We have stayed in your cabins at many KOAs, this one numerous times. Great experience as always. Workampers Jim and his wife Lori were exceptional, went above and beyond to help us and make our stay hassle free. We own Moonshine Creek Campground in NC, and I had a great relationship with Jim Rodgers and have met Toby numerous times. We always stay in your cabins because of the quality. Jim

Our RV intervener broke when we got there. They were nice enough to move us to a Camping Cabin so we could enjoy our stay. The went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The bathrooms are clean. The showers had plenty of hot water. The pool was heated and the hot tub was very nice as well. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the little cabin next to the bridge. Everything was neat and nicely presented for our arrival. The bed was made up very invitingly with lots of snow-white, fluffy pillows. The little kitchen was clean, well organized, complete with appliances and necessities (but not cluttered). The bathroom was clean and had an abundance of clean, snow-white towels artfully folded. Well done!

We never thought about staying in a camping cabin but we couldn't find a place to stay under $200 per night, plus we are traveling with 2 dogs. Even though we did not have bedding we were fine for one night. Very nice campgrounds and not to crowded. Loved the dog park! When we travel we plan to stay in more KOA's, except we will remember to bring the bedding!!

Customer service Ms. Debra was fantastic, I ask her to get someone to unclog our sink, she was so fast to send a mechanic that before I reached My cabin the mechanic was there already.

Friendly staff, clean bath house Only problem I found was the spaces are close together. Would not recommend gravel tent sites, out in open, next to rv. The platform tent sites are nice. Cabins are nice. Pool / hot tub great, little store is convenient

Loved it as usual,I will be back,The only small drawback was the reception on the TV,I don’t go camping to watch TV but when it was time for bed I wanted to watch a little then to put me to sleep but the reception on the TV was pretty bad

LOVED the cabin and the cleanliness. The staff was very kind. The bathrooms were clean, but would have appreciated the spiders and webs (black widows) being swept out of the showers at least daily.

Stayed in KS5. The cabin was clean and the office staff were very friendly. The only downside was an unfortunate water line break somewhere on the property. Water was restored in a timely manner, however, from that moment on the toilet did not work and there was no hot water at the bathroom sink for the remainder of our stay.

Front desk people went above and beyond to help me with my situation that popped up and were accommodating. That was the best part of the stay. Only minor thing I did not like was not all the cable channels came in clear in my cabin KS3 - most did.

I stayed in KL3 (2 bedroom cabin) for a week of fishing and relaxation. I was disturbed when we arrived to check in there was a note on the front door that was dated Sept.8 (3wks before I arrived) that stated there was no cable or wifi available. It would have been nice if the campground would have contacted me about the cable and wifi. As a result I spent over $200 on a DVD player and movies

Stayed Sept. 24-28th. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. The cabin exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable bed. Cabin even had dog dishes and treats for our dog. I highly recommend this Koa.

USE TO STAY THERE IN OUR CAMPER BUT WE SOLD IT A FEW YEARS BACK. THE NEW CABINS ARE THE BEST, CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK, LIKED THE CABIN BETTER THAN WHEN WE HAD OUR CAMPER, LOT LESS WORK. ALSO, PET FREINDLY, TWO THUMBS UP. ALSO THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, VERY KIND AND HELPFUL.

I stayed for three nights. It was great. Was warned about the alligators and the cane toads mostly because I had a puppy with me. With the exception of the poor drainage of the roads inside the campground (made it hard to keep the puppy dry), it was a great spot. It looks like there is a lot of rearranging being done along with upgrading and that it good. It is close to almost all you need.

Arriving at this KOA is always a pleasure. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the campgrounds are beautifully maintained. This is a wonderful location to get away from it all, yet convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions.

Great 1 room cabin location, nice peaceful quiet getaway and exactly what we were looking for. No-see-ums are really really bad, spray spray spray. Cable was out but things happen and some KOAs don't have TV in Kabins that we've been in so didn't matter to us. Staff was amazing ! �

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
