Check-In and Check-Out Guidelines

A deposit is required at the time of reservation, with payment in full due at check-in. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome packet, and an emailed copy of your receipt will be provided for your records. Please check in at the Office upon arrival, where our staff will be happy to assist you.
Check-in times:
RV sites: 2:00 PM.
Deluxe Cabins: 3:00 PM.
Check-out time for all sites and cabins is no later than 11:00 AM.
Late Stay check-out may be available for a small fee.
Please inquire at the Office for availability.

Welcome to Naples KOA Holiday

We can't wait to welcome you to Naples KOA Holiday! Whether you're joining us for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our goal is to make your visit relaxing, seamless, and full of wonderful memories. Below is some helpful information to assist you in planning your stay.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM for RV and tent sites, and at 3:00 PM for cabin accommodations. Check-out time for all sites and cabins is 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, please take a moment to review the campground guidelines included in your check-in packet.
Store & Camp Office Hours:
From April 17 through Memorial Day Weekend, the camp store and office are open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, hours are Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Store hours may vary during holiday weekends, so please check with the office upon arrival for the most current schedule.
Firewood Policy:
To help protect Maine's forests and local wildlife, Maine state law prohibits bringing firewood in from out of state. Firewood is available for purchase in our camp store, as well as from local vendors.
Pool Hours:
Our outdoor pool opens on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend 2026 and will close after Labor Day (closing date to be determined). Pool hours are daily from 10:00 AM until dusk.
Visitor Policy:
Visitors are welcome at Naples KOA Holiday. A $10 per-person visitor fee applies to guests 18 and older; visitors under 18 are free when accompanied by a paid adult. All visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival and must follow all campground rules during their visit.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. E-Bike Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, e-bike riders must follow the guidelines below while on campground property:• Maximum speed is 5 mph. Please observe campground speed limits at all times.
• Riders under 16 years of age are required to wear a helmet, in accordance with Maine state law.
• Front and rear lights are required when riding after dark.
• Please ride responsibly and always yield to pedestrians and vehicles.Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the revocation of e-bike privileges. Continued or serious violations may result in guests being asked to leave the campground without a refund.Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment at Naples KOA Holiday Campground and RV Park.

Swimming Pool Policy

Pool hours are 10:00 AM to dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and all swimming is at your own risk. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Babies and toddlers are required to wear swim pants; diapers are not permitted in the pool area. Glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited for safety reasons, and food is not allowed in the pool. Pool parties are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made through the office. The pool season runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and may be extended, weather permitting.

Laundry Facility Hours & Use

Laundry facilities are available for guest use at all times. Guests are asked to be mindful of campground quiet hours when using the laundry area.

Quiet Hours Policy

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. To ensure a restful and relaxing environment for all guests, please refrain from loud noises or disturbances during this time.Music and other noise must remain within your designated site at all times.To minimize light and noise disturbances, electric bug lights and bug zappers must be turned off during quiet hours. Area flood lights must also be turned off to avoid disturbing neighboring sites.Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful campground environment.

Every site has a fire ring. All fires must be kept in designated fire rings only. Firewood is available for only $7 per bundle at the store, and we'll even deliver it to your site. 

No cutting of firewood is permitted in the campground or abutting properties. All firewood brought into the campground must be removed before checkout. Firewood, kindling, and paper must be stored a minimum of 10' from the campfire ring. Only two weeks' worth (½ cord) of firewood shall be stored at any given time.

No transporting firewood across state lines. Purchase/use firewood from where you camp. Prevent the distribution of disease/pest.

Connecting with Nature & Wildlife

Our campground is home to a variety of wildlife, both large and small. Guests may encounter wildlife on or around the property and are encouraged to observe from a safe distance and treat all animals with respect.For everyone's safety, please keep dogs on a leash at all times and properly store food, trash, and cooking supplies to avoid attracting wildlife.Your awareness and cooperation help protect both our guests and the wildlife that call this area home.

Golf Cart Policy

Golf carts are permitted on campground property with prior approval from Management.Requirements include:
• Proof of insurance must be on file at the Office.
• The assigned site number must be clearly displayed on the windshield.
• Carts must be equipped with operational lights, a windshield, a roof, and functioning brakes.
• Carts must have a governed speed and may not exceed the campground speed limit of 5 mph.
• Only licensed operators are permitted to operate golf carts, as required by insurance regulations.Failure to comply with posted rules or speed limits may result in the loss of golf cart privileges.For safety reasons, gas-powered golf carts are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome you and your pets to Naples KOA Holiday. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and proof of current vaccinations is required. Please clean up after your pet; dog waste bags and receptacles are conveniently located throughout the campground. Pets are welcome on RV and tent sites for a $5 fee per pet, per night. Pets are also permitted in our cabins for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night. If a pet is left unattended in a cabin, it must be secured in a crate. Pets may not be left unattended outside of a crate. Campers are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly campground.

Vehicle & Parking Policy

Only registered vehicles are permitted at campsites. Each site is limited to two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated visitor parking area. All visitor vehicles must display a mirror tag with the assigned site number while on the campground property. Please do not park on vacant or occupied campsites unless you have received approval from the camp office. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and organized campground.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are welcome at Naples KOA Holiday. Any person not listed on the original registration as a registered camper is considered a visitor and must check in at the office upon arrival.Day visitors must depart the campground by 10:00 PM unless they are registered as an overnight guest. A $10 per person visitor fee applies for guests 18 and older; visitors under the age of 18 are free when accompanied by a paid adult.Overnight visitors must check out at the office and depart by 11:00 AM. Please note that the maximum overnight occupancy is six (6) people per site, limited to two (2) adults and two (2) children. Groups consisting of adults only will be charged $15 per person, per night.Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Trash & Recycling Policy

To help keep Naples KOA Holiday clean and enjoyable for all guests, we ask that only trash generated during your stay be disposed of in our dumpsters. Please do not bring household trash from home. Trash and recycling dumpsters are located at the bottom of the hill near the propane fill station and boat parking area. We offer single-sort recycling for approved items such as cardboard, newspapers, cans, bottles, and plastic milk or water containers. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean campground and protect our beautiful Maine environment.

Campground Speed Limit Policy

For the safety of all guests, a maximum speed limit of 5 MPH is strictly enforced throughout the campground. This policy applies to all forms of transportation, including e-bikes, golf carts, bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, and any other motorized or wheeled vehicles. Maintaining a slow, cautious speed is essential to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all, especially when children, families, and pets are present throughout the park. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep Naples KOA Holiday safe for everyone.

Alcohol, Smoking & Drug Policy

The use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on campground property. In accordance with Maine state law, the public use of marijuana is not permitted anywhere within the campground. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vaping—is permitted at your individual campsite only. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas, including campground buildings, rental units, playgrounds, public gathering spaces, and the pool area. Alcohol consumption is permitted at your campsite only. For the safety of all guests, drinking and driving is strictly prohibited, including the operation of golf carts or any other vehicles while under the influence. Guests are required to dispose of cigarette and cigar butts properly in designated receptacles. Smoking materials may not be discarded on the ground, as they pose health and safety concerns for children, pets, and the environment. Chewing tobacco or snuff is also prohibited if it involves spitting on the ground. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable campground for all guests.

Sewer & Wastewater Disposal Policy

State law prohibits the discharge of gray water or black water (sewage) onto the ground or into unauthorized containers. Campers may not empty or allow wastewater of any kind to be released on the ground at any time.Sink water and dishwater must be disposed of only in the designated sink located outside the bathhouse or at the dump station. All sites are equipped with sewer connections and must be used appropriately.To protect the campground's sewer system, please do not dispose of paper products, sanitary items, grease, pet waste, food scraps, or any other improper materials into the sewer lines, as this may cause blockages or damage.Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, sanitary, and environmentally responsible campground.

Firearms & Fireworks Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the use, display, or possession of firearms, air guns, paintball guns, fireworks, sparklers, explosives, or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited on campground property. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the campground without refund. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment at Naples KOA Holiday.

Child Supervision Policy

Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of their children and any guests in their party (at all times) while on campground property. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable camping experience for everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a family-friendly environment. Children under 18 may not occupy a campsite (at any time) without adult supervision. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and welcoming stay for all guests at Naples KOA Holiday.

Firewood Transportation Policy

Maine state law restricts the transport of firewood into the state to protect local forests from invasive insects and pests. Firewood may not be brought into Maine unless it has been properly heat-treated and is accompanied by a valid treatment certificate or label from a USDA-qualified facility or equivalent authority. Firewood transported from outside the state may unknowingly carry destructive pests such as the Asian long-horned beetle or emerald ash borer. Any untreated firewood may be subject to inspection and confiscation by the Maine Bureau of Forestry or Parks and Lands personnel. Violations of this law may result in civil penalties of up to $1,000 per offense, in accordance with 12 M.R.S. § 9701. Vehicle Washing & Maintenance Policy

Washing motorhomes or other vehicles is permitted only with prior management approval and is allowed Sunday through Thursday. Please contact the camp office for authorization and additional details. The changing or disposal of fluids such as oil, gasoline, or antifreeze is strictly prohibited. Vehicle repairs are not permitted on campground property, except for emergency repairs necessary for safe operation.
