Just a short over night stay, but I found this KOA to be very clean and the staff was great in explaining everything that we needed. I would recommend this KOA site to anyone. Thanks again. Doug Hodge

We were there for just a quick overnight stay. We were a late arrival and our check-in information was waiting for us on the door. So the check-in process was easy. We will definitely stop here again if in the area.

Great "Close-To-Town" park that feels like you're in the country. Great hosts. Well-maintained property. These folks are doing an excellent job. We shall return! In fact, we'll be there Wednesday.

Friendly, helpful host. Large level pull thru site. Beautiful landscape lawn like a park setting. No road noise. Clean laundry room only $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry. Dryers really work which is a plus. We will stay here again. 36 foot Class A with tow.

We have stayed here once before and we're so pleased to stay here again. Lovely hosts and very nice campground with all the meaningful amenities. Sites are level with good spacing. And the town is so cute! We will be back when are travels take us east of Tucson. Thx for a great stay!

We stayed over night on a trip across I-30. Site 38 was concrete, level and the utility connections were located for easy access. We did not use any of the facilities even though the park was well kept. This site is clearly for overnighters only as it was close to the next sites and allowed for only slight extension of awnings. Easy access to fuel and the interstate.

We got in late a map was waiting for us with all the information about the camp area. The next the owner let us know when we left about the storms coming through. Very friendly

We were only able to stay for one night but everything was great. Everyone in the office was extremely polite even though we were arrived after hours.

We thought we would leave at dawn. It was so nice, so accommodating, as so well kept, we pushed out our departure to the check out time!

If I could give this park 6 stars, I would. We had a beautiful patio spot and it was easy in and out. The park is exceptionally well maintained with super friendly owners. We had an issue with our fifth wheel and they did all they could to assist and accommodate us while getting repairs. My only wish would be a second dog park closer to the pond! We would stay again without hesitation.

Great stopover on our trip from South Texas to DC. Super convenient access from the interstate and a well maintained park. Trailer troubles kept us from getting in early enough to enjoy the amenities but we would definitely stay again and take advantage of the park on our next travel!! A must stay spot!

What a delightful KOA! Easy in and out. Large lots and very well maintained. The entire park was very pretty. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay again.

Very nice campground. The owner bent over backwards to make sure we had a great spot. We were up on a hill with the woods and pond behind us. I did my laundry while I was there. There’s a great pool and Dogwalk canine park. I would highly recommend this park.

Nice KOA for a stop en route from vacation to home. Clean camping cabin and restrooms, and a nice large off-leash dog area. Hanging out on a porch swing after a long day on the road is always a relaxing treat for us.

Was very happy with everything at KOA Mount Pleasant. Lots of shade trees, easy access, everything worked very good and a relaxing pool. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will revisit this KOA when in the area and needing a place to park.

Just a really nice, quiet lovely place. Dog park was fantastic along with the pool. Bathrooms are new and very nice as well. Very friendly staff. Lots of places to walk your dog and love walking around the pond with her. This is our second time and it was just as good as the first. Plan on stopping by many times when traveling through Texas.

Most of the sites were gravel but we had a solid concrete pull thru big enough for our tt and long bed truck no problem. New owners revamping the park and looking good. Nice restrooms and showers. Grounds clean and nicely manicured. Would stay here again.

Well the pool was really cold and the dog walk part was not good at all. We had small dogs and there were so many gaps in the fences and underneath the fences that we couldn't enjoy it or our dogs couldn't enjoy it because they could get out. That was a real bummer. Other than that it was great it's too bad that Texas had experienced so much rain so it was very wet and damp.

You are right, our pool has been cold due to all the rain but we are heating up now. We are in the process of renovating the K9 grounds, we just completed the retaining wall and had to put up temporarily fencing at the front and will be upgrading with new fencing material.
