This is a beautiful camp ground but the no-see-ums are sooooo bad. We will not return because of this but I have to say this was the cleanest most beautifully cared for KOA I have been to.

We were only there 1 nite. Normally we spent more time there. However, the service was great and the site was ready for us. Special mention to Liz and Deborah in the office for their friendliness and professionalism. We are always ready to go to the Naples/Marco Island KOA and look for any excuse to do so.

We stayed for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. They provided an amazing Thanksgiving meal. The campground was clean and quiet. We had a patio site and had plenty of room. The location gets you into downtown Naples or Marco Island quickly and easily. However, the main reason I give this KOA such good ratings was THE STAFF! Everyone was fun and friendly. Lisa, Jim, and Laurie especially!!

Campground staff was great, location was great. Size of sites was a disappointment, neighbor awning was touching the side of our coach, other neighbors slide was over the cement pad patio.

We really enjoyed our unexpected week long stay after a large bird strike shattered the windshield of our motorhome. Can't say enough about the entire staff who were all very kind, compassionate and understanding to our unexpected predicament. They went out of their way to help us while we made arrangements to replace our windshield. The campground is very clean and many upgrades are in progress.

The place is nice , but not worth $110 a night. When we checked in I informed them that my wife would need internet for her to work,. t They told me the network name and password, knowing the internet did not work. When I inquired about no internet they told me it was not working because it was be worked on and it would be available shortly, which was not true and they knew it.

Lisa, her husband and staff were fabulous. Was clean and tidy. Pool lounge chairs are nasty need to be replaced. Pool probably needs to be resurfaced. Restrooms very clean. I was in row L with a small trailer and had to be moved after 1st night due to flooding. The drainage ditch on that side needs to be deeper or don't put people over there. In evening so many no see em bugs I was eaten alive!

$100 for that? Not worth the money. We’ve stayed at several KOA’s for $100 and they were worth it. Not this one

Nice park. Access to small lake, pool was nice. Park was quiet due to season which was a plus for us. The bathrooms were clean and the enclosed dog areas were also clean and grass so your dog will also stay clean. Staff were very friendly throughout the park. Though we don't use them, they had some really nice cabins and the tent areas by the lake were really nice.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Naple's KOA. The staff was informative and friendly. Recommend to any one looking for a nice clean easy access accommodations to stay here. Yes, if asked we would return.

I was really impressed with how exceptionally orderly the entire campground was and ClEAN the bathrooms were! Just fantastic! We had a very lovely experience there!

Need to spray for bugs. Everyone was bitten by some type of flea. We are still itching. Couldn't even stay outside.

Had issues, lost water for hours. WiFi was very poor. The office staff confirmed that they know they have issues but nothing ever done. Will not be going back. One positive thing was the man in the cart showing me our sight, was very nice!

Small RV lots with no shade. We were there in Oct and with awning out we were in full sun the majority of the day morning and evening. The no-see-um bugs were horrible due to the stagnant stinky water that surrounds the park. We left early due to the extreme bug bits (we did use bug spray and had a zapper outside the RV). Could not sit outside.

Great staff, very clean property and amenities. Conveniently located. We stayed a month. We were placed right in the middle of the campground where we had a constant change of campers in the surrounding sites who were staying just a day or two. When we booked, we were told ours was the only site available, even though during our entire stay the camp was never full. No reliable WiFi. Small sites.

Me and my boyfriend spend an amazing time here. They have lots of things to have fun from Kayaks, ping-pong table, and the 24 hour open pool with the jacuzzi. The place is super centric and there is a Walmart with everything in less than 10 min in car. The only bad thing is that it got windy and I needed more bungees to set the tent strongly, but the office didn't have more so we had to buy. Go prepared for the mosquitos. The bathrooms were clean and a police car is going there even after midnight so is secure. We are coming back on summer for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. One of the workers, Jim, went out of his way to be helpful. He was incredible!

Clean, well maintained. Heated pool. Nice bathroom with large showers. Concrete boat ramp with lighted fish cleaning station with running water.
