Firewood Policy

To help protect our campground and the surrounding environment, outside firewood is not permitted on the property. Transporting firewood from one location to another can introduce invasive pests, including beetles that are harmful to local trees and ecosystems. This is especially important here, as 130 acres of our property are protected by a conservation easement, requiring us to take extra care to preserve the natural habitat. Firewood is available for purchase on-site for your convenience. Using local firewood helps prevent the spread of invasive species and supports our efforts to responsibly steward the land. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect the environment and maintain a safe, enjoyable place for everyone to gather and create lasting memories.

Pet Breed Restrictions

We're a pet-friendly campground and love welcoming furry family members. To help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we're not able to allow pit bulls, Staffordshire terriers, American bulldogs, or mixes of these breeds. This policy is in place because of a few past incidents involving these specific breeds. If your dog may resemble one of these breeds, please feel free to email us a photo—our team is happy to help ahead of your stay. Guests arriving with one of the restricted breeds will need to make alternate arrangements for their pet, but all other breeds are warmly welcomed here.

Alligators

For everyone's safety, please remember that South Carolina law prohibits feeding or harassing alligators. Our campground has a zero-tolerance policy for feeding, harassing, or fishing for alligators. Any guest who violates this policy will be asked to leave the campground.

Electric Vehicle Charging

The campground RV sites are not set up for on-site vehicle charging. If you need to charge your vehicle, we have a portable J+ Booster charger available to rent that will allow vehicle charging on-site. You will not be permitted to charge your vehicle on-site without renting this device.

If you receive packages via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc, your packages must match the name on the reservation.
