From I-75: Take Exit 101 and go south about 7 miles on 951 (Collier Blvd). Cross US 41, go through the first traffic light and take the next right on Tower Road at the Rookery Bay Reserve. Go to the end of Tower Road and turn left into the campground.

For the nature lovers Corkscrew Sanctuary and the Gordon River Greenway would provide some serenity and wildlife viewing. Meandering down 5th Avenue in Naples is always a great day and if you need to get serious about shopping you can take a drive to the Miromar Outlets at exit 123 on I-75. After your day playing on the water, viewing nature or shopping till you drop, come relax by the pool at the campground!
This 720,000 acre preserve is sure to amaze you! The freshwaters of Big Cypress Swamp support a mix of plants and a wide diversity of wildlife, including black bears, panthers and alligators. Enjoy hiking, canoeing, biking and camping. There are also scenic drives through the area. Open every day. No entrance fee. Located between Miami and Naples; the main roads through the site are I-75 and US Hwy. 41.
Just walking distance from the campground, go explore The Rookery.The visitor center offers a variety of hands-on experiences, including 2,300-gallon aquarium and interactive exhibits addressing research and stewardship efforts ongoing within the Reserve, as well as a nature store, gallery and picnic area.

Spanning the southern tip of the Florida peninsula and most of Florida Bay, Everglades National Park is the only subtropical preserve in North America. It contains both temperate and tropical plant communities, including sawgrass prairies, mangrove and cypress swamps, pinelands, and hardwood hammocks, as well as marine and estuarine environments. The park is known for its rich bird life, particularly large wading birds, such as the roseate spoonbill, wood stork, great blue heron and a variety of egrets. It is also the only place in the world where alligators and crocodiles exist side by side. Boat tours are available year-round at Flamingo and Gulf Coast.
