The place It’s located next to the nice water canal. They have a big problem with bathroom and restrooms. It was not enough some of them they were locked.They were located in the trailer. I felt claustrophobic going to such a small place remind me of train Bathrooms. I can’t believe such a big place has only six bathrooms. The sites were way too small for 40 foot coach. No privacy. Our awning almost touches other camper. The staff were nice, though. The place was clean.

Very nice staff and good camp ground for our small towable trailer. Grounds well kept though tight. I talked to the office regarding the 4 bathrooms in the back of the park. Bathrooms are well serviced late afternoon. But they only leave one TP roll and one spare in each bath. They run out! Staff is there early who could replace at 7:00AM but they don't. A small change could make big impact!

Friendly office staff but not from Naples so didn’t seem to know about places to eat, things to do etc. We like to explore but always welcome a good recommendation tried and true. Marco Island worth the visit! Campground was well kept and pool was large and relaxing. We will be back!

Great place to stay. We have a small Moterhome and were able to ride our bikes to Wal-Mart and Lowes and other shopping areas. Staff is very helpful.

We’ve stayed here before. Close to Marco Island. Bathrooms were being renovated so only trailer facilities were available. Could use more sewer sites especially with no sewer hookup we had to load our truck camper back up to take to dump station half way through our stay. Nice campground and friendly staff otherwise.

Have stayed here every year for about a week, but due to many small things collectively and of course THE No SEE-UMS that we don"t battle anywhere else (spending a week not able to sit or eat out defeats the purpose of being here)...lookimg for an alternative for next year.

Loved the screen porch. Beds very comfortable. Biggest negative was almost no TV. Unit has a smart TV that isn't connected to the internet and cannot get any channels. All we had were basic network and PBS from an antenna (5 total) and no one at the park was able to fix it. Adding some side tables and a lamp or two in the living area would also improve the unit. Overall good and great for the dog!

The staff went over and above to accommodate us, and are very informative about the area This Property is immaculately taken care of. Most of all they are all friendly and give you thier undivided attention when it's your turn at the counter.

This is my 4th time coming to this KOA, and my family and I love it. Although we usually enjoy tenting, staying in the log cabins allows us to "camp" during the summer. This location, however, is perfect. The amenities it offers (24/7 heated pool) and its proximity to local beaches also make it a great place to stay. The staff is helpful, courteous, and wonderfully friendly as well.

It was great until I was starting to drive home! A large bird flew into the windshield of my Motor Home and Broke it! I have been finding out it is not that easy to find someone to replace a windshield in a Motor Home.

We stayed five days. Friendly, helpful staff who put on activities, like music, bingo, dancing etc. Pool is open 24 hours.This KOA is well maintained and offers special decks for tent camping, which includes cooking counter, shelves, table and chairs (just ask for little hooks to keep tent poles in place). We stayed for a week and I can say is the staff and volunteers are the most friendly and the area is very clean. The boat launching ramp is a little down the way but still on property. Watch the tides, low water. Plenty to do or do nothing , your choice. Pool and hot tub clean and refreshing. They have cable TV but we did not use it. And free WiFi and great cell service at least with Verizon.

Our site was next to the dumpsters : / work area. Noisy and sort of ugly for $70 a night. Campground is a very good location. Everybody friendly.

Loved the Saturday happy hour and Sunday church service! Staff and other guests are friendly and helpful. Campground is clean and well kept, the pool is very nice and the hot tub hottest we have ever used :-) One tip: have an alternate transportation because the beaches at Marco and Naples are not RV friendly (except Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park is good). Definitely recommend, 5 stars

The site that I booked was not the site i was given. Had to move after set up. The mosquitos and no see ums were horrible. Why do they not spray. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our group will not be returning.

Great place to stay, very clean. The only thing I would suggest is an optional late checkout option, free or for a fee of $5-20. The reason for the late checkout could be a rainy night, where an hour can help dry the equipment, if necessary.

This was our first time in a KOA and I doubt I will ever stay in a KOA again. I expected a camping experience and discovered it was basically a mobile home trailer park. The sites were small and cramped and after putting out the awning and slide outs you were almost touching your neighbor. Also, the showers, bathrooms were being renovated and portable units were the substitute. YUK

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
