site was new, not even close to level. I called the office and it took 45 minutes for a high school student to arrive. She had no authority to do anything!!!

Everything was perfect. Staff could have been a little friendlier. But all in all a great place to stay . Very beautiful facility .

This newer KOA is wonderful! The heated pool was amazing. The grounds are well kept, wifi works great, staff is friendly, and the sites are spacious. Very calm and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful campground! The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. We hope to come back someday!

Very nice, clean facility. Will be better when all shower house locations open to allow less of a wait. Staff was very nice. Would be nice to have some events for kids such as crafts, ice cream social and other themed events.

We enjoyed our stay. The entrance NEEDS to be repaired. Very bumpy even going slow. One bathhouse open didn't seem to make much sense & I realize they are still working the others. I hope they are making that a priority. The lots are large and spacious, Plenty of room.. Many trees for shade just not at your site. All employees where great. We will be back to see the progress. I see good things!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Might see about adding open/occupied sign to bathrooms/shower. Heard several panicked guests when others tried the code to come in—-even though as long as locked on inside they couldn’t—. It was not a feeling of comfort. The shower/bathrooms were awesome on the inside though. Overall enjoyed the KOA.

We enjoyed our stay! My kids really enjoyed the pool and playground. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The facilities were clean. We wished we had brought our telescope, as there is a perfect big open sky to do some viewing. Will definitely visit again! My only wish was that they plan some activities for the kids.

Very expensive. Charging extra for the use of camper owned licensed and Insured golf cart. First time at KOA . Probably the last.

The drive going into the KOA needs a lot of work done to it. There are 3 restroom/shower facilites, but only one is open. The laundry has not been open. I've only have stayed overnight 5 times since May. Considering the charge to stay, the laundry and shower facilities should be open.

We had a great time! Our son had a blast at the pool and the jump pad and play ground. Can’t wait to see what happens next as you guys continue to grow! Also, the bathrooms were so well maintained!

Very disappointing-new campground but looks like an old, neglected one. Entrance is full of holes. Once past the premium sites the rest are scruffy-sites are narrow with overgrown gravel, and not level, "grass" is patchy with lots of dirt/mud. We were in a different site than we booked online. It might be an OK campground to do a one night layover but for us, at $70/night, we are one and done.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were in excellent condition. The store was well stocked and the prices quite reasonable.

Our stay was okay. This is our second time, once last year and this year. I think it will eventually be a great campground but i think a top priority would be to improve the entrance to the park. The driveway is terrible with holes you have to dodge. Also planting trees would be a plus. Staff is wonderful, pool is great but questionable as to whether it is heated as advertised.

Easy pull in lots and hookup!!! The girl that checklist in was fantastic!!! The restaurant/pizza was good!!! Garbage was picked up several times a day!!! With all the rain the lots were high and dry!!!

Cabin not clean, most staff not knowledgeable. There is a pool and playground, that's it. Website exaggerates amenities. So many flies thought I was on a dairy farm.

We like coming during the week. Campground is quiet, and always well-maintained. Mt. Gilead is a charming community.

New so not many activities. Large sites, pretty nice. Very few trees, not much shade. Pool Very nice. Struggled whole stay with large number of flies. Our fly swattered was overwhelmed.

Erica checked us is and she was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. All of the employees were friendly as well. Trash was picked up promptly and the facilities were very clean. We will be back.
