I understand this is a new campground and still under construction. Not a lot to do at this time. Muddy due to a lot of rain. However, tornado warning while we was there. Everyone ran/drove to store for shelter. Staff is outstanding!! We'll be going back after they get more activities in place. Fishing was great! Again, staff is friendly and very helpful. Campground will be amazing when done.

This campground is new and still in expanding phase. The pool was not finished yet, but will be extremely cool. It looks like the campground is set on a closed golf course, with plenty of space. The sites are very large and long for people towing with large class a rigs. Excellent WIFI. It’s the first campground with repeater towers to transmit the strong signal through the campground. A+++++

This is a brand new KoA. The sites were clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the website when booking said they had a pool, which is why we chose there. They do intend on having a pool, at this point it was a plan for a pool. Next time, hopefully!

This location is very, very new. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Set on an old golf course the location is wide open. No problem with getting into spaces with trees. Looks like they will be working to finish the amenities over the next year. Pool area looks like it will be nice and they are installing putting greens to keep your game sharp. Right across street from a State Park.

We know it is a new KOA but the grass in the campsite is very very uneven and there were rocks the size of your fist. We were afraid to walk because we could have fallen or have sprained an ankle it was that uneven ground. The pad that the Motorhome was on was so very soft that we could not get the Motorhome level because we keep sinking into the mud because they did not put a base down on the pad

We were very pleased with the facility during our stay. We look forward to heading back in September. We had a site that our 5th wheel pointed north so we were able to have the afternoon/evening shade. The poly furniture was new and very easy to clean up after our use. Our experience at the on-site restaurant/bar was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and produced some good meals.

We were very disappointed that all we had was dirt and rocks on site, some of the rocks were large enough that I was very concerned about twisting my ankle. When we booked our stay we were told the pool should be open, no activities available. We paid $62 per night which I feel is to much for our stay. On a positive note every employee we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful.

While the site was still under construction it was a great place to stay!! The kids had a good time! Staff is very friendly and if you forgot anything the store was right there and stocked!! We will be back!!! Thank you for a great weekend!!

Brand new facility has great sites so far love the size of the sites perfect , thank you for offering to change our site after we pulled in right after a storm and it was very wet! You are well on your way to a great facility please keep as many trees as you can going forward to offer more shaded sites !!! Great job !!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Very scenic. Realized campground not completely finished so will look forward to coming back when completed. Staff was very courteous and friendly. From Angel booking our stay thru the maintenance person Lonnie. Also enjoyed take out dinner from the restaurant one night. Very good! Best Wishes!

The staff was very helpful to us and we were having a little trouble unhitching our camper to our suprise they did it for us and if we had questions they would have an idea of what we need. Thank you very much Brandon and staff!!

I was very disappointed with what is advertised for this koa and what is actually open. I knew ahead of time that the pool wasn’t open but expected them to have some activities for children and adults such as wine tasting, slip and slide, kids craft but there wasn’t anything. Lots unlevel and big rocks in grass area of site and lack of grass. Should have been a reduced price.

We had a great stay even though things are under construction. It would help to post on website that the campground is under construction. We will love to come back in a year to see the progress! We enjoy the yellow pine pub for lunch!

Although it is a new campground, it is obvious, they are working on what promises to be a very nice place to camp with nice activities. The grill was nice but had limited entree's, however, it was nice to go their after a 2 hr drive and get dinner without having to worry about cooking.

While the facility is still under construction and not all the amenities are available, the campground is very nice and has a lot of potential. We were especially impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. They were all very welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. It is a wonderful campground that we'd like to visit again once everything is all finished!

Very nice, quiet campground. Still very new, lots of bare ground where grass will (someday) grow. Nice store and great on-site restaurant. We’ll be back!

Brand new all sites are long and gravel lots of room in between neighbors with picnic table n fire pit. The staff was very helpful we were on B02 and motorhome would not level so they worked hard to redistribute gravel & got boards for front wheels. Pool was not yet open but they are working on it. The store and restaurant are very nice. We will return in August when pool is hopefully open.

We were very impressed with the hospitality given us while camping at this campground. It is a very new campground; lots going on construction wise. Yet anything we needed; ice, firewood, etc., was immediately delivered. We’re sure that when all is completed, this campground will be true gem!

Nice campground, the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Two things I would suggest- the first is maybe add some trash receptacles around the campground so we don't need to place trash on the ground for the staff to pick up, this would alleviate trash getting blown around by the wind. The second is maybe cut the rates a bit until all amenities are completed. Otherwise, the stay was great!

This is a brand new campground and is experiencing growing pains. The pads for RV’s are gravel and some need more gravel and are not as level as could be. There isn’t much to do there yet. The pool is in the process of being built. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and the sites are a good size. Some sites are full sun.

There are tree limbs that need to be cut back on the road out of A road. Big motorhomes with expensive paint jobs are not going to be happy with that. We backed out and took an upper road.

Bathrooms not cleaned, lack of toilet paper, pool not completed as advertised, rough grade, lack of grass, limited bathrooms and toilets, slow service at restaurant, appetizers served after meal

Very nice place. Very clean and staff is awesome. Love the shade around the front lake. Dogs loved the Dog park.

Boring, absolutely nothing to do. Has potential but it’s nowhere near as nice as the Sunbury KOA. No shady sites. Some do have pines but who wants those if you have slides. Pool isn’t done. Limited food menu. Food wasn’t great. Pizza tasted like Chef Boyardee, Cheese Machine was broke down so no cheese for nachos or pretzels. Staff seemed ill-prepared or inconsistent staff training.

Brand New KOA. It was awesome. Not everything working yet but this place is gonna Rock It. Look foreword to staying there again next year. Employees are totally hyped about what’s coming.

It was great the campsites had full hook-up and pull throughs. We understand it is brand new and many of the amenities, such as the pool, are not available. Once the campground is fully equipped, it will be even better.

Was an enjoyable stay. Crews are still working as it is a new campground. Was still plenty of things to do for the kids. The staff were awesome and went above and beyond. Look forward to staying again.

I understand that we visited opening weekend, but we were quite disappointed. More amenities were closed than open, the staff seemed completely unaware of what is typical service at KOA campgrounds, and the site took us lots of work to clear ourselves before comfortable. The fact we paid full “Holiday KOA” rates for what we experienced was frustrating.
