The stay was GREAT! only thing was the blinds in the window being broken and one window did not lock that's all! The staff were really nice! All the people staying on the grounds were very nice! And where the site is located near everything !!!! It was very clean and view we had was beautiful!

We love staying at the Muskegon KOA! The staff is very helpful, inviting and prompt in addressing any issues. The campground is family friendly and it seems every time we stay there is something new or improved. Great job Muskegon KOA!

We weren't told ahead of time that we weren't going to be able to have a fire because the water level was too high. They advertise internet but there was no internet. They told us great fishing I didn't see anyone catch a fish including myself. I won't be coming back.

Great owner and beautiful lake. Waking up in my Delux Cabin and looking out the window at the lake while my coffee was heating up was Heavenly.

Very nice relaxing stay. Felt very safe with the rules that were enforced because of covid-19. Great staff and great campground. We will be back!

Was a really nice little campground and my lakefront cabin was amazing!! My only complaint was the fact that they don’t allow personal kayaks on the lake which is really disappointing!!! They really need to reconsider this campground rule!!

We stayed in cabin K4, was pretty good, mattress could be thicker. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. Was humid and rainy one day and when we turned it on it was very musty/moldy smelling. Same result when only in fan mode. This caused itchy eyes and sneezing-ugh!! How often is the unit and filter cleaned out? Was water pooled at the bottom that was unable to escape and molded over??

It was stress free. Showed up late. My registration was taped to the door. Everything is how it said it would be. Everything i needed was there. They need better wifi to be able to watch movies at night and when the weather is not good.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Muskegon KOA. We were in the deluxe cabin and enjoyed each day but would recommend they replace the mattress.

Access to the internet was very poor. I was in a Deluxe Cabin and even after most people left the signal was very weak and would often drop my connection. I am paying deluxe cabin prices I should have access to all your services. When we arrived we discovered that the propane tank to the grill was empty. I know it was a busy weekend but that is just not acceptable.

A mom travelling alone with 2 children, I was so nervous to book here based on so many negative reviews. I figured we would book and if it was really bad we would just look for an alternative place to stay. We arrived to a friendly welcome and after checking in, we proceeded to our super cute, clean cabin. The entire 4 days, we had ZERO issues. All good, would return.

It was a very busy weekend and one of the women’s stalls was out of order. Additionally, the bathrooms are in need of an update. They are not overly clean.

The delux cabins are the way to go! We upgraded after 10 years at KOA Muskegon and I think we found our new trend!

The deluxe cabins are great! The main bed is very comfortable. The AC worked well and the kitchenette (sink/fridge/counter) was convenient. There are some maintenance issues that could be improved upon in the cabins. The faucets are all loose and the grill doesn’t heat up past 300 degrees. It seems the right burner doesn’t really work (DC2). The playground is lots of fun, as is the lake slide!

The bathroom wouldn't stay closed and the grills were broken. Maximum heat was only 300 degrees. Otherwise it was good.

Not great, just a nice campground. Too close to the expressway so we could always hear traffic. The bathrooms were disgusting and could benefit from some remolding and a more stringent cleaning schedule. Over all staff was friendly but with the condition of the bathrooms and the constant traffic noise we probably wouldnt stay at this particular KOA again.

Excellent location for Michigan’s Adventure!! Deluxe cabin was very clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Did not like being forced to wear armbands. They were never checked. Grass (weeds) were not mown. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was not clean. Shower curtain was so stiff and brittle that you couldn't get it to cover the opening.

Not at all what I was Expecting. The deluxe cabin is nice and new but the rest of the place is run down and dirty. The water in the cabin is dirty! Yes dirty. Looks like it was pumped directly out of the lake. Cabin has no bathtub even though web site says it does...after staying here I can understand why, it's because the water is dirty and in a tub it would really show. Lake is all algae.

The only redeeming factor of our trip was our neighbors. This place should not have KOA name as it does not reflect a typical family focused campground we love. Dirty, angry owner, lacking any kid/family activities, and so much highway noise.

Restrooms always gross. Mens room floor in shower falling apart. Paper towel always out. I would have went to office, young ladies nice but the gentalment where grumpy and rude and a bit intimidating. Beach was great when the teens where not getting yelled at. The cabin was perfect and air worked great in mine.

I’d read not great reviews but found everything was great. The staff was nice, accommodating and they all worked hard to keep it all clean. I did not use the bathroom or shower because I had a deluxe cabin which was clean and perfect.

The cabin was clean, roomy and very nice. The public bathroom was messy, and looked like it needed to be cleaned more often on busy days. The owner should work on more positive communication on the phone and less on being snarky.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. It was great! Its alot easier to stay in the cabin with little ones during the summer, but you still get that camping feeling. The trails are beautiful as well.

Nice KOA, easy to access from highway and good size twin lakes for kids. The jumping pillow is a nice feature.
