancake breakfast offered on Saturdays. It was a great stay!

Entire staff friendly and knowledgeable. Nice well kept campground. In the middle of nowhere, but that’s what we like. We’re coming back in a week. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Great pizza too.

We stayed in a tent on a very cold Florida weekend. Everyone was very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the campground well kept. It was amazingly quiet and the cows and the donkeys were a joy as well.

Everything was great, except the laundry room. For the size of your campground and the number of campers, the amount of washers and dryers was not acceptable, you should have double or even triple the units. I overheard some folks saying they had been waiting and checking for 2 days for a free washer/dryer, and I witnessed an argument over who’s turn it was.

Nice, clean campground! Staff was so helpful, and campers were friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool and ordering pizza, and the weekly food trucks. We would stay again!

It is clean park with a very friendly staff. We were in a deluxe rental cabin and it was nice. Great to have washer and dryer in the unit. Only complaint we have is the couch and bed were not that comfortable. Too soft for us, but others might think it was fine. That depends on how firm you like your furniture.

This is our third snowbird winter at MRV. It is a great friendly and very well cared for campground. Friendly people, nice pool & well maintained and heated, great clubhouse with daily activities and very well kept grounds. If you have any issue at all the maintenance people respond ASAP. Need anything else just visit the office. Nice big sites with full hook-ups and great site streaming Wifi via Florida Wifi - reasonable. Quite country location, viewing nice cattle field fields, three small ponds and the only small drawback is it is in the area of Cane fields and they burn without any concern for air quality. A perfect stop for short term or long term. Easy access from Rt 27.

A very nice campground in a country setting. Very reasonable with good staff and facilities. Large sites, nice pool and clubhouse. Very clean and well maintained. Nice stop over or long stays and is one of the most friendly places we have visited,
