Convenient to highway but the traffic/truck noise inside and outside the campground is disturbing overnight. Ok for one night but seems like a full time trailer park. I was there for three. The ladies room is dark and I reluctantly went to take hair out of the shower drain cover and the cover pulled off and what I found was a disgusting large clump of hair and scum. That's a big oh no.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant stay here at our KOA. We are not a trailer park and do have extended stay at our campground for those who come into the area for work and winter months. Our restrooms are cleaned daily and always get positive feedback on them. You should have come in and let us know your concerns when staying here. Thank you.

The young family/owners have worked hard. The park is clean and attractive. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. A great place for an overnight stay.

Centrally located within a short drive anywhere in town. About the nicest, most hardworking owners and staff of any KOA we have ever stayed at. Have stayed here on two separate occasions, the last time for a month. Give this park a try, you won't be disappointed!

Very nice, clean RV park. The owners or managers (?) are some of the nicest people we have dealt with in our full-time RVing experiences. We found this park about a year ago, and will now make it our regular stop between Little Rock and Dallas.

Overnight stop on a long road trip. Very clean park with nice amenities. Very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

It's hard to think of enough nice things to say about our stay at KOA Mt Pleasant. We were first time RV'ers with a rented RV that developed both water and electrical problems. The staff treated us like family - providing hospitality and support. The sqeaky clean rest room and shower facilities and nice neighbors were a great comfort. We were just passing through but could have stayed for weeks.

This is not your typical koa. A lot of permanent residents. We asked for a pull thru for a 40’ with a toad. We had to detach toad to exit. Too tight

We are a KOA Journey and yes we do have extended monthly's in our park. We have certain sites that we offer for monthly guest. The pull thru site you were on and the sites around you are for nightly/weekly guest. I am not sure as to why you had to unhook to exit off of site 33, we put 40'+ with tow on that site often and they are able to stay hooked up. Thank you.

Camp host was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms and other facilities clean. Roads and pad maintained. Only concern and this is true of KOAs across the country. There are not enough hooks or benches for holding clothes and towels. This can lead to articles getting wet. Also this KOA did not have a anti-bacteria mat which does help keep feet and clothes drier.

Real short but the park is well kept, safe, and easily navigated. Managers are friendly and we got hooked up with no problems

Stayed in cabin 2. Woke up to bed bug bites in the middle of the night . Luckily I slept in long sleeve shirt so they only got my wrists, hands and neck and waistband . Two months before I had them up and down both sides of my arms and waist at another KOA the night after staying here at mount pleasant cabin2. The campground and people are great . I just am disappointed in the cabins.

This is the first time we have heard of this in one of our cabins. We just went out and inspected and saw no signs of any type of bugs in cabin 2. We are still going to have or pest control company treat the cabins. Please note, you provide your own bedding and the mattresses have a rubber protector over them. After and before any guest check in we clean and sanitize the cabins. Thank you.

his is a KOA Journey so I’m giving five stars based upon my expectations. Convenient to the highway; staff was very pleasant and no problems getting our 40’ RV towing a car to the site. Sites are narrow so can’t put out awning. We’re here for one night and I’d come again when passing through.

We stay here several times a year. Nice park and great staff. Some of the pads are a little narrow.

KOA Mount Pleasant is the best KOA I have ever stayed at. The staff treated me like we’ve been friends forever. The restrooms and showers were spotless. On my first night, I arrived late and the lady told me that she had went over and turned the heater on so it would be warm for me. Y’all are the best! Thank y’all very much!

The owners and all members of staff that we encountered were just wonderful! Really caring, kind people willing to help, willing to do anything to ensure that their residence are satisfied and happy with the environment. They love what they are doing and the pride shows through in the facility. They provide outstanding service! Top notch!

It’s an OK park! Clean and organized. Spaces are very small so getting in an out can be tricky! Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Park well managed and clean. Roads could use a bit of TLC. Laundry very nice, machines clean. Same with bathrooms, very clean. Easy on, easy off the expressway.
