The staff if great. Aside from that. Spaces are extremely small and very difficult to get into and out of. No privacy due to lack of space. Roads are narrow and not safe for navigating. If you have a motorhome or large trailer, please choose another campground. Cost is too high for the quality. Tents and pop-ups fit in fine.

We had a great time. Everyone was very nice. Just wish there were shrubs between the sights for a little more camp feel.

Very clean campground and friendly people only issue the firewood for sale that we brought was wet so a bit of a pain to get started. We really liked the camp ground so we will be back

Very relaxed atmosphere kids had a blast cabins were clean all staff including ground staff were outstanding. Plan to come back in the next few months!

I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff were all very friendly. Also, I had fun at the bingo nights. I stayed in a camper cabin and I am not aware of a dishwashing station or kamper kitchen at the campground. I even asked if I could use the microwave on the counter to warm a meal but was not allowed to do this.

The campground and pool is very clean. Great camp activities. This park is pet friendly, but they have a very difficult time having the visitors control their dogs. Barking, at times, is out of control. Very disturbing, noisy and takes away from the relaxing atmosphere of the campground. I believe the owner and management needs to get better control of the visitors dogs behavior.

We had a great time at the KOA Naples Fl. It was close to everything! The park was small but very very nice ! The pool was great we were in it almost everyday of our stay there. It is heated and the hot tub was great too ! We will definitely stay there again !

The staff is great. The Park Model site 7. Wasn’t very clean. Construction dust and clumps of plaster all over the place. No light bulb in living room lamp. For the price you pay the bed should be more comfortable. You can feel the springs in the bed. Not sure sheets or towels were washed before using. Sheets were very rough and towels left fuzz all over our body’s and in our hair.

Staff was awesome, very friendly and welcoming, bathrooms spotless, overall property was well managed, my issue was with the overall camping experience; site was very exposed to sun, for the price, shade should be provided , very few activities and things to do around campsite, must bring canoes or kayaks, but overall experience was good

This was the third winter we stayed here, 4 months total. Beautiful campground and area. Weather is almost always great. Great staff. Internet needs improvement, also no-see-ums can be a problem. Definitely will be there next winter.

We spent the first 3 months of 2021 here. Everything here is well managed and Anita and Liz kept everyone safe during Covid. All the employees were extremely friendly. Thanks to all the employees and a special thanks to Karen (Social Director) and Pat for what they were able to provide.

We largely were using this location for a couple of reasons. To be able to remote work and school but to have good enough proximity to beaches so we could go after work and school were finished for the day. We got to Marco as those beaches were much closer. Not so much for Naples. The property was ok. We used the pool and laundry facilities. We stayed here in a 38 ft motorhome.

It is always a pleasure staying at the Marco Island KOA, even on short trips. The staff is pleasant and professional and ready to help with any questions, suggestions, etc. Liz Silva is an asset to the KOA organization and always helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Naples/Marco Island KOA.

This was our first stay at a KOA and I’d say it was ok. We did enjoy the pool which was a short walk from our site. We also utilized the laundry facilities which were helpful and clean. There was not much else besides the boat/kayak launch which we didn’t use. No ambiance and some odd neighbors. It was suitable for road schooling snd remote working but too far from Naples for my taste.

For the price, I can only give it 3 stars. I’ve stayed in much nicer parks for $100+ per night, but it’s Naples in season!

Easy in and out. We were only there overnight but campground was clean and seems like a great place to stay for several days. Convenient location and will be back to explore further the boardwalk area on the river

I have been going to Naples since 2019 for a Veteran fund raiser motorcycle run . Your KOA is 7 miles from the start point and convenient to several locations I like to ride to . As soon as I get next year's run dates I will book a site .

Staff is great! Tent sites are comfortable and convenient to have the storage. Loved the easy access to the water to kayak. Good amount of on site activities. Kids loved the pool. Good location for adventuring the local area.

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
