Patio was not ready when we arrived. I had to ask for the furniture to be brought over. Otherwise a nice place to stay close to everything. The new Lady in the office was very nice & helpful!

Bingo was the best. Pool great. Restroom porta potties showers were a struggle. Bathrooms in back better.

This KOA had very nice employees and a great pool but that’s about it. The campground is barren with little cover and no real landscaping. Spots are tight so expect to hear your neighbors. Long drive and impossible parking to access Marco beaches.

I hope the bath house close to the office is only temporary. It's hard to take a shower in the trailer. Otherwise, Everything is always wonderful!

Should not be advertised as big rig friendly. We had a difficult time pulling in, barely fit in our site, and a difficult time pulling out.

I had to let my dog out to go to the bathroom at 1:30am and I was so grateful for the security that was patrolling the property - not just sleeping on the job. I found the campground well taken care of and the people were friendly.

"Very Tight" sights are too close together. We were across from the dog park and people do not try to keep their dogs from barking at 6am. No fault of the park. All the staff was was friendly. Cannot tell a delux sight from a regular sight except having a fire pit. We requested a fire pit and were told we would have to rent it.

Nice and friendly staff, nice clean park, nice dog park. Would definitely come again, but with a screened in gazebo because of the bugs.

The campground was nice and clean. The staff very friendly. B row camp sites were really close together needed to have a little more room between camp sites.

Bathhouses being remodeled had to use trailers hated it!! Had to keep turning the water on it was awful

It was a very tight KOA for a big rig and when people parked in front of their RVs, it made it really hard to get around. Other than that, it's a really nice KOA with individual bathrooms and recycling pick up!

Eddie was so helpful! We had been visiting family in Naples & stayed at a different campground originally. Everyone was so rude there. It was a breath of fresh air to pull up at the KOA, after hours, and have Eddie come out quickly and so friendly to help us with our after hours checkin. We will always come back to this campground because of him!

The camp ground was very very clean. The staff was excellent I felt like I was at a 5 star resort. The amenities were excellent and the live music was great. I think live music should be Friday evening and Saturday during the day. The store was well stocked. Well worth the price of the sites.

I wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time. We did not get a chance to use the pool although it looked very nice. Everything was neat and clean at the KOA. The outdoor furniture and firepit on our site was nice.

Our site was ready and clean when we arrived. The assistant manager, Liz Silva was very helpful and pleasant. We stay at this KOA frequently because of its location, which is close to our hometown and it is centrally located between Naples and Marco Island. This is a very nice place to stay, with a very helpful and pleasant staff. We highly recommend it.

Everyone was very friendly, nice looking heated pool, however based on other KOAs the price was very expensive for what we got and the park seems much older and a little more run down than others. Great place though. They do have permanent residents there some of the units were not as upkept as others Overall nice stay for a little weekend getaway.

Your staff were all very friendly and courteous. But, I would also like to say that Naples KOA was the worst campground we have ever stayed at. That trailer/bathroom setup was extremely uncomfortable. To many bugs and no fumigation from the staff. Very boring. No activities whatsoever. Told all the cabins were rented but they were empty with the exception of 3 or 4. Wouldn't recommend at all.

All was great other than the Can’t see Um’s And that the Bathrooms were being remodeled. The reviews had said that bathrooms were being remodeled but that was from 8 months ago so I didn’t think they would still be but they were. Staff were very Friendly and polite and all else was Great. Location ,the pool ,K9 area were perfect

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
