We booked 10 days at Marco KOA, our first KOA experience. The staff was super friendly. I loved having the garbage and recycling picked up daily. The daily activities were varied and enriching. We had to leave 4 days early, as my husband was allergic to the no-see-ums. We were warned, I’l admit. I didn’t know that the estuary we were backed up to was their breeding ground! We were refunded 4

Everyone was very nice and they resolved my issue with the toaster immediately. Very peaceful

We stayed a week. Staff was very helpful and efficient. We liked our campsite right across from the pool.

Everything was great. Nice size sites. Clean facilities, friendly staff, a lot of area's to ride bikes, close to shopping. The only thing we didn't like is that after we got there (traveling 650 miles) we found out visitors were not allowed and the main reason we stayed there was family members lived close by to visit with for the week. (darn Covid)

Naples/Marco Island KOA was the perfect spot for us to explore the area. The campground was very clean and well maintained and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Naples and Marco Island were easy drives and it was nice to have Lowe’s and Walmart so close.

Rv space very very small - on top of one another. WAY too expensive - only stayed here as a last resort to see family. Won't stay here again nor recommend

The bugs were crazy. I had welts all over me even after using DEET and spraying yard guard around my site. I'd never come back.

quick one nighter. Pros: Super, friendly staff!! Close to shopping and restaurants! Cons: THE BATHROOMS!!!!! Seriously??? These were like porta-potty toilets and showers. WORST KOA BATHROOM EVER!!!!!!

So why would you not have a flipping notice when your propane system isn’t working on get someone off their but to fix being down for a week or more seems unreasonable......also if your washer would not work why would not put a sign on the machine to inform and if your aware of an intermittent problem either get it fixed or replace....I assum you are aware of customer service is a high priority

Great place to park and visit the beaches or many other activities in the area. We had 4 kids and a golden retriever puppy and they all felt comfortable here.

Great staff, close quarters but on short notice we were happy to get it. Bath houses under renovation but temporary is adequate.could use more trees. Location is great

Park is very clean and appealing. Very friendly. It was located off the road for a quiet peaceful sleep. The site we asked for was a pull through for ease of parking. It was cramped and very tight however we were only staying for one night so it worked fine. Great location!! Close to many great eating places.

The deck site was really nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was close to a lot of major stores like Walmart, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

My only complaint is that at $99/night our 10 day stay was expensive. The staff and campers were great. Easy in and out. Full hookups. Very pleasant stay. Quiet (far enough from roads). Easy access to Marco Island, Naples, and shopping.

It was a lovely stay and we definitely see the attraction of staying in a KOA. As more "boondocking" folk, we don't love how close the sites are to one another. The dog park, however, was a huge perk.

Cabin stay for one week in January. Rustic cabin, but it still had fridge and TV, very convenient! The fire pit was large and had benches. The bathrooms were nearby and very clean! The staff was great, location excellent for visiting both Naples and Marco Island. We will be back!

We absolutely loved stopping at the Naples KOA on our KOA Camping Tour. It was so nice to have a cabin with a kitchen for a few days. The park was very cute and clean and I had a great time playing Bingo!

This was our first visit. While the entrance is a very tight turn for a 45 ft rv with a tow attached, we made it. However, on the way out we decided to unhook until we cleared the (same) area - no problem. There was opportunity to hook up the tow just outside the exit area. Other than that drawback, we had a very good experience at the KOA. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Really tight turns and narrow spots. Iffy cellular service on Verizon and AT&T. Lots of long term residents on one side of the park and short term on the other. Park was clean, trash picked up daily, and people friendly. There was a pizza truck and live music during our stay. We had to unhook toad before parking and keep it unhooked - 45 ft motorhome towing Jeep Gladiator. Probably not going back.

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
