We had an enjoyable stay. Only bad I could say is the bed in kl3 made a lot of noise, very uncomfortable, fan needs maintenance (sounded like it was going to fall on us at any moment). And we saw roaches in our cabin. All those would not keep us from coming back to Koa again. Staff was great, And we really enjoyed ourselves. So thank you

The showers in the rest rooms across the walkway did not have hot water. We tried all the rooms in the areas and none of them had cold water either. It was late at night so too late to flag someone for assistance. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

I’m a Floridian. That said, the midges bit me like crazy. I wore 100% deer. They found the tiniest spot that wasn’t protected. They were so small they got through our screens. I sprayed our screens. At least one got through and bit me all night. Soles of feet, top of head, Palm of hand... It’s not the park’s fault. The park was nice, neat, well kept, but even on a windy day the midges foun

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins, KL4. The cabin linens were clean, the beds were comfortable. This unit had the screened in porch and we expected a small refrigerator but were surprised to have a full size one! We enjoyed the heated pool and the 80 degree weather this time of year. The only drawback we had was the vinyl floor needed a deep cleaning not just vaccumed or swept.

Enjoyed our stay in the cabin and the friendliness of the staff. Fun to see the alligator in the mangrove area from the walkway. The bugs did find my flesh and still battling the itching. The parking for our cabin on the drive was tight with the hedges on either side.

Site tiny. I reserved months in advance with the size of my rig, but just barely fit the spot with virtually no parking. Even worse, I’ve become accustomed when booking a KOA site with patio to have a patio. We had a concrete landing pad for the steps with an old 2-person picnic table. When I asked, they said I should have stipulated “with furniture”. Had to hook up sewer from neighbors “p

We stayed for three months on the "monthly" side of the park. Our site was as spacious as to be expected in this beautiful area! The campground team was very friendly and helpful! Bathrooms are clean and laundry is fine. You are close to Naples downtown and Naples beaches/pier. You are also close to Marco Island and those beautiful beaches. So much to do in the area and great restaurants!

I liked the campground. Clean, quiet but site B5 is horrible. The sewer for the next camper, who by the way, left his black tanks open, was right next to the pad where you eat! It also made that side of the camper useless. Our awning almost touched the other camper. I told them we had a big camper but they put us there and a tiny Airstream in a massive site in C. I will request a site next time.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Great location - Just a quick, 10 minute drive to downtown Marco Island with lots of shops and restaurants and great beaches. Also, if you have a boat they have a local boat ramp (we did not use). There is also a large public ramp 5 minutes away. We had a great time while at this KOA!

The park was clean, and the staff super friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we couldn't partake in any of the events as I am immuno compromised. However, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, and also seek out another KOAs if our travels take us elsewhere.

People, including employees, were all very nice. Bathrooms were spread far out. The dog park was just a fence. There were only 2 horseshoes. We came back with lots of bugs. Standing water by tents probably to blame.

Hi there. I am so sorry to give such a negative response- however I feel it is necessary to be completely honest. We have never been to a site that was this tight. We were way too close to our neighbors. The people on either side of us smoked. As someone who used to smoke- I am very tolerant but because we were so close to one another- it was a bit much. We ended up leaving a day early :(

It was a beautiful area and the campground was so clean I couldn’t believe it! The grounds& store, the restrooms, the showers all were spotless! I didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but most importantly, I felt safe & welcome as I was traveling alone and camping in a tent.This was my 1st time @ KOA and I hope all the locations are g

My niece suffered an accident and needed to be hospitalized. The staff and management stepped up and provided me with access to my original site for 6 more days. Huge kudos to Eddie and his staff. I don't have enough room to say all that I want and need to say. GOD BLESS YOU ALL, from the bottom of our hearts.

The campground was very clean and neat, and the workers were super nice. It would be nice if the sites were slightly larger, or we didn’t have 2 large 5th wheels next to each other. We couldn't fully extend our awning without hitting our neighbors bump-out. We plan on coming back next year.

Great place for family!!! Loved our cabin, the fire pit was a great addition to our trip and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Once ypu are here theres no need to leave the site, pool is heated, Very clean and staff were very attentive.

The campground was clean and well kept, and the employees were very nice. The spots are just too small and close together. Barely room for slide outs without almost touching the camper beside you, and no awnings at all. Had to ask the man beside us to move his truck completely out of the way so we could even pull out, and backing out was impossible.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Everything was done with safety in mind, social distancing was always present but we were thrilled to be able to use the pool - all guests maintained their distance even while socializing. The long term guests were very welcoming and friendly to us transients. The campground was well maintained and conveniently located - we hope to be back!

We were allocated a stand which only had elec and water but not waste water. We only discovered that after we had been there a day or so. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Stayed in the narrow spot first night and the wider spot second night. Wider spot much better. Campground is very nice and Bingo was a great touch. Pool was great as well.

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
