DO NOT STAY HERE! ROBBED! 25' dump hose taken from bumper storage. Asked manager, Brandon, to replace despite waiver of liability. It would cost owners $20,but add a fortune in good will. A call was promised, never heard from them. PLUS, there were 3 rowdy, drunken parties going on. My senior wife, a grandma 4 times over, was catcalled en route the shower. Distasteful. We spent 9 nights at this KOA, and we enjoyed every minute! The park is new and is working through some growing pains, but that should not stop anyone from enjoying this KOA! The staff is wonderful! We were there during a tornado warning, and they notified everyone quickly! The pool was still being installed, but it was nearly complete when we left.

This was our very first ever outing in our new RV. What a fantastic experience. The facilities, amenities and especially the staff exceeded all expectations. Special shout out to Pearl, once of the maintenance and grounds leaders. He went out his way to help us newbies feel welcome and comfortable and help us get hooked up quickly and correctly. We’ve already booked our next visit!

First time visiting this KOA. It is a golf course converted to a campground with lots of potential. Some areas are still being worked on, but once completed it will be a very nice beautiful facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sites are fuul hook-up, spacious and well maintained. We are excited to stay with them in the future!

Great place to spend a night on your way but a little close together for any privacy. Camp crew were excellent.

Very nice, new KOA. They are still building but off to a great start. Staff was friendly and courteous. The lots are big and clean. Our only complaint was that there are very few trees and not much shade. We will definitely stay here again soon.

The playground was amazing for kids of all ages. The store and restaurant were convenient features to have on site.

Mostly wonderful. All is very nice so far. Would love lots more trees (non-pines) and a working laundry (which I understand is coming soon). A few coat hooks in showers/restrooms would be appreciated. Restrooms/showers very nice and code access is good idea. Will come back again and check it again after you've been open for awhile.

Beautiful campground. Repurposing the golf course to a campground was a splendid idea. We be returning on a regular basis to see how it matures. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The website is very deceiving, sites as pictured do not exist. This campground is under construction. They only tell you pool is not ready. The putting greens do not exist. Only one restroom open. Yet they are charging top dollar and charge extra if you show up early. When comments were made at office, manager could only say he understood. This will be a good place in 1-2years, not now.

The stay was great, and the pub had great food and drinks. Very friendly staff. We had lots of rain while we where there and the grass is a little thin because of the place is very new. just opened the beginning of July 2020. Give it time and the grass should get thicker and cut down on the mud in spots. Would definitely stay again on our way thru. Thanks

The cabin was clean and wonderful. We did have a tornado warning and they were prompt to move us to the clubhouse.

We had the best time! The cabin we stayed in was great. We had all of the necessary accommodations that made a perfect camping trip. We fished in the lake on the property and it was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again. The food in the pub was also delicious. Thank you for a great weekend!

I understand this is a new campground and still under construction. Not a lot to do at this time. Muddy due to a lot of rain. However, tornado warning while we was there. Everyone ran/drove to store for shelter. Staff is outstanding!! We'll be going back after they get more activities in place. Fishing was great! Again, staff is friendly and very helpful. Campground will be amazing when done.

This campground is new and still in expanding phase. The pool was not finished yet, but will be extremely cool. It looks like the campground is set on a closed golf course, with plenty of space. The sites are very large and long for people towing with large class a rigs. Excellent WIFI. It’s the first campground with repeater towers to transmit the strong signal through the campground. A+++++

This is a brand new KoA. The sites were clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the website when booking said they had a pool, which is why we chose there. They do intend on having a pool, at this point it was a plan for a pool. Next time, hopefully!

This location is very, very new. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Set on an old golf course the location is wide open. No problem with getting into spaces with trees. Looks like they will be working to finish the amenities over the next year. Pool area looks like it will be nice and they are installing putting greens to keep your game sharp. Right across street from a State Park.

We know it is a new KOA but the grass in the campsite is very very uneven and there were rocks the size of your fist. We were afraid to walk because we could have fallen or have sprained an ankle it was that uneven ground. The pad that the Motorhome was on was so very soft that we could not get the Motorhome level because we keep sinking into the mud because they did not put a base down on the pad

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Brandon and Joel along with Jesse were awesome. The whole experience was great. From check in to check out. Only thing was pool was not open yet. It is under construction. They did send us an email letting us know before we arrived which was appreciated since we had kids looking forward to swimming.

We were very pleased with the facility during our stay. We look forward to heading back in September. We had a site that our 5th wheel pointed north so we were able to have the afternoon/evening shade. The poly furniture was new and very easy to clean up after our use. Our experience at the on-site restaurant/bar was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and produced some good meals.

We were very disappointed that all we had was dirt and rocks on site, some of the rocks were large enough that I was very concerned about twisting my ankle. When we booked our stay we were told the pool should be open, no activities available. We paid $62 per night which I feel is to much for our stay. On a positive note every employee we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful.

While the site was still under construction it was a great place to stay!! The kids had a good time! Staff is very friendly and if you forgot anything the store was right there and stocked!! We will be back!!! Thank you for a great weekend!!

Brand new facility has great sites so far love the size of the sites perfect , thank you for offering to change our site after we pulled in right after a storm and it was very wet! You are well on your way to a great facility please keep as many trees as you can going forward to offer more shaded sites !!! Great job !!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Very scenic. Realized campground not completely finished so will look forward to coming back when completed. Staff was very courteous and friendly. From Angel booking our stay thru the maintenance person Lonnie. Also enjoyed take out dinner from the restaurant one night. Very good! Best Wishes!

The staff was very helpful to us and we were having a little trouble unhitching our camper to our suprise they did it for us and if we had questions they would have an idea of what we need. Thank you very much Brandon and staff!!

We had an awesome stay! The staff was safe, courteous,and friendly. The only problem I found with the cabin stay is that the toilet itself, was not "chubby" friendly.

I was very disappointed with what is advertised for this koa and what is actually open. I knew ahead of time that the pool wasn’t open but expected them to have some activities for children and adults such as wine tasting, slip and slide, kids craft but there wasn’t anything. Lots unlevel and big rocks in grass area of site and lack of grass. Should have been a reduced price.

We had a great stay even though things are under construction. It would help to post on website that the campground is under construction. We will love to come back in a year to see the progress! We enjoy the yellow pine pub for lunch!

Although it is a new campground, it is obvious, they are working on what promises to be a very nice place to camp with nice activities. The grill was nice but had limited entree's, however, it was nice to go their after a 2 hr drive and get dinner without having to worry about cooking.

While the facility is still under construction and not all the amenities are available, the campground is very nice and has a lot of potential. We were especially impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. They were all very welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. It is a wonderful campground that we'd like to visit again once everything is all finished!
