Fred Prichard started his career with KOA Inc, jumping into the camping industry in 2004. He has worked various roles within the company in the areas of IT, Franchise Services, Quality Assurance, Acquisitions, and Business Coaching. Chet has been in the real estate industry for his whole career, both as a Real-estate Agent and an owner/landlord of a large portfolio. They teamed up on their first property in 2023 at the Trinity Lake, CA KOA Holiday. They believe in investment in both the property and their staff. In just two seasons of ownership, they achieved the prestigious KOA Icon Award, marking a top 10% performance in the entire KOA system. They have a guest-focused approach to business and want to make their campgrounds fun, family friendly, and provide quality camping.
